comply
with
this
rule
will
result
in
the
expulsion
of
the
player(s)
from
the
Tournament
and
possible
suspension
of
the
team(s).
A
referee
may
eject
a
player/team
if,
at
his/her
discretion,
he/she
deems
the
player/team
to
be
under
the
influence
of
alcohol
or
illegal

1. A
team
must
have
a
minimum
of
6
players
on
the
court
and
can
have
a
maximum
of
8
per
game.
If

a

has

B) Equipment
C) Game Lengths
1. All
matches
will
consist
of
3
games;
each
game
will
end
after
10
minutes.
A
warning
will
be
given
to
both
teams
when
one
minute
is
remaining
in
the
game
2. If
the

the
remainder

the
time
can
be
used
to
play
friendly,
non-‐scored
games.
3. A
game
is
finished
when
all
of
the
opposing
team’s
players
are
in
“jail”.
D) Gameplay
1. Teams
will
start
the
game
touching
the
back
wall
on
their
half
of
the
playing
zone,
which
extends
to
the
wall
according
to
rule
D14.
The
official
will
throw
each
team
a
ball
at
the
same
time
and
the
match
will
begin
(the
official
may
also
choose
to
place
the
balls
on
the
center
line
-‐-‐
the
official
will
discuss
options
with
the
captain’s
in
the
pre-‐game
meeting).
2. No
head
shots
will
be
allowed.
A
head
shot
is
defined
as
direct
contact
to
a
player's
head.
If
a
head
shot
is,
at
the
discretion
of
the
official,
intentionally
committed,
the
player
committing
the
infraction
will
be
given
a
warning.
If
the
official
sees
the
same
player
throw
another
head
shot
intentionally,
the
official
will
ask
that
player
to
leave
the
gym
for
remainder
of
the
game.
If
the
official
determines
that
the
player
intentionally
used
his/her
head
to
block
the
ball,
that
player
will
be
out
as
if
it
did
not
hit
their
head.
Otherwise,
neither
player
is
out
and
the
hit
does
not
count.
3. To
maintain
counter-‐clockwise
motion,
players
traveling
to
and
from
jail
must
always
travel
beside
the
wall
on
their
right
hand
side.
Players
are
required
to
completely
go
to
the
wall
before
crossing
into
the
others
team’s
zone
on
the
way
to
or
from
jail.
Any
violations
of
this
rule
will
result
in
a
warning
from
the
official.
Following
multiple
warnings,
the
offending
player
will
be
asked
to
leave
the
gym.
As
well,
the
next
game,
the
offending
players’
team
will
play
with
one
player
less.
The
offending
player
can
play
in
the
following
game.
If
a
team
only
has
6
players
and
a
player
is
ejected,
the
team
will
default
the
entire
match.
4. A
player
who
is
ruled
out
must
go
to
their
team's
jail
through
the
designated
corridor
following
rule
D5.
As
a
courtesy
to
the
other
team
and
to
prevent
any
possible
injury,
players
that
are
out
and
on
their
way
to
jail
must
to
raise
one
hand
to
indicate
that
they
are
out.
5. A
ball
is
considered
live
when
thrown
by
any
player
in
the
game.
The
player
throwing
the
ball
may
be
either
in
the
playing
zone
or
in
jail.
A
ball
that
bounces
off
or
glances
off
a
player
in
the
playing
zone
remains
live
until
it
becomes
dead
following
rule
D8.
6. A
ball
is
considered
dead
when
it
either
strikes
another
ball
or
anything
else
in
the
gym
that
is
not
a
player
in
either
playing
zone.
This
includes,
but
is
not
limited
to,
the
walls,
floor
and
ceiling
of
the
gym,
the
official,
players
in
either
jail
and,
or
any
other
obstructions
such
as
the
basketball
nets.
E) Defaults

a
team
fails
to
appear
with
a
minimum

they
will
default
the
game
to
the
opposition.
2. The
winning
team
in
a
defaulted
game
will
be
given
2
points
and
a
2-‐0
victory
3. The
team
awarded
the
win
for
the
defaulted
game
may
use
the
remaining
time
and
facility
for
practice

or
a
friendly
game.
4. If
both
teams
fail
to
start
on
time
and
use
the
five-‐minute

end
up
defaulting
the
game,
both
teams
will
incur
a
1-‐0

may
result
in
a

of
Spirit
Deposit.
