BNT'S PASTILLAS
BNT'S PASTILLAS is a product (sweet product) that will be done and establish in early
part of January 2020. It is owned by John Carlos Liwanag and with the help of
Antoinette Sarmiento, Andrei AJ Baltera, Kelvin Carl Otilla, Paula Mariz Tan, Lynnyl
Aislinn Bombales and Leila Nicole Huit(Buraot Ng Taon) whom the name of this
business originate from. Its location will be inside the Laguna Senior Highschool near
the Capitol Grounds in the heart of Laguna which is Sta. Cruz. It is also means that a lot
of people can easily locate our business. BNT'S PASTILLAS will surely capture the eye
of the public specially those who loves sweets and pastillas. In addition to its nearness
in the town, its tagline" There's sweetness in every Bite" will make the consumer
wonder and eventually try and hopefully buy the products that this business offers.
Objectives
Since sweet products is always part of the meal of a lot of Filipino's. The creators of this
business aim to give and cater the public a highly good taste pastillas (with different
flavors) and at the same time, consumer can buy it in an undeniably affordable price.
The target of this business is to provide a pastimallows to the students, teachers and
utilities of Laguna Senior Highschool in Sta. Cruz, Laguna.
BNT'S PASTILLAS obviously offers a pastillas products. However, the creators put a
twist on it. They will offer a pastimallows with different flavors. It can be in an original
flavor, cheese, coffee, chocolate and in a wintermelon flavor. The business owners
assure the buyers and customers that the said products are safe and clean since it is
done with an appropriate kitchen and baking tools. Aside from a delicious yet affordable
products, it is also provides a good selling approach to the consumers and the creators
of this business are all well trained before dealing with different buyers. It also provides
an online sevices (especially in Facebook) for those people who are too busy to go to
the physical store.
Market Analysis
The owners and creators of BNT'S PASTILLAS are making sure that the products of the
said business will definitely stand out among others. That's the reason why they want to
build and establish their business in the capital of Laguna which is Sta. Cruz. Since the
place of the business is inside the school there are a lot of people to sell with their
products. In a simple way like that, their business will easily expose and notice by the
public.
The business creators made sure that the strategies they will use are a lot and way
different from the existing companies. The process was critically done step by step from
the packaging of the products using an aesthetic and simple design, different types of
advertisements (flyers and posters) and also with the use of social networking sites.

their valued customers. And another one is their 5-star quality pastimallows with variant
flavors that will attract and draw attention of the people aside from excellent selling of
the owners.
Weaknesses- Since the business is newly built and established, there will be some
adjustments that can be a challenges or possibly hindrances to the early success of the
business. That is why the owners will observe to be able to find solutions to solve the
problem that their business will be facing soon.
Opportunities- The opportunities outside the said business include the proximity of the
business to the town that would attract and catch the attention of the consumers. Since
Filipino's loves sweet products BNT'S PASTILLAS is a great product to satisfy their
cravings and eventually buy a one of a kind pastillas that can make people more even
love sweet products. With this, a lot of opportunities would be given to the business.
Threats-the threats in the business would be the competitors inside its environment. All
the business that sells sweet products would be considered as a competitor. There's a
possibility that the business would be at risk during the first few months of its operation,
however the owners has already planned on how to compete with its competitors.
Another is the unstable supply of materials in making the said product. In this threat, it is
possible to have delay in making and finishing the product of the business. These are
the threats inside and outside of this business.
