    1) Stage 3 - Detailed Design Amount due = R212 423,62 - R95 587,72
    A detailed design had to be done for the variation works on site.
    A design for the earthworks was produced by the engineers.

    2) Stage 5 - Construction Supervision June 2017 - March 2018


    Project started june 2017 and was supposed to finish in march 2018.
    Totla fee amount for stage 5, which is 9 months upto March, is R 212 423
    And R95 587,73 has been paid to date.
    Therefor based on the current project value, the amount payable is R 116

    March 2018 - July 2018


    Project extended until initial contractor left site in July 2018.
    Hence the amount payable for March to July 2018 is 4 x R 23 602,62 = R

    Supervision of the current contractor to date.
    Therefor based on the current project value, the amount payable is 5 x R 2

    3) Stage 6 - Close-Out End of project


    Amount payable = R 42 484,72

    The total amount payable = R 488 580,12 excluding Vat


    Bakhele Consulting find it to be risky to proceed with services, until the total amount payable has been paid.
