National foreword
This British Standard has been prepared by Technical Committee ISE/12 and is
the English language version of EN 10137-3:1995, Plates and wide flats made of
high yield strength structural steels in the quenched and tempered or precipitation
hardened conditions — Part 3: Delivery conditions for precipitation hardened
steels, published by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN).
Together with BS EN 10137-1:1996 and BS EN 10137-2:1996, it
supersedes BS 7613:1994 which is withdrawn.
