OPEN Hole 3th Cement Plug Job Procedures.

9900-9150
Operation Sequence:
1. SPOT W/ 21 BBLS HI-VIS-PILL @10200 FT & DISPLACE SAME BY 164 BBL
- POOH W/ 3 1/2'' D/P CMT STINGER T/ 9900 FT ( STD N 90) .
- Connect - SLBCement Surface Lines with T-Valve.
- PJSM, Flush line W/ 5 BBL Water, P/T same to 3000 psi.
2. Start Cement Plug Job.
 Pumped 38.5 BBl's Mud Push as Spacer ahead.
 Pumped 54 BBl's 15.8 PPG Cement Slurry.
 Pumped11 BBl's Mud Push as Spacer Behind.
 Displace with Mud by Cement Unit 130 BBL's - Under displace 13 BBL's.
3. Close Low Torque Valve then Break out Connection & Check for Swab Effect.
4. POOH ( 15 STD ) , NORMAL CIRC , THEN POOH TO SURFACE ,
 Mud Engineer, Derrick man:
1. Total Pump 103 BBL’s Mud Push + Slurry.
2. OBM for Displacement: 130 BBL’s (Need Separate Tank).
3. Calculate Losses While Cement JOB.
4. If Spacer & Cement appear on Shale Shakers, Dump to Water Waste Pit through
Dump Line.
- Check Weight of Cement slurry (15.8 ppg) & Mud Push II (12 ppg)
- Check Take 2 Samples For Each Slurry & Write on Same.
- One Man on Shale Shaker all the Time to Check Return & Contact with SLB
Operator on Unit.
