Activity: RESPONSIBLE ACTION SHEET. I am the BOSS of my feelings!

1. When I get angry, it helps me feel better if I take a walk. Getting away from a situation that makes me
furious can enable me to calm down and think things over. Even more beneficial is being outside and
focusing on nature. Taking a stroll will help me burn off some of that bad energy and get away from the
problem quickly.

2. When I feel sad, it helps me feel better if I don't allow my thoughts or body to become sad. I can just
get involved with the laundry or cleaning of items. When I'm busy doing stuff, I won't be sad instead, I'll
be able to get some things accomplished.

3. When I feel anxious or nervous, it helps me feel better if I take a deep breath in and out.

4. When I feel grumpy, it helps me if I Relax a little and listen to some music.

5. When I feel lonely, it helps me if I put in a lot of hours at work and keep up with my workout routine
to help me forget about feeling lonely. In fact, I prefer being alone because I can get a lot of work done
without being interrupted.

6. When I feel embarrassed, it helps if I continue to show up. I try to battle my inclination to stay at
home the next day if I am particularly ashamed over something that happened at school or at work.
Demonstrate to myself and others that I am capable of dealing with embarrassment. I don't have to feel
bad about myself.

7. When I feel sick, it helps me feel better if I sleep, eat nutritious foods, and watch entertaining films.

8. When I feel silly, I like to run, laugh, and play with my dog until we are both out of breath

9. When I feel disappointed, it helps me if I Allow myself time to recover and properly process my
feelings by acknowledging the pain and discomfort I'm experiencing.

10. When I feel sad and happy at the same time it helps me feel better if I Listen to some good rnb music
while watching the sunset until the dazzling stars appeared.
