    FIRST QUARTER SCHOOL MONITORING EVALUATION AND ADJUSTMENT


    (SMEA) CONFERENCE 2020-2021 AND ORIENTATION OF TEACHERS ON
    RPMS-IPCRF DURING THE NEW NORMAL COVID-19 PANDEMIC

    TO: All Teachers Concerned

    DATE: January 20, 2021

    1. Relative to the Mechanics for the Conduct of the School Montoring, Evaluation, and
    Adjustments (SMEA) in the New Normal, the school will conduct the First Quarter
    School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA) Conference 2020-2021 and
    Orientation of Teachers on RPMS-IPCRF during The New Normal Covid-19 Pandemic
    this Wednesday, January 27, 2021.

    2. The objectives of the activity is to:


    a. Provide immediate feedback on the efficacy and weaknesses of program
    implementation at the school level vis-a-vis SIP and AIP implementation;
    b. Respond to technical and training needs of teachers;
    c. Identify different Concerns, Issues, Gaps and Problems (CIGP’s in
    educational policies and guidelines especially during the pandemic; and
    d. Orient teachers on the RPMS-IPCRF in the new normal Covid-19 Pandemic.

    3. By its completion, the following outcomes are expected to be accomplished:


    a. Increased awareness on the current status of school implementation of
    Learning Continuity Plan during the pandemic;
    b. Improved school administration’s responsiveness to teachers’ technical and
    training needs;
    c. Identified the concerns, interventions, gaps and problems of the
    implementation of educational policies and guidelines during this pandemic;
    and
    d. Increased teachers understanding on how to do about the RPMS-IPCRF in
    the new normal Covid-19 Pandemic.

    4. The participants of the activity are 30 school teaching personnel and 2 non-teaching
    personal.

    5. Enclosed herewith is the copy of matrix, committee and program for the activity.
