Puto pao will provide a better quality food and delight great taste with a twist for our

customers. It come different varieties of flavors from plain Puto Pao with Asado meat inside,

pandan puto pao with cheese and salted egg at the top. All of our product is suit in every customers

want at the most reasonable price.

B. Business Goals: Vision Mission, Objectives and Performance Targets

VISSION:

Our vision is to make a different kind and flavors of Puto providing high quality, service and

clean product in given location within four months.

MISSION:

To serve great tasting food and provide satisfaction to every customers at the most

reasonable, affordable price for a healthier and refreshing product.

OBEJECTIVES:

II. THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The executive summary should then introduce and highlight and good qualities of:

1. The business proponents and their partners;

 Puto Pao gives different fulfillment to the buyers and also gives satisfaction to every

customers who purchase Puto Pao. Puto Pao has a commonly used for snack every afternoon in

short used for midday snack but in our case, it can also used for kids snack , office snacks and also

can be desserts coz of the twist itself.

2. The enterprise organization and its capabilities;

 Puto Pao is an invented product, specifically in the place of Santa Maria, Bulacan(SMB)

there has a lot of strong competitors and well known firm. Puto Pao is kind of rice cake food and it

will become unique to other kinds of rice cake, because there has something that anyone never

tasted before.
3. The technology provides and their expertise and experience: and

 Puto Pao is homemade and we decided to use small tin cups to mold the Puto Pao and for

cooking we propose to use oven or steamer. Patricia Carpio will be responsible on making rice

cakes Puto Pao, she had experience in making on it. She's been inherited by her ancestor in making

homemade puto and other kinds of rice cakes. She will be also a technology provider, with the help

of Avigel Undan.

4. The supplier and also the major service provider:

 Any kind of major supermarket has a possibilities to meet all the raw materials for rice

cakes Puto Pao and our team will be needed for looking all the supplies.

III. BUSINESS PROPONENTS: Organizers with their capabilities and contributors

The 3rd section of the business plan contains information about the business proponents or

stakeholders. There are four types of stakeholders:

1. Resources mobilize and financial backers

 Patricia Carpio- will be the one who will share for the capital of the business, she can

lend for money in case for the short of budget.

2. Technology provides and applicators

 Jayvie Vetonio & Patricia Carpio - they are the one who will think of the technologies

that the business needs, they are also the one who will analyze if the budget is enough to

make use of technologies and if there is a sufficient fund that they can use to pay for it, the

will be the one who will make the main product which is puto pao.

3. Governance and top management

 Sherry Lyn Clacio- is the assistant leader of the group that can handle the

governance and top management since it is all about managing, the one who will handle the
money like being the cashier in the business, she can lead their members so they can follow,

but having leaders doesn’t mean that other members can't participate because as a team in

the business, the suggestions and approval of each individual is very important, she will be

able to formulate different ideas and concept that can improve the business.

4. Operating and supporting team

 Avigel Undan & Katrina Bayumbon- they are the one who will represent as the

advertisers of the business and of course those who have skills when it comes to sales talk

should be chosen they are in charge to sell the product.

IV. The target customers and the main value proposition to the customers

The fourth section of the business plan is the target customers and the main value

proposition. Which answer the following questions :

1. What the customers buy?

 Puto Pao

2. How they buy?

 They can go directly to the store or through social media specifically through facebook,

twitter and instagram.

3. When they can buy?

 Monday to Saturday 8AM to 5PM

4. When they can buy?

 They can buy the Puto Pao at Santa Maria, Bulacan specifically outside the campus of

Polytechnic University of the Philippines

5. What convince them to buy?


 Puto Pao will be serve hot and new steamed. We put some uniqueness to our product

compare to the others. Cheap and very affordable price especially for the students. Puto Pao is the

product that never been tasted before.

V. The Market Demand and Supply, Industry Dynamics and Macro Environmental factor

The business plan should discuss the relevant industry dynamics:

Marilao's famous Puto and Cotchinta they are one of the strongest competitor here in the

province. The industries build with the year of 1947. The advantage of this firm is there has a lot of

loyal customers because 1947 until now they run the business while the disadvantage could be

there haven't a innovation happen same tastes as before there is nothing new. The strategies that

they employ is they can deliver the order of the customers to their house for free if the

puto/kutsinta that they order is more than 300 above and if you purchase puto/kutsinta worth of

500 pesos you can get 1 tray of mini puto. Before they are getting supplies from others but now

they supply themselves for their firm and they are responsible of making raw materials to supply

themselves. There have the capabilities to attract more customers because they are the big business

in manufacturing rice cake in the province of Bulacan. They have a big place there and also there

had a lot of chair and table for the customers. There place restaurant type there cashier server and

other staff. I think this channel is very convenient for the customers because if the order is too long

to serve there has chair for their comfort and if you are the customers and you are not willing to

wait there has server to serve your order.

The market are affected by the macro environment which are:

Social Environment. Puto pao is very tradional food it is a part of our being Filipino.

In our society now we right on with trends specifically food trend.

The traditional food, we put some twist just to be click for the customer
Technological environmental. in making a rice cake puto is not Hassel at all with the help of

modern technology we use steamer with a conical shaped lid to keep the condensing steam to drip

down to the puto-pao.

Ecological environment. we considered that all of our raw materials in making puto-pao is

natural resources like flour which came from grinding roots, beans, nuts and so on, eggs and sugar.

Economic environmental. it will affect the business of our because of unstable price of raw

materials. If the raw materials of our product rise, our output also will force to rise.

Political environment. include the rules base in the agreement and regulations in the

location that we decided to build. If these rules violated it will punishable by law, it could be has a

penalty ban for specific date. The severe is your business will be stop or close.
