E-Quotation Notice No. 2 for the Year 2020-21
Consultant having experience in Collection of data & preparing Detailed Reports on Emergency Action Plan &
Dam break Analysis to support the estimate later on, are hereby notified that the e-quotation for the following work is invited.
Detailed Report shall be prepared so as to highlight summary of information as well as to cover descriptive information to the
requisite details.
The Consultant’s intending for the work is hereby requested to submit the quotation to the Executive Engineer,
Dhule Irrigation Division, Dhule, Dist. Dhule (Telephone no. 02562/276596). Sealed e-quotation will be accepted by Executive
Engineer, Dhule Irrigation Division, Dhule up to Date 15.10.2020 by speed post (advance copy can be sent through E-mail ID
on diddhule@rediffmail.com up to 14.00 hours and can be opened on the same day at 16.00 hours if possible.

2016, CWC guidelines for development & implementation of emergency action plan of Dam's
2006, Technical circular of MERI Nasik No.DSO/PB-4/1582 dated 16/11/2015 & as per the 2,001 to 3,000
latest government guidelines complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge at all
stages.
3,001 to 4,000
a) All the technical, non technical staff, Assistants, Labors & vehicle required to collect the
following data.
i. Introductory, Identification of downstream Inundation Areas, developing notification 4,001 to 5,000
flowchart & Inundation maps, detection of emergency, Responsibilities, Emergency
procedures, probable damage of live stock or property in the flood affected area, 5,001 to 6,000
Preventive actions.
ii. Preparing all the village/wadi/pada/industrial area's boundary wise detailed drawings 6,001 to 7,000
with 0.50 m. contour interval by using standard software and superimposing it on village
map with scale 1:5000 showing Dam Break Flood Lines i.e. Prohibited line( Blue line), 7,001 to 15,000
Restricted line (Red line) & Caution Zone (Green Line) along with mapping of
structures & other important details etc. required for EAP. 15,000 to 30,000
iii. Appendices & Tables of Information as prescribed in Dam Safety Manual Chapter - 8,
CWC guidelines for developing emergency action plan of Dam's 2016, CWC guidelines 30,001 to 60,000
for development & implementation of emergency action plan of Dam's 2006.
(The data collection is excluding River Travers Survey Work & it's drawing i.e. crosses 60,001 to 1,00,000
section & L-Section of river per Km. etc. Soft copy of all the Traverse Survey data &
Traverse Survey drawings etc. will be provided separately by the department to the
Agency, which are also needs to be printed as per the requirement and get it attached in 1,00,001 & above
the EAP Report, in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge at all stages.)

Right to accept or reject single of any or all e-quotations without mentioning any reason has been reserved by the
