Get enough sleep and rest

Nobody can be in the best health for long without sleep and rest. Adults may vary in the hours of sleep
they need. Probably the best test of whether you are getting enough sleep is how you feel. If you awake
refreshed and energetic, you are no doubt getting required rest. But if you frequently get tired, the solution
may well be as simple as going to bed earlier and being as regular as possible in your sleep habits. Frequent
inability to sleep should be discussed with a physician.

Take the Wheel

I knew my friend Karen was a bad driver, but I didn’t realize quite how bad until she started
working for an elderly blind woman whose husband had recently passed away. His large old car was still
in the garage. One day she asked Karen if she would mind taking her out for a drive, as her husband used
to do.
They set off down the driveway, only to bump into the wheelbarrow parked on the edge of the of the
grass, eliciting a cry of fear from the passenger. After much reassurance, Karen was allowed to continue
on out into the road, where she bumped into the bins on the other side, scattering them noisily.
At this point the blind lady lost her composure completely and demanded frantically .
