WORK EXPERIENCE

Project Associate at ENGENDERHEALTH Organisation from February 2020 to


till date.

 Responsibilities Handled.
 Organized and Coordinated ASHA Mentors training on FP methods with focus on Post-
Partum Family Planning and newer contraceptives like injectable (ANTHAR) and (Chaya)
Centchroman in various District and Taluka.
 Coordinated and Carried out training for ASHA and ASHA facilitators on FP methods with
focusing on Post-Partum Family Planning and newer contraceptives like injectable and
Centchroman (ANTHARA and CHAYA)
 Coordinating and conducting training for Data Entry Operators on recording and reporting
of FP data in recommend software by government such as FPLMIS.
 Carried out various orientation programmes to ASHA Trainers, ASHA facilitators and ASHA
workers on Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) and Informed Voluntary Decision
Making (IVDM)
 Providing facilitative supervision to trained AHSAs/ANMs/AWWs in conducting activities
related to FP on the Village Health and Nutrition Days (VHNDs) to ensure the women are
provided correct and complete information on FP methods to make an informed decision
 Facilitated supervision to ASHA trainers in training and coaching for ASHAs to deliver key FP
messages.
 Supporting and handholding to ASHAs in delivering key FP messages
 Caring out regular follow- up to trained ASHAs during VHND, Immunisation day PMSY

supervisor.

 Facilitated to conducting CAC trainings at KIMS-Hubballi and BIMS-Belagavi. Based on RoP
target.
 Following-up with district health officials for the nomination of doctors for CAC trainings and
ensuring the availability of training materials.
 Undertaking regular visits to service delivery sites to follow-up with each CAC trained provider,
ensuring service delivery, identifying issues affecting service delivery and helping design and
implement solutions to facilitate service delivery.
 Conducted orientation of community intermediaries (Aasha, ANM, LHV) at service delivery sites
to inform them about CAC service.
 Documentation of activities and preparation of reports on program status.
 ToT of CAC-SMS application. Trained 9 district data entry operators.
 ToT of Onsite Orientation (Staff Nurse and Doctor) to improve the Post abortion family planning.
 Coordination with DFWO to joint visits of CAC trained facility to improve the CAC service with
PAFP.
