SEASON ONE (Part One)

Episode 1 -- "Something Wicca This Way Comes" (1998)

Phoebe Halliwell (Alyssa Milano) returns to San Francisco after losing her job to live with her
older sisters, Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) . During their first night
together in their grandmother's house, Phoebe finds a book of witch craft (The Book of Shadows)
and recites an incantation that leaves the sisters three with powers they were destined to have
(Prue has telekinetic powers, Piper can stop time and Phoebe can see the future). As they begin
discovering their new abilities, a warlock (Jeremy, Piper’s boyfriend), that has been killing local
witches, targets the sisters. 

Episode 2 -- "I've Got You Under My Skin" (1998)

Andy Trudeau (T.W. King) and Darryl Morris (Dorian Gregory) investigate the abduction of young
women. They are unaware that the man, Stefan (guest star Michael Philips), who abducted the
women is an evil being, Javna, who feeds off on women’s beauty and life force, making them old
and forgetful. Meanwhile, Prue (Shannen Doherty) regrets sleeping with Andy on their first date
and later interviews for a new job. Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) catches the eye of a photographer
who is interested in doing more than just taking pictures to capture her beauty. Piper (Holly
Marie Combs) faces a personal crisis when she fears her powers may have come from an evil
source. 

*Episode 3 -- "Thank You For Not Morphing" (1998)

The sisters' father drops in for a surprise visit after a twenty year absence. Piper (Holly Marie
Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano), meet with their father, Victor Bennet, for dinner to get to
know him better. When their house is broken into with the Book of Shadows the target, Prue
(Shannen Doherty) believes her father is responsible, but it turns out the new neighbors are
shapeshifter demons that are using their dad to get the Book of Shadows. Meanwhile, a man
named Leo Wyatt (Brian Krause) shows up as the handyman to fix up the manor. 

Episode 4 -- "Dead Man Dating" (1998)

Piper (Holly Marie Combs) befriends a ghost, Mark (guest star John Cho), who was murdered by
a gang leader. Piper must help Mark by getting his body a proper burial before the Chinese
Demigod, which is after Mark’s soul, cast him into hell. Prue (Shannen Doherty) is devastated
when she finds Andy (T.W. King) on a lunch date with the ex-Mrs. Trudeau, whom she didn’t
know existed. While Prue tries to avoid a birthday celebration, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) takes a
job as a hotel bar psychic to buy Prue a gift and ends up saving a man's life. 

Episode 5 -- "Dream Sorcerer" (1998)

Overworked at her new job, Prue (Shannen Doherty) finds her beauty sleep disturbed by strange
visions in which she’s taunted by a handsome man (guest star Matt Schulze). Inspectors Andy
Trudeau (T.W. King) and Darryl Morris (Dorian Gregory) are hot on his heels. Piper (Holly Marie
Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) conjures a spell to find the love they’re missing in their lives
and it attracts men like magnets, but it turns out too strong, and Piper and Phoebe can barely
escape their myriad admirers. Learning their lesson, the sisters end their romantic magic and
focus on Prue, who falls into a coma after the sleep demon tries to throw her off a skyscraper. At
first, Prue’s powers don’t seem to work in dreamland, but with her sisters by her hospital bed,
Prue musters the strength to send the sleep demon over the edge.

Episode 6 -- "The Wedding From Hell" (1998)

A wealthy woman plans a wedding for her son, but a demon appears to take the place of the
bride. The sisters feel evil brewing when a priest dies before a high-society wedding that Piper
(Holly Marie Combs), who is left to cater the wedding after her former boss left for France and
enlists Phoebe’s (Alyssa Milano) help. Andy (T.W. King) seeks Prue's (Shannen Doherty) help in
identifying a weapon at the crime scene. It appears the bride was responsible for the priest’s
death and is a demon. When the sisters learn the truth about the demon-bride, they decide to
help the old bride get her future husband back. This demon-bride is not interested in eternal bliss
but in creating more demonic offspring by putting the innocent groom under a spell to marry her.
During this maternal adventure Phoebe has a disturbing dream. Could Phoebe’s dream about
Piper carrying Jeremy’s baby be just a nightmare or a premonition?

Episode 7 -- "The Fourth Sister" (1998)

Prue (Shannen Doherty) tries to find time with Andy (T.W. King), who finally gets fed up with
Prue after she cancel numerous romantic encounters and doesn’t offer any explanations why.
Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) compete for the attention of Leo (Brian
Krause), their handsome handyman. A troubled teenager, Aviva (guest star Danielle Harris)
befriends Phoebe with the hopes of joining the Halliwell coven of witches. Aviva has been lured
to the dark powers of witchcraft by Kali, a priestess (an evil sorceress) who appears to her
through a mirror. It turns out Kali has given Aviva a mission to gain the sisters’ trust and steal
their powers. 

Episode 8 -- "The Truth Is Out There . . . And It Hurts" (1998)

Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) has a premonition that a warlock (guest star Brad Greenquist) from the
future (with a weird feature which is revealed when he confronts his victim) will kill a young
woman and attempts to prevent it. Prue learns the demon is a warlock from the future who is
killing those responsible for creating a vaccine against warlocks of his bread. Phoebe protects
the mother of the child who’ll one day create this vaccine. Meanwhile, Prue casts a truth spell to
find out how Andy (T.W. King) would feel if he knew she was a witch but the spell effects Piper
(Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe also, where all three sisters are bond to hear the truth from
others as well as telling the truth to others. Piper uses the truth spell to get closer to Leo (Brian
Krause) and see ho feels about her and finds out why her boss is over working her. 

Episode 9 -- "The Witch Is Back" (1998)

In the 17th century the sisters' ancestor Melinda Warren ( guest star Tyler Layton), curses a
warlock (guest star Billy Wirth) to spend an eternity in a locket after stealing her powers and
betraying her love and burned at the stake. Three hundred years later Prue (Shannen Doherty)
accidentally frees the warlock who is seeking revenge for his containment, goes after Melinda’s
descendants – the Charmed Ones to get their powers. Prue, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Piper
(Holly Marie Combs) are unsure of what to do, so they cast a spell and summon Melinda to help
imprison the warlock again. Meanwhile, Piper musters up the courage to ask Leo (Brian Krause)
to go out on a date with her and Andy (T.W. King) is frustrated by Prue’s continued secret and
involvement in bizarre police investigations.

Episode 10 -- "Wicca Envy" (1998)

Rex (guest star Neil Roberts), Prue’s boss, tries to frame Prue (Shannen Doherty) for stealing a
priceless tiara by manipulating the sisters--and the police--with a process in which he implants
subliminal thoughts in their heads and by astral projection. As evidence mounts, Andy (T.W.
King) is forced to put Prue in jail. Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) suspects Leo (Brian Krause), the
handyman and she also complicates matters by dating Rex and enjoys the attention he is giving
her. Meanwhile, Leo spoils Rex’s plans and makes a sincere and mysterious exit from Piper’s
(Holly Marie Combs) life and Andy finds that Prue is innocent and drops the charges.

Episode 11 -- "Feats of Clay" (1999)

Phoebe’s (Alyssa Milano) roguish ex-boyfriend Clay (guest star Victor Browne) comes to town
looking for a reconciliation. His attentions have always come with strings attached – in this case
a stolen Egyptian urn which carries a mortal curse. Although Prue’s (Shannen Doherty)
overprotective sisterly hackles are raised by Clay’s arrival, she deals with her own problem of
trying to save the auction house from bankruptcy and the pressures from her new boss.
Meanwhile, Piper’s (Holly Marie Combs) use of witchcraft for matchmaking goes awry. Also
starring T.W. King as Andy.

SEASON ONE (Part Two)

Episode 12 -- "The Wendigo" (1999)

A supernatural animal called a Wendigo who appears normal during the day, but hairy and nasty
at night, attacks Piper (Holly Marie Combs) in the park when she has a flat tire and learns she is
the sole survivor of a beast that tears out the hearts of its victims. Unfortunately, the Halliwell
sisters learn that anyone who is attacked and survives the attack of the Wendigo, becomes one.
Andy (T.W. King) teams up with a beautiful FBI agent (guest star Jocelyn Seagrove) to catch the
Wendigo, but the woman turns out to be a true femme fatale when they figure out that she, in
fact, is the Wendigo that attacked Piper. The Wendigo goes after Andy, so Prue (Shannen
Doherty) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) have to figure out how to save Piper and Andy at the same
time.

Episode 13 -- "From Fear to Eternity" (1999)

The Halliwells' mother warns them about a very unique demon (Barbas) (guest star Bill Drago)
from the underworld who comes around every 1300 years on Friday the 13th to literally scare
witches to death and feed on their greatest inner fear. Prue and Phoebe are close to their own
fearful deaths, when they get help from someone totally unsuspected. Meanwhile, Phoebe has
misgivings about her expected duties at a new job and Piper faces her own fear of relationships
that begin on the dreadful Friday the 13th, when a hansom stranger (guest star Steve Wilder)
walked into her life. Also starring T.W. King as Andy.

Episode 14 -- "Secrets and Guys" (1999)

A pair of vicious thugs kidnap a 13-year-old boy, Max (guest star David Netter) when they learn
he has special powers. Prue (Shannen Doherty) gets a cryptic message to help Max. Not knowing
who or where Max is, Prue goes to Andy (T.W. King) for help to see if there is a missing report
for a Max. Prue enlists the help of Phoebe (Alyssa Milano), to find the boy before he is used in a
bank robbery. Meanwhile, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) is happily surprised when her beau Leo
(Brian Krause) reappears only to leave again. When Phoebe catches Leo doing some of his own
magic, his secret is revealed. Leo is a guardian for witches, who returned to help the young boy.
Although Leo loves Piper, he cannot live among witches or mortals. 

Episode 15 -- "Is There a Woogy in the House" (1999)

After an earthquake, the sisters call a repair man who accidentally releases a shadowy demon
(the Nexus) in the basement of the Halliwell house. As the demon seeks to gain of control of the
house, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) comes under the control of the demon, who wants her to kill her
sisters. After Piper (Holly Marie Combs) is unable to complete her preparations for a dinner party
Prue (Shannen Doherty) is having for a very important client of the auction house (guest star
Nancy Moonves), who has a keen interest in the Halliwell mansion because she believes that it is
located over a spiritual nexus, a point of incredible energy that can be swayed either toward
undeniable good or astonishing evil. Prue and Piper learn that Phoebe's childhood fear of the
Woogyman is real and try to regain control of the house and save Phoebe. Also starring T.W. King
as Andy.

Episode 16 -- "Which Prue Is It, Anyway?" (1999)


Prue (Shannen Doherty) becomes the target of Gabriel (guest star Alex McArthur), a
reincarnated ancient Lord of War, who must steal the magic of a first born witch in order to
regain his powers. When the sisters learn Gabriel is immune to normal weapons and they don't
currently have the strength to defeat him as their ancestor did, Phoebe suggests Prue cast a spell
to multiply her strength. The spell however creates two clones of Prue to help battle Gabriel.
Meanwhile, Piper and Phoebe get frustrated when all the Prue’s take up all the time in the
bathrooms and uses all the hot water and drink all the coffee, and Phoebe vents her aggression
with a martial arts training program. Bernie Kipell guest-stars as Earl, a suspicious medical
examiner who drops a bombshell on Andy (T.W. King).

Episode 17 -- "That 70's Episode" (1999)

The Halliwells encounter a warlock (Nicolas) that has been waiting for years to get their powers.
The warlock is immune to the powers of the Charmed Ones after making a deal with their
mother, Patty (Finola Hughes), to spare her life in the past. In order to save themselves, the girls
cast a spell which returns them to mid-70s when the deal was made, their grandmother (guest
star Jennifer Rhodes) and mother are still alive, Prue and Piper are playful little witches and
Phoebe is still unborn and in the womb. Also starring T.W. King as Andy. Guest starring Andrew
Jackson and Jake Sakson.

Episode 18 -- "When Bad Warlocks Go Good" (1999)

Prue (Shannen Doherty) befriends a soon-to-be priest, Brendon (guest star Michael Weatherly),
but discovers that he has a dark past: a history of warlocks runs through his family, and his two
older brothers are trying to force him to join them in their tradition of evil and if they succeed,
they will be the power of three for the evil side (the evil Charmed Ones). Meanwhile, Phoebe
(Alyssa Milano) tries to help Piper (Holly Marie Combs) make a love connection with Josh. 

Episode 19 -- "Blind Sided/Out of Sight" (1999)

Two demons (guest starring Scott Terra and Scott Plank), known as the Grimlocks, kidnaps a
young boy and it’s up to Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs), and Phoebe (Alyssa
Milano) to attempt a dangerous rescue. These Grimlocks kidnap young innocent children and
steals their sight in order to spot people with forces of good ora and kills them. Meanwhile, a
reporter sees Prue use her powers and will top at nothing to break the story; Phoebe seeks the
aide of a former child victim and Andy (T.W. King) finally learns the sister's secret. 

Episode 20 -- "The Power of Two" (1999)

Piper (Holly Marie Combs) worries about leaving Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Phoebe (Alyssa
Milano) alone as she leaves on a business trip to Hawaii. Phoebe, while touring Alcatraz, watches
the ghost (guest star Jeff Kober) of killer take possession of a guard's body to escape the island.
Once free the ghost targets those that played a part in his conviction to seek revenge. The sisters
discover the only way to banish the ghost is for one of them to die and recite a spell while on the
astral plane. Also starring T.W. King as Andy.

Episode 21 -- "Love Hurts" (1999)

The sisters' vacation is cancelled when Leo (Brian Krause) appears in the Halliwells house as the
victim of a Darklighter's lethal poison tipped-arrow. Prue (Shannen Doherty) & Piper (Holly Marie
Combs) finally learns the supernatural truth about Leo, that he is a Whitelighter. Leo is seeking
the sisters help to protect an innocent woman, Daisy (guest star Lisa Robin Kelly), a future
Whitelighter that is being targeted by the Darklighter. To try to save Leo from dying, Piper casts
a spell that will switch her powers with his, in order to use his gift of healing. Unfortunately the
spell also causes Prue and Phoebe's (Alyssa Milano) powers to swap. Andy (T.W. King) quits his
job to help protect Prue's secret from being exposed by an Internal Affairs investigation. Also
starring Dorian Gregory as Darryl Morris.
Episode 22 -- "Deja Vu All Over Again" (1999)

As a warlock makes plans for his attempt to kill the Charmed Ones, he receives a visit from
Tempus (guest star David Carradine), a demon who will turn back time until the warlock
succeeds in killing Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa
Milano). Upon turning back time after the first failed attempt, Tempus informs the warlock only
he will remember the previous events. Fortunately for the Halliwells, Phoebe's power enables her
to sense the time loop as deja vu. But unfortunately for Andy (T.W. King), she sees his death at
the hand of a warlock in a premonition. Also starring Dorian Gregory as Darryl Morris.

SEASON TWO (Part One)

Episode 1 -- "Witch Trial" (1999)

On their anniversary of becoming witches Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs),
and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) face Abraxas, a bizarre demon who pulls the Book of Shadows into
another dimension and begins to reverse each spell, releasing old vanquished foes of the
Charmed Ones. When Phoebe realizes if Abraxas reverses the spell that granted them their
powers, they will no longer be witches, Prue is reluctant to save their powers, as she thinks it
might be for the best because she blames herself and her powers for Andy's death. Still out of
work, Piper tries to secure a loan to buy a nightclub. Meanwhile, the sisters meet their new
neighbor Dan (Greg Vaughan).

Episode 2 -- "Morality Bites" (1999)

Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) has a horrifying premonition of herself being burnt to death. After Leo
(Brian Krause) secretly opens the Book of Shadows to the future spell, the sisters cast the one-
time-only spell and travel ten years into the future to learn what happened, catapulting all three
into the bodies of their future selves. Once there they discover Phoebe used her powers to kill a
man who was a brutal murderer. The sisters learned that because Phoebe used her witchcraft to
punish the guilty, not only caused her own life, it caused a local DA to begin modern day witch
trials as a platform for political office. As Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Piper (Holly Marie Combs)
try to save Phoebe, they both are surprised and somewhat disappointed to learn how their lives
turn out, where Prue is blonde, rich and owns Bucklands, but she has no family and no longer
cares for the little people, and Piper has a lovely daughter and a failed marriage to Leo.

Episode 3 -- "The Painted World" (1999)

While appraising a painting, Prue discovers a man trapped inside asking for help. Believing he's
an innocent she's suppose to help, Prue (Shannen Doherty) attempts to set him free, but
unwittingly repeats the Latin spell hidden under the picture casting her into another dimension
with the man who’s been stuck there for 70 years! When Piper gets stuck in the painting, Phoebe
tries to save them by sending Kit, the cat, in with the spell, but frees the man instead and finds
out he’s a warlock. Meanwhile, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) casts a spell to increase her intelligence
in order get a job and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) asks Dan (Greg Vaughan) for help to bring her
club up to code. 

Episode 4 -- "The Devil's Music" (1999)

Piper's (Holly Marie Combs) club suffers from sluggish business, causing Prue (Shannen
Doherty) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) to seek a private loan from a local businessman. Leo (Brian
Krause) solves the club's financial problems by putting a spell on the Dishwalla’s Band Manager
and suggesting that he have the band play at Piper’s club. Business at the nightclub is taking off.
And so are some patrons. After Piper books the band Dishwalla, female fans start disappearing
during their performance, and the sisters suspect the band's manager (guest star Larry Holden)
may have struck a deal with a demon to gain fame and fortune in exchange for female sacrifices.
Meanwhile, Piper is struggling emotionally with her feelings when Leo returns to help the
Halliwell sisters save the fans and their young Neighbor Jenny (Karis Paige Brayant) who have
all fallen prey to the demon.

Episode 5 -- "She's a Man, Baby, A Man!" (1999)

As a heat wave descends on San Francisco, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) begins to have exotic dreams
that end in her killing her lovers. The bizarre dreams are connected to a demon femme fatale
called a Succubus, who is really killing men and draining their testosterone to reproduce. After
Darryl Morris (Dorian Gregory) asks Prue (Shannen Doherty) for help solving the killing of four
men, Phoebe fears she may be a Succubus. Prue suggests that she cast the spell to attract and
destroy the Succubus by fire and have Piper's (Holly Marie Combs) power ready to stop time in
case Phoebe is correct. Fortunately for Phoebe she was mistaken, but unfortunately for Prue the
spell turns her into a man, which Prue then goes by the name of Manny. The Succubus zeros in
on Prue/Manny, who finds her maleness has rendered her powerless to the Succubus.
Meanwhile, Piper finds a tape at the mating service that Dan (Greg Vaughan) had made, which
was paid by his sister, and finds that he was interested in the neighbor next door. 

Episode 6 -- "That Old Black Magic" (1999)

A trio of film students are the victims of a heart-stealing evil witch (guest star Brigid Brannagh)
who escapes the confines of her 200-year-old prison, hunting for her magical scepter and seeks
to destroy the Charmed Ones. Leo (Brian Krause) returns to help get the staff into the hands of
the only person who can use the wand for good, The Chosen One, and bumps into Piper (Holly
Marie Combs) with her new love interest, Dan (Greg Vaughan). Trying to put the awkwardness
aside, Leo, Piper and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) find the Chosen One, who turns out to be a
reluctant teen-ager named Kyle (guest star Jay Michael Ferguson), who can use the wand to
destroy the evil witch, while Prue (Shannen Doherty) stumbles across the magical scepter.
Ignoring Leo’s warnings, the Halliwell sisters attempt to find and defeat the witch and barely
escape with their lives. Meanwhile, things become bittersweet for Leo when he faces Piper’s
choice to end their difficult romance and begins a new one with Dan, and Pure meets Jack (guest
star Lochlyn Munro) for the first time.

Episode 7 -- "They're Everywhere" (1999)

Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) give in to their fears that the men in
their lives may be Warlocks and cast a mind-reading spell to find out the truth. Meanwhile, a
group of brain-zapping Warlocks called “Collectors” are after a young man, Eric (guest star Greg
Mehlman), who has translated ancient tablets that contain all historical events in the past and
future. Eric destroys the actual stone tables, limiting the knowledge to his own mind and
becoming prey to the “Collectors” who want the power of the tablets, so they use Eric’s father as
bait to lure Eric to them. Phoebe (Alyssa Milano), who has met Eric at the hospital tries to help
him find his dad who was taken from his hospital room. While trying to save Eric and his father,
Prue and Piper find out their recent flames are not Warlocks, although Jack (guest star Lochlyn
Munro) has been playing tricks on Prue with his twin brother. Piper takes a romantic leap of faith
and heads off for the weekend with Dan (Greg Vaughan).

Episode 8 -- "P3 H2O" (1999)

While visiting the camp where her mother died, Prue (Shannen Doherty) witnesses a man
drowning at the hands of something lurking beneath the surface of the lake and encounters a
man telling her to leave not to return. After telling her sisters about the deadly event, Prue, Piper
(Holly Marie Combs), and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) head to the camp and learns from Leo (Brian
Krause) that the man, Sam (guest star Scott Jaeck), was their mother's white lighter, who has
been living near the lake for the past twenty years to prevent history from repeating itself,
fearing Prue would return and die while fighting the water demon in the lake like her mother did.
Meanwhile, Piper discovers love letters (which her & Leo reads) written by her mother to Sam
and is forced to reevaluate her relationship with Leo, while Dan continues to court her. 

Episode 9 -- "Ms. Hellfire" (2000)

Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) are targeted by
a hit woman known as Ms. Hellfire. The sisters evade an attempt on their lives that results in the
assassin’s death and Prue goes under cover, as Ms. Hellfire, to find out who hired her. While
being undercover, Prue flirts with a cold-blooded criminal, Bane Jessup (guest star Antonio
Sabato, Jr.), which leads the Halliwell sisters to a confrontation with their old enemy, Barbas
(guest star Billy Drago). Meanwhile, Prue gets a new power (astro projection) and Dan (Greg
Vaughan) asks Piper to move into his place.

Episode 10 -- "Heartbreak City" (2000)

A dateless Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) comes to the aid of Cupid (guest star Michael Reilly Burke)
when a demon of hate named Drazi (guest star Clayton Rohner) steals Cupid’s powerful love ring
and sets out to destroy all his recent love matches. Cupid admitted to bringing Piper (Holly Marie
Combs) and Dan (Greg Vaughan) together and Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Jack (guest star
Lochlyn Munro) together, but he did not bring Piper and Leo (Brian Krause) together, as they did
that on their own, and it is a forbidden love. Cupid’s future look bleak as he watches the couples
he’s paired go from loving mates to sparring enemies, including Piper and Dan and Prue and
Jack. It’s up to Phoebe to bring them all back together again so the sisters can help get Cupid’s
ring back.

Episode 11 -- "Reckless Abandon" (2000)

Detective Morris (Dorian Gregory) puts his job on the line when he allows Phoebe (Alyssa
Milano) to take a seemingly abandoned baby home so the Charmed Ones can protect him from a
vengeful ghost Phoebe has seen in a terrifying vision. When Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Piper
(Holly Marie Combs) discover that the ghost has systematically been killing off the men in the
family, they ask the matriarch (guest star Stephanie Beacham, “Sunset Beach”) to help find the
reason for the murders before the baby boy meets the same fate. Meanwhile, Jack (guest star
Lochlyn Munro) tries to persuade Prue to accompany him on a business trip and Piper’s
relationship with Dan (Greg Vaughan) takes an exciting turn.

SEASON TWO (Part Two)

Episode 12 -- "Awakened" (Holly's Favorite!) (2000)

Piper (Holly Marie Combs) contracts a rare tropical disease, and when she is hospitalized, she
slips into a coma forcing Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) to cast an
“Awakening spell” to cure Piper, but by doing so, they are ignoring the code which prevents
witches from using spells for personal gain. The spell has an unfortunate side effect of spreading
the dangerous disease to other patients in the hospital, so Piper forces Prue and Phoebe to
reverse the spell. Meanwhile, Leo (Brian Krause) is unable to watch Piper die, so he risks his own
code of ethics by saving Piper, which got his wings clipped. When Piper comes to, Dan (Greg
Vaughan) hears her call out Leo’s name and due to life’s recent events, Prue says good-bye to
her job and Jack (guest star Lochlyn Munro).

Episode 13 -- "Animal Pragmatism" (2000)

Warner Bros. recording artist Janice Robinson guest stars on this Valentine’s Day episode where
Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) discovers that her college buddies has used a love spell to turn 3 animals
(a pig, snake and rabbit) into men on Valentine’s Day, for 24 hours. The men however , have
retained their animal instincts, and begin attacking innocent students and hunts for Phoebe to fix
it where they remain human forever. Phoebe attempts to reverse the spell to turn them back to
the animals they were, but the spells turns all the patrons into animals, creating a virtual zoo at
the club. Meanwhile, Prue (Shannen Doherty) is trying to adjust to her new unemployed lifestyle,
and the animal problem interrupts Phoebe’s, Piper’s (Holly Marie Combs) and Darryl’s (Dorian
Gregory) Valentine plans. Eventually, Piper heads off to her romantic evening with Dan (Greg
Vaughan) despite a brief fantasy about Leo (Brian Krause), who’s constant presence and new job
at the night club are making Dan very uneasy.

Episode 14 -- "Pardon My Past" (2000)

Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) is confronted by a spirit from her past life. She is haunted by her life as a
devious witch back in the roaring 1920’s and casts a spell to visit her past life finding Piper
(Holly Marie Combs) married to Dan (Greg Vaughan) and Prue (Shannen Doherty) a successful
photographer. Phoebe finds out that she was seduced by an immortal Warlock named Anton
(guest star Tyler Christopher) and together they set out to destroy Prue and Piper. The eerie
attacks on Phoebe’s present life were brought on by a curse that Prue and Piper cast on Phoebe
in her past life destroying her in 1924 and all future lives. Leo (Brian Krause) and the girls race
against time to stop the curse and save Phoebe. Meanwhile Piper, who learned that even though
she was married to Dan in a past life, Leo was her lover. Piper apparently had to choose between
Dan and Leo before, and Leo knew it all along.

Episode 15 -- "Give Me A Sign" (2000)

Detective Morris (Dorian Gregory) goes to the Manor to warn the girls that the criminal
mastermind, Bane Jessup (guest star Antonio Sabato, Jr.) has escaped and brings them a silver
hand held object found at the scene and wanted to know what it was. Leo (Brian Krause)
identified the silver object as a demonic weapon that only upper level demons can activate. When
Bane narrowly escapes an attack by a powerful demon named Litvack (guest star Steve
Railsback) he kidnaps Prue (Shannen Doherty) planning on getting her to use her powers to save
him from certain death. After Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) discover
Prue in a compromising situation with Bane, they are reluctant when Prue tries to convince them
to help her destroy Litvack to save Bane. Meanwhile, the mutual attraction for Prue and Bane is
difficult for Prue to deny. The spell Phoebe cast to help Piper decide between Leo and Dan (Greg
Vaughan) only adds to her confusion.

Episode 16 -- "Murphy's Luck" (2000)

Prue (Shannen Doherty) gets her first professional assignment photographing “the unluckiest
woman in San Francisco” Maggie Murphy (guest star Amy Adams), but the photo shoot turns into
a rescue when Prue realizes that Maggie is so tormented by her run of bad luck that she’s willing
to end her own life. When Prue learns the woman’s string of tragic events are actually the work
of a Darklighter (guest star Arnold Vosloo), Prue soon becomes his next tormented victim. Piper
(Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) rush to save their sister from her own
desperate suicide attempt while Leo (Brian Krause) intervenes making a selfless sacrifice in
order to put an end to the Darklighter’s powers. Also starring Dorian Gregory as Darryl Morris.

Episode 17 -- "How To Make A Quilt Out Of Americans" (2000)

Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) are visited by an
old family friend, Aunt Gail (guest star Anne Haney, “Mrs. Doubtfire”). Aunt Gail asks the
Charmed Ones to help stop a demon named Cryto (guest star Cameron Bancroft, “Beverly Hills,
90210”) who steals the skin from corpses. The Halliwell sisters learn that their Aunt has
betrayed them, trading their powers for eternal youth and beauty. As the Charmed Ones plot to
regain their powers, Piper has doubts about wanting her powers back at all claiming that being a
witch is keeping her from a chance at true love. Also starring Greg Vaughan as Dan.
SEASON TWO (Part Three)

Episode 18 -- "Chick Flick" (2000)

The Halliwell sisters battle a demon of illusions who, from the movie screen, cast a spell over the
audience and starts a full riot. The demon follows Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) home and tries to
attack her. The girls chase him to a movie theater where they believe they had vanquished him.
Later they found him in the movie itself, and when he and another character, Billy (guest star
Chris Payne Gilbert), fall out from the screen, the demon realizes that he can bring psycho killers
from the screen to the real world, therefore he sends an ax murderer and knife-wielding corpse
to kill Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe. With Billy and Leo’s
(Brian Krause) help, The Charmed Ones goes after the killer characters and the demon of
illusions. Meanwhile, Piper and Leo try to have their first normal date. 

Episode 19 -- "Ex Libris" (2000)

Piper (Holly Marie Combs) is interrupted from her excitement of booking Musical Guest Star, The
Goo Goo Dollas at the night club by Dan (Greg Vaughan), who found out some information about
Leo (Brian Krause), which causes a big fist fight between the two of them at the nightclub. Later
Dan gives a file with Leo’s personal information to Piper and she finds out that Leo has been
married. Meanwhile, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) is trying to help Charlene (guest star Rebecca
Cross), the ghost of a fellow student who was killed by a demon known as Libris (guest star
Scott Lincoln) who wanted to stop the publication of Charlene’s thesis proving the existence of
evil. After facing the Libris, Charlene’s spirit does not move on, as she was also meant to help
Prue (Shannen Doherty) capture a murderer, who killed a man’s daughter that Prue has
befriended. 

Episode 20 -- "Astral Monkey" (2000)

Dr. Curtis Williamson (guest star Matthew Glave), a disease specialist who had taken care of
Piper (Holly Marie Combs) when she was dangerously ill, has been trying to uncover the reason
for her miraculous and magical recovery. Dr. Williamson, investigates the sisters blood and
injects the three monkeys with their blood, giving them the same magical powers as the girls.
Then accidentally, he gets injected and receives all of their powers at once and begins using his
powers to harvest organs from innocent victims in a desperate effort to save his own dying
sister. While Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) are trying to put an end
to the doctor’s house calls, Prue is assigned to photographing a handsome actor (guest star Jim
Davidson) and ends up in the tabloid newspapers. Also starring Brian Krause as Leo Wyatt.

Episode 21 -- "Apocalypse, Not" (2000)

The Halliwells face their most deadly, powerful challenge to date: The Four Horsemen of the
Apocalypse (War, Strife, Famine and Death). When Prue (Shannen Doherty) is sucked into a
vortex with an apocalypse horseman, War, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Piper (Holly Marie
Combs) are forced to choose between saving their sister and saving the world. In order to bring
Prue back (including War) would mean that Piper and Phoebe would have to work with the other
3 horseman, to bring them back. Leo (Brian Krause) is desperately trying to convince them not to
work with the apocalypse horsemen to save Prue. They must find their own way to save Prue.
Much to Leo’s dismay, the three remaining evildoers strike a pact with Piper and Phoebe to work
together to save Prue and the fourth horseman, War. After wrestling with the reality that saving
Prue will bring about the end of the world, Piper and Phoebe make the ultimate sacrifice and
refuse to help the remaining horseman save their friend…and Prue.

Episode 22 -- "Be Careful What You Witch For" (2000)

The sister have angered the Infernal Council so often that they send a fast talking genie (guest
star French Stewart), who is a trickster, to teach the Halliwells a lesson. The genie grants Prue's
(Shannen Doherty) wish for the thrill of first love by turning her into a rebellious and powerless
17-year-old teenager, while Phoebe’s (Alyssa Milano) wish for an active power, the genie gives
her the power to fly and Piper’s (Holly Marie Combs) wish for Dan (Greg Vaughan) to move on
with his life, the genie turns him into an old man. Meanwhile, Dan returns from his trip only to
find that Piper is still with Leo (Brian Krause), even after he had given her the information on Leo
and then Dan’s heartbreak is compounded by the new knowledge that Piper is a witch and
learning that Leo is a Whitelighter, a guardian angel for witches. Also, Piper decides that when
Leo is called up by the Elders, that she is going to go up there with him and meet them.

SEASON THREE (Part One)

Episode 1 -- "The Honeymoon's Over" (2000)

Alternative rock band Barenaked Ladies (“One Day”) performs at P3 while Prue feels a little
jumpy now that they know the Evil Triad was behind most of the attacks of the past two years,
plus Piper (Holly Marie Combs) has left her and Phoebe one power of three short since she
disappeared with Leo (Brian Krause), who have traveled off to “his” world for a while. After
witnessing a murder, Prue and Phoebe (Shannen Doherty, Alyssa Milano) lie on the stand during
a murder trial, setting a killer free and endangering the life of an assistant district attorney, Cole
Turner (Julian McMahon). They find that the killer has a Guardian protecting him and they have
to find the upper level demon that is controlling the Guardians. Meanwhile, Leo asks Piper to
marry him. If Piper and Leo get married, then even the Elders can’t keep them apart. After a
heart-to-heart with her sisters, Piper says yes! 

Episode 2 -- "Magic Hour" (2000)

The Charmed Ones search for a way to let Piper and Leo (Brian Krause) get married without
angering the Whitelighter’s Celestial Superiors (the Elders) who have promised “unspeakable
wrath” if the two wed. Meanwhile, Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs), and
Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) try to unite two young lovers (Christopher & Brook) who are kept apart
by a sorcerer's curse, where Chris turns into an owl by day and Brook into a wolf by night. While
the sisters try to break the curse for Christopher and Brook, wedding plans are under way. Piper
and Leo think its safe to get hitched and are performing their secret ceremony, with a ghostly
Grams overseeing the nuptials. Unfortunately, it appears that Cole (Julian McMahon), Phoebe’s
new found flame, may have spilled the beans to “The Powers That Be” and Leo is twinkled to
sparkling dust just before the ceremony begins. 

Episode 3 -- "Once Upon a Time" (2000)

To save a little girl's (Kate) life, Prue and Phoebe (Shannen Doherty, Alyssa Milano) return to an
earlier time when they innocently believed in fairies and trolls, by fairy dust, as Kate has a
jewelry box with a fairy in it to keep the fairy safe from trolls. The trolls use the fairy to take over
the Magical Kingdom, which is ruled by the fairy’s parent. The sisters have to help Kate keep out
of the “tweens” places, the in-between spaces, like doorways, windows and the ultimate “tween”
at midnight, in-between day and night, as that is when and where the trolls attack. Meanwhile,
the Elders forbid Leo (Brian Krause) from ever seeing Piper again. Piper (Holly Marie Combs) is
devastated, heartbroken and angry over everything that happened with Leo, so she stubbornly
goes on strike from “The Powers That Be”. After saving Kate, Pipe realizes that her stubbornness
almost cost Kate her life, and if giving up Leo is the sacrifice she has to make as a witch, then
she’s will to make that sacrifice. “The Powers That Be” are impressed with Piper’s courage and
lets Leo return, giving the couple a chance to prove their love won’t get in the way of protecting
the innocent. Meanwhile, Phoebe’s new friend Cole (Julian McMahon) appears to be a
supernatural fiend after the Book of Shadows.

Episode 4 -- "All Halliwell's Eve" (2000)


It’s All Hallows Eve and a few of the Charmed One’s nemesis have returned from the banished-
land. Prue, (Shannen Doherty), Phoebe, (Alyssa Milano), and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) are sent
through a time vortex by the Elders and travels back in time to 1670, to help a coven of witches
in Colonial Virginia to save an unborn child (from their heritage line) from evil, Cole (Julian
McMahon). The Charmed Ones find out that they have no powers, so they learn the Colonial
Wiccan magic to help them save Charlotte and her unborn baby. Before the girls return back to
their time, they learn that the baby is Melinda Warren, their great, great, great, great, great
grandmother. Meanwhile, Leo (Brian Krause) and Darryl (Dorian Gregory) try to fight the demons
called Grimlocks and Darryl learns who Leo really is.

Episode 5 -- "Sight Unseen" (2000)

After the house is burglarized, Prue (Shannen Doherty), Phoebe (Alyssa Milano), and Piper (Holly
Marie Combs) try to figure out who the suspects might be, but Prue becomes consumed with
finding out more about the Triads plans to destroy her and her sisters and what evil force that is
stalking them. Darryl (Dorian Gregory) thinks the person who attacked Prue and burglarized the
house, may be human and a stalker. Meanwhile, Prue suspects Cole (Julian McMahon) of being a
demon and Piper is paranoid that the Elders are watching her and Leo (Brian Krause) whenever
they try to make love. 

Episode 6 -- "Primrose Empath" (2000)

Prue (Shannen Doherty) casts a spell to end the pain of a vagrant man who experiences other
people’s emotions. It turns out the man was far from innocent, he was a demon who had been
cursed to feel all the pain and suffering emotions in the world. When the spell backfires, Prue
takes on all of the pain in the world and is flattened by the overwhelming flood of human
emotion. Leo (Brian Krause), Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano), tries to
figure out how they can reverse Prue’s condition back into the demon. Meanwhile, Phoebe and
Cole (Julian McMahon) fall in love and Piper and Leo have couple issues.

Episode 7 -- "Power Outage" (2000)

Cole (Julian McMahon) enlists the help of a demon (Andrus, Spirit of Rage) who elevates petty
anger into violent rage between Prue, Phoebe and Piper (Shannen Doherty, Alyssa Milano, Holly
Marie Combs) to break their sisterly bond and destroy the very foundation of their powers,
leaving the sisters defenseless against attack. Leo (Brian Krause) was sent down by the Elders to
find out what happened as they could sense the violent rage, and the sisters loss of their powers.
Leo convinces the girls that they need to work their problems out and bond as sisters again, or
Belthazor will come and destroy them. Since Cole (Belthazor), chose not to kill Phoebe, the Triad
gets ready to destroy Belthazor for his betrayal, but Cole turns the table on the Triad and beats
them at their own game. 

Episode 8 -- "Sleuthing With the Enemy" (2000)

A demon bounty hunter named Krell seeks Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Piper’s (Holly Marie
Combs) help in destroying Belthazor. They learn from Krell, that Belthazor had killed theTriad.
While searching for Belthazor, they learn that Belthazor is Cole (Julian McMahon). Phoebe
(Alyssa Milano) enlists Leo’s (Brian Krause) help in healing Cole who had been injured, but there
were complication which leads Leo to also believe that Cole is Belthazor. After Cole's true identity
is revealed, Phoebe must make a tough decision of killing the man she loves or defying her
sisters by letting him go free.

Episode 9 -- "Coyote Piper" (2001)

An evil spirit existing in the form of a gas escapes an alchemist who wants to control it and
enters the body of a man to hunt for one of the Halliwell sisters. Piper (Holly Marie Combs) is
consumed with insecurities over her impending 10-year high school reunion, but when a she-
demon unexpectedly takes possession, Piper becomes very “Coyote Ugly” and it is up to Prue
(Shannen Doherty) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) to bring her back. Prue’s plan to get the demon
out of Piper is to stab her, hoping that Leo (Brian Krause) will be able to bring her back.
Meanwhile, Prue helps Piper prepare for the middle sister's 10-year high-school reunion, an
event Piper dreads attending. 

Episode 10 -- "We All Scream For Ice Cream" (2001)

Prue (Shannen Doherty) has a melody stuck in her head and she discovers its origin while having
lunch with Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) in a park — it's the sound of an ice-cream truck whose driver
abducts children. When Prue and Phoebe are lured into a nightmarish alternate dimension by a
seemingly evil ice cream man, the girls mistakenly help demons and endanger an innocent. They
must return to reality to enlist the help of Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and reconnect with their
estranged father, Victor (guest star James Read) to undo their fatal mistake. Victor, who had
saved Prue from the Ice Cream Trucks evil fate when she was little, is the only one who can open
the truck, as he is mortal. Meanwhile, Piper has Leo (Brian Krause) take care of the guy that
keeps bothering her at P3, as she thinks he’s trying to pick her up. 

Episode 11 -- "Blinded By the Whitelighter" (2001)

A powerful ancient warlock, Aames, slays a witch and steals her power to deflect objects and
spells. Natalie, the fallen witch’s Whitelighter and an old friend of Leo’s (Brian Krause), warns
the Charmed Ones and Leo of Aames and they learn that the warlock also has the power to clone
himself and to shape shift. Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe
(Alyssa Milano) pursue the killer against the advice of Natalie and loses the battle. Natalie starts
chastising Leo for his unprofessionalism when handling the Charmed Ones. Once up in the
Whitelighter sanctuary, Natalie informs Leo, she’ll be the one to determine for the Elders if his
feelings for Piper are interfering with his work. Phoebe call Leo and confesses that she did not
vanquish Cole/Belthazar. After Leo leaves Phoebe, he collapses when he feels a witch dying. Leo
must go up for the Whitelighters lockdown, while Natalie stays with the Charmed Ones and trains
them for battle against Aames. Natalie plans fail, and the girls call for Leo, who has a plan to
defeat Aames, but it would mean breaking some rules. Elsewhere, Phoebe is interrogated by a
member of the district attorney's office who is investigating Cole's (Julian McMahon)
disappearance and the Elders finally allow Leo and Piper to become engaged.

Episode 12 -- "Wrestling With Demons" (2001) 

A Demon disguised as a sports agent recruits mortals to turn demonic and his latest apprentice is
a man from Prue’s past, an athlete who disappeared six years ago. When Prue (Shannen
Doherty) discovers that her ex-boyfriend, Tom (guest star Marco Sanchez), is mutating into a
demon, she, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) risk their lives by battling for
his soul in an underworld wrestling ring. Meanwhile, Leo (Brian Krause) was given Patty’s
wedding ring to give to Piper at a romantic moment, but with all his orbing, he loses the ring, and
Prue and Piper find out that Cole (Julian McMahon) is still alive.

Episode 13 -- "Bride and Gloom" (2001)

An evil priestess sends a shapeshifting warlock, who uses disguises, to lure Prue (Shannen
Doherty) to a ceremonial altar, where the priestess will marry Pure to the warlock which will
turn her to evil and hoping the effect will spread to Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe
(Alyssa Milano) and the Book of Shadows. When Piper and Phoebe learn that Prue is missing,
Piper asks Leo (Brian Krause) to find out from the Elders what has happened to her and Phoebe
goes to Cole (Julian McMahon) and ask him to go into the underworld to find Prue. Slowly you
see Piper and Phoebe starting to turn evil and they start relishing their new evil powers. While
trying to find Prue, Piper and Phoebe freeze Leo then shatter him into a billion pieces. Even being
evil, they still need Prue and the Book of Shadows, to become the the Charmed Ones of evil.
Meanwhile, Piper and Leo clash over their wedding plans. 
Episode 14 -- "The Good, The Bad, and the Cursed" (2001)

While visiting a ghost town with her father, Victor (guest star James Read), Phoebe (Alyssa
Milano) has visions of a Indian (dressed as a cowboy) named Beau from the Old West getting
beaten up and Beau falls right through Phoebe and at that moment she becomes psychically and
physically linked to him. Phoebe begins to suffer from his injuries, which later include a gunshot
wound. Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Cole (Julian McMahon) goes into the parallel plane of the
town to try and save Phoebe from a horrifying fate. Elsewhere, Leo (Brian Krause) finds out that
his future father-in-law doesn't know that he is a Whitelighter and Piper (Holly Marie Combs)
prepares for the rehearsal dinner. 

Episode 15 -- "Just Harried" (2001)

Leo's (Brian Krause) and Piper's (Holly Marie Combs) wedding day arrives and Piper is praying
for a demon-free wedding day, but all is not well with Prue (Shannen Doherty). While sleeping,
Prue’s astral self has other plans and orbs into a bikers bar, where the spirit gets involved in a
quarrel with a man who dies, leaving the real Prue as a murder suspect. Prue meets T.J., a
handsome stranger, at the biker bar. T.J. bursts through the doors on his Harley and Prue, who
collapses, astral self hops on the bike and they take off. Piper then calls off the wedding. Patty
(guest star Finola Hughes) and Victor (guest star James Read) goes to find Piper and talk to her.
Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) gets the Book of Shadows to try to summon astral Prue back and Leo,
Cole (Julian McMahon) and Darryl (Dorian Gregory) goes to the Bikers bar to find the real killer.
Also starring, Jennifer Rhodes as Grams.

Episode 16 -- "Death Takes a Halliwell" (2001)

Prue (Shannen Doherty) sees the Angel of Death as he takes a murdered woman's soul — and the
specter warns that he will return. Prue is tired of losing her battle to save innocents, and in her
effort to fight off the Angel of Death, she has to turn her back on a dying soul when she accepts
that she can’t fight Death and she reconciles with the death of her mother. Also, Phoebe (Alyssa
Milano) and Cole (Julian McMahon) hunt for two demons (Seekers) that are pursuing Belthazor
after Phoebe learns that Cole's former landlady was murdered. Meanwhile, Leo (Brian Krause)
and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) go up for a Whitelighter’s wedding reception. 

Episode 17 -- "Pre-Witched" (2001)

Now that Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Leo (Brian Krause) are married, Prue (Shannen
Doherty), Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Piper are faced with the possibility of being separated as
the newlyweds plan to move out on their own, and the episode flashes back to an earlier time
before the sisters knew they were the three most powerful witches the world has ever known.
Meanwhile, the sisters individually battle the same demon (a familiar who turned into a warlock)
on three separate occasions, with each confrontation ending in apparent victory — until the
demon reappears at the manor, ready to fight. The sisters learn that his goal is to be killed 9
times so he can become immortal. 

Episode 18 -- "Sin Francisco" (2001)

A demon uses his power, the seven deadly sins, to bring “The Source” seven innocent souls. The
Demon who has the power of the seven deadly sins infects Leo (Brian Krause), Piper (Holly Marie
Combs), Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) with 4 of the sin balls. The sins
that each of them got was: Piper with Gluttony, Prue with Pride, Phoebe with Lust and Leo with
Sloth. The girls learn that a priest is infected with envy, hold a man hostage at a car dealership,
so Prue and Phoebe go to help Darryl (Dorian Gregory) save the Priest and hostage. During this
time, Phoebe tries to seduce an officer who Darryl ends up suspending. The Demon then infects
the officer with the deadly sin of Anger. There is no magic that can get rid of the sins. The Girls
must try and save the Priest, the Officer, Leo and themselves, or they all will self destruct. 
Episode 19 -- "The Demon Who Came in From the Cold" (2001)

While Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Cole (Julian McMahon) are walking down the street a crazy
man starts to yell about the “Brotherhood of the Thorn.” A demon materializes and kills the crazy
man, and Phoebe kills the demon. Cole tells Phoebe that she just killed his brother. Phoebe calls
for Leo (Brian Krause), Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Prue (Shannen Doherty), and when they
explained what happened, Leo explains that the “Brotherhood of The Thorn” is a demonic elite
group that are blood brothers and are hand picked by the Source. Cole officially joins the good
fight when he goes undercover in an underworld “Brotherhood of The Thorn” (of which Cole was
a member) to help Prue, Phoebe, Piper and Leo learn more about the evil and their plans, but
their trust in him falters when it looks as though they are being double-crossed. 

Episode 20 -- "Exit Strategy" (2001)

Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) is worried when her love, Cole (Julian McMahon) stays undercover in a
demon Broherhood, but the danger turns dire when Cole’s old mentor, Rainer, plots to bring out
Cole’s evil side. Cole agrees to steal a witch's amulet in order to convince the head of the
Brotherhood (Rainer) that he is still evil. He completes his task without hurting the witch, but
another demon kills her in hopes that Cole will be blamed for the murder. Meanwhile, Piper's
(Holly Marie Combs) powers begin to malfunction and she inadvertently blows up everything she
points to and Leo (Brian Krause) finally gets his passport. Also, Starring Shannen Doherty as
Prue.

Episode 21 -- "Look Who's Barking" (2001)

The sisters hunt for a demon (a Banshee) who seeks out people whose souls are in pain and are
in deep sorrow and kills them with her screams, but when they perform a tracking spell, they
inadvertently turn Prue (Shannen Doherty) into a Siberian husky, “Prujo.” When Leo (Brian
Krause) comes back from talking with the Elders, he was surprised to hear that the girls fought
the Banshee and that they both were alright. Leo tells Piper (Holly Marie Combs) that the
Banshee doesn’t kill witches, it turns them into Banshees. After the Banshee attacks Phoebe
(Alyssa Milano), she turns into a Banshee, which leave Piper and Leo to save Phoebe and Prue
from their fate. Plus Cole (Julian McMahon) seeks an alchemist's help in changing his blood type
so the vanquishing potion will not work on him.

Episode 22 -- "All Hell Breaks Loose" (2001)

In the third-season finale, The girls save Dr. Griffis, from a demon named Shax, who gets away,
and a news crew catches Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Prue (Shannen Doherty) vanquishing
Shax and the footage airs repeatedly on the local broadcast. Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) travels to
the underworld to rid Cole (Julian McMahon) of his evil inclinations. Leo (Brian Krause) goes
down to the underworld to get Phoebe as things are getting out of hand up above, while Darryl
(Dorian Gregory) is trying to control the crowd from entering the manor. Leo, Phoebe and Cole
try to get the Source to have Tempus turn back time after Piper is shot by an insane fan and is
killed, with the condition that Piper and Prue are warned about Shax’s attack (otherwise they
will die anyway), which the Source agrees to, but with one stipulation, Phoebe stays in the
underworld with them. But the Source betrays Cole and Phoebe and sends his assassin, Shax to
kill Prue and Piper and this time Prue dies...permanently.
