We are for the most part, mindful of the current circumstance we are confronting today. This
pandemic has brought such a great amount of changes to our everyday living including how we gain
from school. The school's drive to address this emergency is another framework called Flexible
Learning. I realize you are as yet inexperienced with this better approach for learning. Try not to stress,
I will acquaint you with this framework today.

What is the Flexible Learning Setup?

The Flexible Learning Setup is a combination of face-to-face classes and home-based learning.
For school year 2021, we will follow the 4-10 2-week cycle schedule, which means:

● students will attend face-to-face classes for 4 days in a week and


● study at home for the next 10 days

The primary instructional material for the flexible learning set-up is the Flexible Learning
Module. The learning experiences in the modules are designed for full self-study in the event that
students will need or be required to stay home.

Subject Description and Objectives:

This course is designed to help the Field Study students verify the behavior of the child and the
various roles and responsibilities of the teacher in the actual classroom setting as well as perceived
how professionalism can improve teaching competencies. It will require them to recognize the feasible
approaches to be utilized with the learner considering the different phases of his development.

At the end of this course, students are expected to:

1. Identify the stages of the physical, motor, linguistic, literacy, cognitive, social and emotional
development of the children or adolescents as manifested in the actual classroom setting.

2. Observe and reflect on the different approaches employed by the teacher in dealing with learners in
