PROGRAM
A real “software workshop” to optimise
your design process

Free
The Millenium 3 programming software
(M3 SOFT) can be downloaded free of
charge from our website.

www.crouzet.com

Simple
Intuitive
Users do not need any particular knowledge of programming. They can easily teach
themselves with the help of the software. Program operation is simulated accurately.

Quick to get started

For quick, simple programming, the Millenium 3 software provides access to dedicated application-
specific functions such as: pump switching, PID regulation, movement, pressure, level and flow.

User-friendly and ergonomic

Software workshop
Graphic and customisable.

Function blocks
The principle of programming using function blocks (FBD) is child's play in the form proposed by the Millenium 3
software workshop (little coloured icons), virtual wiring.
Help associated with each function block available at the click of a button.

Programming language
You can choose between: LD (Ladder Diagram) and FBD (Function Block Diagram)/Grafcet SFC (Sequential Flow Chart).
The Grafcet language is integrated directly in the function block library.

Rugghölzli 2 Tel. +41 (0)56 222 38 18 mailbox@sentronic.com

Produkte, Support und Service CH - 5453 Busslingen Fax +41 (0)56 222 10 12 www.sentronic.com
User-definable
Language
You can choose which language to work in: English, French, Italian, German or Spanish.

Creation of macros
You can group your function blocks so as to create macros and thus simplify your programs.
The macros can be locked with a password.

Complete
“Standard” function blocks
All the generic functions: counting, timing, comparison, display,
sin/cos, etc are also available.

“Application-specific” function
blocks
Prioritises dedicated functions:
pump switching, PID regulation, movement,
pressure, level, flow, etc.

Reassuring
Error signalling
Benefit from the “foolproofing” principle: when the slightest data entry error is
made, it flags the incorrect item in red.

“Software” compatibility
You can retrieve any programs you have previously created
on a Millenium 2 directly in the Millenium 3 version.

Safety of programming
You can check your installation as you go along
at each stage of programming.
Optional program password protection
(several levels) or customised protection (FBD key).

Data backup
Without powering up the machine, you can keep
your data for 10 years.
