The Automobile Association is a

household name in the UK and provides Road Breakdown Services,
Home Services, a range of Insurances, Financial Services and
many other Driving-related Services. The existing AA CRM and
Policy Administration (PAS) systems (called AFE & TIARA) in
use to manage our customer sales and service processes have
reached the end of their useful life and do not support our
future Customer Centric objectives. Significant investment and
the floatation of the AA mean that we can replace these
applications with a new system or systems that include
comprehensive customer service capabilities. This includes new
business, sales, adjustments and renewals, customer service,
as well as improved decision making, marketing and campaign
management. New systems will present new and enhanced
functionality, enable the potential development of improved
business processes, reinforce the propagation of a single,
optimized customer database, and improve the customer
experience. Project RIO will handle complaints addressed to
the AA regarding any product, service, person etc. associated
with the AA in any way.
Contribution / Highlights :
As a team member I was actively involved in the below phases

 Played ad key role in implementation of project.
 Analysis of requirements for new project and impact
analysis.
 Preparation of High Level & Low Level Design documents.

XYZ is one of leading insurance companies in United States.

AEGIS proposes to replace this legacy system with an automated
policy system using PEGA PRPC (leading BPM tool). DAO
(Directors and officers), GLL (Excess Liability) & PRP
(Property) are the different Line of Business (LOBs) handled
by AEGIS. Initial process starts with Submission creation then
followed by issue of Quote resulting in a policy with policy
ID being unique system wide. On top of Policy we can do Amend,
cancel, reinstatement and Renewal transactions
Responsibilities:
 Have worked on flow rules, declarative rules, decision

rules, activities and some other rules of PRPC.
 Involved in Agent configuration
 Designed reports using List Views and Summary views
 Designed work forms using section, harness rules of PRPC
 Created activities to support technical logic, fetch data
using Connect-SOAP rule

pioneer in DI Pipe market is setting up a 2.2 Million Ton Per
Annum Greenfield Integrated Steel & DI Pipe Plant to produce
1.2 MTPA long product of steel. ESL has tied up with leading
Chinese Consultation Agency for supply of technology &
engineering based on successfully operating Integrated Steel
Plants in various locations in China. Electrosteel Steel is
taking shape of a primary steel producer at Bokaro in the
state of Jharkhand. It will be a 2.2 million ton per annum
Greenfield integrated steel plant.
Responsibilities:
 Understanding the Functional Specification Requirements
according to Client.
 Preparing Technical Specifications according to the
Functional Specification.
 Analysis of the specifications provided by the functional
consultants.
 Coding, by following the client specified standards and
procedures.
 Participated in Unit Test Document.
