The building also contains a store that can help for the boarders needs. In short this is a business who
is what we call all-in-one.

Interpretation of Results

1.PLAN
 Most of the feedback that I get from my boarders is that they are comfortable in their recent
shelter or my boarding house.
 I always feel connected to my boarders because just like them I been a student before that
needed a place to stay that I can feel at home. Having a comfortable home makes you more
lively to wake in a very good mood.
 No, because of now I’m still starting and its new I haven’t been encounter any complication
from my boarders.
 Actually this building id just been deal to my family and we think that this a big deal that we
can use to earn and make our many in good flow. By looking at the nice deal we buy this
building pursue the business that been started but make it more new or innovated according
to the time advancement.

2. PLOY
 Today my business is much stronger because of being new and of course new.
 Yes, I have so many competitors near my business but I don’t let my worries get in my way
and make my business down unless it gives me hope that I can make my business longer and
strong just like them by being going with the flow in the advancement of the technology.
 My current plan is so simple just be humble and follow the innovation change from the new
coming material that can make my business accessible to everyone.

3.PATTERN
 Following my boarders demand is very tricking because maybe if they ask something that is
not applicable in my business and just for their own needs, of course I’m not going to do so. If
their demand is about the rooms like drainer is clogged by something so the water is not
going down, I will help them if it’s about their room problem. Another example their faucet is
not working, the door is being automatically lock, the light is keep flickering. Those are the
demands that I can give help to them.

4.POSITION
 My service is very important to those students that are needed for their temporary shelter for
their studies.
 Starting from the time I open my business it is the first thing that I always keep on looking
ahead, so to have a better and safe shelter. Providing a fire extinguisher and fire alarm is the
first thing I provide for the fire safety. Grilled guarded window to avoid thief.
 At first my tenants are all students but when one of my friends said that they also want to live
in my building I let them. And until now my tenants are students and family.

5.PURPOSE
 The things that I am from my competitors is that I have consistent water system because I
don’t depend on the VWAD or “nawasa”. I have generator incase the electricity gone out. I
also have complete safety measurement like having a fire extinguisher and a heavy locked
gate.
 I relate on my boarders by having their own CR so that they will not share their CR to anyone.
 I plan my business to successful just by having a fair bill for the boarders and giving them a
safety place to live in while they are studying.
 The particular purpose of my business is to give shelter for those student that is away from
their own hometown.

6.PUSH
 Yes, because as we all know that our needs never been satisfied as long as there will be a
possible way on making my business bigger I will do it. Like what I’m working in the ongoing
rooms in 3rd floors it is more applicable for family because it has a bigger size and it also have
bedroom.

Conclusion
Putting up a business is not easy, it is a not decision that you an easily reject if you tired of it.
It needed hard work and patient. Having a business is being consistent on achieving your
business goal.
