Beira.

Role: Stated CSR initiative in the company in the field of (Agriculture, Education, Health, livelihood and Water)
Supervising overall management of Nigeria CSR operation for land acquisition & resettlement including government and other
stakeholders in line with FPIC process (Free, Prior and Informed Consent) and as per company policy.
Maintaining updates of complaints & requests of the community and providing them amicable solutions.
Acting as Professional Representative, liaising between the community and various local & national governmental and non-
governmental agencies to build strong networks for environmental security and streamlining the communication process.

Worked in Rural community through PRA in implementing livelihood projects like the formation of SHGs, Farmers Club,
common property resource management, micro planning for project preparation and social audit.
Initiated up-gradation of livelihood skills for unemployed dropout youth and provided them with job placement in urban slums
areas.
Established 230 SHGs and linked them to formal rural finance systems like nationalized banks and empowered them for IGA
like cattle rearing, NTFP (non-timber forest product), fishery, vermicompost and so on.
Conducted research, reporting, documentation & publication of news bulletin, quarterly and annual reports
Monitored & supervised the ongoing project on HIV/AIDS by Karnataka Health Promotion Trust, education of & vocational
