    1. How would you develop a sense of Nationalism and Patriotism in you?

    1.) Patriotism the value of patriotism in the light of our being Filipino And
    Identify concrete ways wherein I may practice sense of patriotism on a daily basis.
    Be proud, support and love my country.

    Nationalism
    Show respect whenever the National Anthem of the Philippines is being sung.
    This is a song in which we honour our ancestors, who risked their dear lives to
    liberate our country. And,Be proud of your Filipino race. Be proud of your
    nationality. Feel it through your mind and spirit that you’re a true blooded
    Filipino. Especially in other countries, your little acts already symbolize the
    Filipino people, the whole Philippines. It’s a matter of how/what you want
    Filipinos to be known as by your foreign folks, considerably, you represent the
    whole nation.

    2. On the duties of Filipino people, explain briefly at least three (3) duties that are
    almost always practiced by the common "tao".

    1. To vote honestly an wisely AS responsible citizens, we need to cast our vote


    wisely to help reduce the corruption and vile politician in the government.

    2. To Defend the Motherland People need to be loyal to their country, their


    motherland because it is a part of who they are. People uniting and staying loyal to
    their country shows patriotism toward your country because you love it, even
    though you may not love all the things about it, especially the leadership. People
    can change corrupt leadership if they pursue it enough. If people want change, it
    starts with them. Our Motherland is our home, we need to protect and defend her
    because it is where we belong. 3. To pay taxes to the government As good and
    responsible citizen we need to do our duties and responsibility; like paying taxes.

    3. On Human Rights, differentiate the following:

    a. Political Rights from Constitutional Rights


    b. Natural Rights from Civil Rights

    a. Political Rights are rights conferred by the state to the people so that they may
    participate in government. Constitutional Rights in the other hand are rights
    recognised and protected by the constitution and part of the fundamental law of the
    land.

    b. While Natural Rights are rights conferred upon to human being by God - this
    connote be taken from the person. The Civil Rights are rights granted by the state
    for promotion of common welfare of individual citizen.
