The business will provide satisfaction for the customers through our Click

Tapioca a mango flavor as a dessert drink with a tagline “Everyday is a Tapiocalicious”.

Click Tapioca made with mangoes, tapioca pearls, and milk. It is sweet, creamy and

tangy that is perfect here in our country – a tropical one. Also, it is refreshing drink that

is trending now in generation Z or the millennials. It can give a satisfactory effect for all

possible consumers who craves for creamy and sweet drink. It is accessible online

ordering and deliver it through meet up. The image of this business is not just selling the

most delicious Click Tapioca but also giving the love and happiness of every sip and

drink of it.

just only five ingredients and can be prepared ahead of time, making it ideal for serving

Business Policies

To aim the goal of the business the proposed business will design policies:
Work schedule- The store owner, cashier, and cook will start their work at 7:45 a.m.

advance 15 minutes for 8:00 a.m. duty until 12 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The employee will be given 1-hour break for lunch time, and 30 minutes for a coffee

break a total of 8 hours duty.

Uniform- The employee must wear plain white polo shirt, black pants, rubber shoes and

obliged to wear hair net.

Code of Conduct Policy- The business will exterminate discrimination and unlawful

harassment in our workplace. Any actions, jokes, comments base on the employee or

client race, religion, ethnicity, sex, age or any other legally protected class are not

tolerated and will be subjected to sanctions.

Attendance- Employees are expected to be on time and regular in attendance. This

signify that being at your workspace and ready to work at your scheduled time each

day. Tardiness and absenteeism are subjected to sanctions.

Leave policy:

Sick leave- The employee must notify the head of the business before each absence

due to illness. Sick leave will exceed 2 to 3 days and he/she must present medical

certificate as a proof.

Vacation leave- Regular employee will be given 10-15 days of vacation leave and no

vacation leave will be given for the probation employee. The employee should request

his / her vacation leave 3 days advance, before the request.


Compensation and Benefits- It helps give benefits to employees based on their

performance and actions and brings the best out of the employees at workplace. The

salary of the employee will be based on the number of working hours spent every day.

Government benefits such as SSS, Phil Health, Pagtutulungan sa Kinabukasan: Ikaw,

Bangko, Industria at Gobyerno (PAG-IBIG) are also included to the employees’ benefits

which is also automatically deducted from their salary.

Separation- The employee will be given a freedom to stop working from the business if

he/she feels uncomfortable and/or tired of working.
