II. TRAININGS:
Upon arrival of the equipment in your job site, we will provide the following
trainings:

III. SERVICE FACILITIES:

We confirm that we have the full capacity to back-up all equipments
supplied to your company. We have branches and workshop facilities to

1. We will commission and inspect the equipments as soon as they arrive
in your job site, to ensure that these equipments are in satisfactory
conditions and ready.

• First 12 months / 2,000 hours standard Dressta Warranty terms,
whichever first occurs.
• Thereafter engine extended coverage up to 24 months / 4,000
hours, whichever first occurs.
3. All Operation and Service According to Dressta Standard with
Dressta Authorized dealers and use Dressta Genuine Parts

II. TRAININGS:
Upon arrival of the equipment in your job site, we will provide the following
trainings:
• Operators Training – to ensure proper operation of the equipment
• Mechanics Training – to ensure proper maintenance and repair

III. SERVICE FACILITIES:

We confirm that we have the full capacity to back-up all equipments
supplied to your company. We have branches and workshop facilities to
support our customers and also can provide Service Contracts if you
require.

IV. FULL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT SUPPORTS

• We guarantee the availability of spare parts required for your
equipment. Each of our project had sufficient spare parts inventory to
support our Dressta products.
• We also have mechanic to reduce machine down time.

 FULL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (FMC) PROJECT
2. Scope of Work

The scope of work is the provision of Full Maintenance Contract (FMC) of 55 (fifty five)
Articulated Dump Truck A40G machines, 18 (eighteen) Articulated Dump Truck A60H
machines, 4 (four) Crawler Excavator EC480DL machines, 15 (fifteen) Crawler Excavator
EC750DL machines, 14 (fourteen) Dozer TD-20 machines, 2 (two) Dozer TD-40 machines
which accommodate the Tier 4 technology of Heavy Equipment. And 4 (four) Motor
Grader G9190 machines with 5 (five) Crawler Excavator EC950EL machines which
accommodate the Tier 3 technology.
The FMC service compartment includes:
1. Daily Inspection
2. Preventive Maintenance
3. Scheduled and Unscheduled Breakdown Repair
4. Physical Availability Guarantee
5. Part and Component Inventory at Jobsite
6. Manpower (including mechanic) and Supporting Tools at Jobsite

 3. Price

3.1. Hourly Rate

Hourly Rate is to cover the cost incurred by the IPPS which shall be included to all
parts, lubricants and component overhaul necessary to perform the FMC Project of
SDLG, Dressta, and Volvo Heavy Equipments in AVA’s jobsite.

3.2. Monthly Fee

Monthly Fee is to cover cost incurred by the IPPS which shall be exclusive of all parts,
lubricants and component overhaul but shall be included to professional and
technical services, fuel for IPPS’s equipment, service vehicle, superintendence,
accommodation and messing, office and clerical services, tools and special tools and
all other cost necessary to perform the FMC Project of SDLG, Dressta, and Volvo
Heavy Equipment in AVA’s jobsite.
Monthly Fee structure consists of 5 (five) categories:
a. Manpower
b. Furniture and Messing
c. Tools
d. Container and Other
e. Operating Expenses

4. Terms and Condition

4.1. Terms of Payment

Invoice is the total of machine running hour meter (working hour) per month for each
machine multiplied by the contract price mentioned in point 3.1. Hourly Rate and the
monthly fee mentioned in point 3.2. Monthly Fee.
Invoice will be submitted to AVA every month and should be paid to IPPS within 30
(thirty) days from the invoice handed over date to AVA. If the job invoice of IPPS was
not paid by AVA as mentioned in the term of payment above, a penalty of late
payment will be charged to AVA in the amount of 0.1% (zero point one percent) per
late day from the amount of invoice job of IPPS.

4.2. Minimum Hour

Minimum hour is the total amount of machine working hour for 117 Heavy
Equipment machines on the period of 1 (one) month and will be charged to the
machine if the machine which in the condition of ready for used (rfu) was not utilized
by AVA or the amount of machine actual working hour is less than the minimum hour
approved by the Parties mentioned below:

4.3. Contract Variation

The contract price will vary for each month which following the alteration of
exchange currency. The formula to adjust the contract price mentioned below:

In the condition of machine failed to achieve the target of Machine Availability (MA)
as mentioned in point 1. Scope of Work, the invoice of IPPS to AVA will follow the
formula below:
a. If the machine actual MA is less than the guarantee MA mentioned in point I.
Scope of Work, 90% (ninety percent), but the value is equal to or greater than
the minimum MA, 80% (eighty percent), the invoice calculation will following the
formula:
