Introduction
Street Art is the name of our enterprise. We believed that our enterprise will gain
popularity and big profit. Majority of the population in the world especially in the Philippines
loves street foods thus citizen in barangay Pilar also. So we came up to products like dynamite,
kwek-kwek and ice-candy.Our products are very tasty and affordable to all buyers. Our target
customers are those who have a low budget and we assures that they can afford our products. We
are very confident enough that our customers will be satisfied and feel the urge to eat more of
our products because it has a very tasty flavor and addictive feature. We will raise revenues
through the efforts of our hardworking teammates and to people who really craves eat street
foods and also selling it with proper etiquette.
To make sure our customers will appreciate our products the Street Art small
enterprise goes to a well-process, our product is genuinely made from a series of hardworking
and ensures that our ingredients has a top quality.
To ensure comfortable profit we will do our best to handle it properly and to use it
with proper manner. The cost of the product will be managed according to the needs in making
the products.

To be a part of people lives by offering tasty foods with affordable price in our
community.

II. Executive Summary


Our business aims to provide good quality of dynamite, kwek-kwek and ice candy to our
customers/buyers. We plan to succeed in every part of our business. Our products are surely
well-process. We aim to provide desired snacks with the satisfactory level they need. These
snacks are varied from the best and keeps on improving each day.

Target Customers
-Our target customers are the people who have a low budget and can afford our products.
- People who likes to eat street foods like dynamite and kwek-kwek

-We will focus on the quality and quantity of our products and affordable price.
- Our honest and hardworking group will make sure are product will be serve with
passion and hard work.
- Customer service, Quality experience, Honesty, Calm and relaxing atmosphere and
affordable price. This will be our key to success to ensure that our business will have profitable
future.

IV. Capital Structure


Based on our overall expenses, we will first make sure that we can get our money back
from selling our product and then think of how much we should gain as a profit. In one pack of
chocolate powder there are 100 pieces of ice candy and we will sell it for 7pesos. In ½ kilo of
“sili” there are 55 pieces of dynamite and we will sell it for 8 pesos. In 50 pieces of quail egg,
we will sell it to 3 for 10 pesos. If we calculate the ice candy, the money would be 700 pesos, in
dynamite the money would be 440 and in kwek-kwek the money would be 186 pesos. Favorably,
we can get back our capital and gain profit. Since we don’t have financial backers and business
financer we get the money all to ourselves.

Market Description
Our market contains good characteristics of product and services. We used different
strategies to reach our goals. Our business is located at Zone 3, Barangay Pilar. We critically
analyze the personality traits of our target market in this community on what do they need more
specially on our products. The characteristics of consumer, if they will buy our product and
lastly, to have an opportunity to sell our products as one as the delicious snacks we would ever
made.

Product Strategy
The products offered in this business are strategically planned by the team to meet the
standards and cravings of the customers. It offers high quality yet very affordable products such
as: variety of homemade ice candy, which is considerably good for warm weather & for young
ages in the business location, and street foods such as kwek-kwek & dynamite that perfectly goes
along with our homemade sauce.

Quality Control

To ensure that our product is handled in such a matter that it is safe for human
consumption, both of the preparator of products and seller will take a safe food handlers course.
Additionally, the environment is approved by Public Health to meet strict guidelines for the
safety of the seller and customers.

Price Strategy

Price is an important consideration for many buyers ,and must therefore be given
appropriate attention by the entrepreneurs. In order for us to increase our sales, we decide to sale
kwek-kwek 3 for 10 pesos, dynamite for 8 pesos and ice candy for 7 pesos for each.So its
affordable to all.

Product Preparation Process


We made our own product and bought the ingredients that we need in the supermarket.
We contribute 150 pesos in order for us to buy the ingredients for our product that would last for
five Saturdays.

To improve and produce well made products with a high quality ingredients.

Conclusion
Therefore, we conclude that the business plan is essential to whoever desires to enter the
business world.
The strategies are based on it. It means that the whole business and the whole progress
depends on how well the business plan is being made and clarified. Competing for the consumer
is a challenge that Street Arts has faces. This is due to the uniqueness and competitiveness of
each individual market, for they have different approaches and because of different consumer
behavior. Selling ice candy, kwek-kwek and dynamite is the best markets in the barangay even
we cannot always predict consumer behavior. We have the technology tenacity, skills and
experience to achieve and surpass these sales levels in about 700 pesos per saturday.

Recommendation
Taking into account the result of our business served as the basis for the improvements of
costumer’s service strategy. To strengthen its service to the costumer. Despite of the fact that the
result is categorized to the extent of being often, there is a room for improvements. The
entrepreneur should innovate to create more costumers value and satisfaction.
Therefore, the researcher recommends further study towards corporate social
responsibility in all kinds of business establishment.
