MSA Cleaning Services is a full service house cleaning offering not only standard cleaning services but deep
cleaning, landscaping, annual and holiday clean-up services as well
Our team members pride themselves in consistently creating a clean home environment for you and you family to
enjoy. Our cleaning personnel are bonded.
The Objective
 Need #1: To give full satifaction for our client

 Need #2: Cleaning a whole house with proper equipment and chemical
 Need #3: Clean all dust in the house
SERVICE SCHEDULE
When will your cleaning associates arrive to clean?
Our team members clean during the day from 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM. Each home is assigned a time during the day for
cleaning. Our team members do their very best to stick as closely to those start times as possible.
However, the arrival time may vary slightly due to things such as traffic, or if our team members find they need to
spend a little longer at a home to handle a special request.
If you require a definite starting time for our team members, our office would be more than happy to talk about
possible solutions such as making your scheduled cleaning the first appointment of the day.
Is there anything I should do before you arrive to clean?
Nice of you to ask - yes, it can help our team members if you pick up or put away any clothes, children's toys or other
items before we arrive. It is also appreciated if you could make sure your pet is safe and secure before our cleaning
associates come to clean. Thanks!
What if I can't be home when your eam members arrive to clean?

No problem, this is very common. That's why many of our clients decide to provide us with a key and a code if they
have an alarm system for their home. All keys are securely marked and controlled to maintain your and security.
This arrangemen works very well and allows us to access your home to clean at the appropriate day and time. If you
do not provide us a key, and you are not home to let our team members in at their scheduled cleaning time, a lock out
charge may be applied
What if I need to reschedule or skip my regular cleaning?
Again, no problem! We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen requiring you to move things around.
We ask that you please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, so we can change our team member's schedules or
arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning.
What about holidays?
We'll can well in advance of any those nationally recognized holidays to arrange for a better day and time. Speaking
of the holidays, be sure to let us know if you are ever in need of extra clenaing in advance of family get together,
dinner or party, we're here to help
How long it will take?
We will do the work properly step by step in every inch of the house. We will give 4 man power to clean all over the
house. Maximum day will take 2 (Two ) days. Minimum will be 1 (One) day.
Supplies
Who provides the cleaning chemicals and equipment?
We bring everything we need to professionally clean your home including necessary supplies, chemicals and
equipment. In this way, we can make sure we have everything we need including proper OSHA documentation such
as MSDS forms.
What about "Green Products products? Do you use them?
Green cleaning is a broad and often misunderstood term used today to include any number of products and cleaning
methods used by cleaning comapnis with the goal of reducing the impact on our environment while supporting
ecologically safe and healthy homes.
While the use of these products is desirable, truly organis "green" chemicals, unlike disinfectants do not kil many
harmful bacteria. Our approach is to work in a responsible way towards adding increasingly "green" products to our
overall chemical program if appropriate.

Work Specification
In The House
 Dust and remove cobwebs from ceiling vents, fans, air returns, walls and baseboards using extension duster
 Dust window sills, ledges,blinds and wall hangings
 Wipe clean mirrors, horizontal surfaces and light switch covers
 Wipe clean surfaces such as table tops, legs, bases and cabinet doors
 Wipe clean surfaces such as tables and cabinet doors
 Scour and wipe clean sinks paying particular attention close to faucet
 Clean phone, light switch covers and window above sink
 Clean inside of patio door and entry glass
 Wet and dry vacuum all over the floor ( Karcher 10/2 Vacuum )
 Gather and remove thrash
 Clean tub and shower using cleaner and scrub brush to remove soap buildup including doors and in tracks.
 Disinfectant and wipe clean toilet, sinks and faucets
 After cleaning, rinse and dry tubs, showers, toilets and sinks
 Polish all chrome surfaces such as faucets with clean dry cloth
 Clean and disinfect bathroom all floor
Landscape
 Trim and cut grass all around the house

 The package inclusive 4 visit per a year. ( 3months)
