Introduction:
A – Leadership Personality
Consuls have no problem practicing the concept of teamwork. People of this personality
type often look for friends at work and are almost always ready to help them when and
where they need them. Consuls are excellent network personnel who always seem to
"know people" to get the job done on time. Consuls, often have to work in teams.
As most of the people works best in groups, having a consul in the group will be an
asset to them. they can easily get to know better and will be adhering to each other
quickly. This will make others to feel motivated, fearless and have a thought of there is
some one to rely on.
4. How could your personality be a threat to others in an organization?
Honestly consuls enjoy their traits, so they become more sensitive when criticized. The
consul's personality can personally refuse their advice or assistance. Such a refusal can
be depressing for a consul who is already stressed and sometimes requires the staff to
make an effort to thank you. Consul’s value traditional energy systems and, despite all
efforts to get their subordinates to cooperate, when someone doubts their authority,
they feel stressed, angry, and common and may show a negative reaction to. People at
the consulate recognize their position, dislike disagreements, and prefer an environment
where everyone can understand their obligations. These all-personality behaviours can
make people to go less attached to these people. But a consul is a successful and fun
boss, as long as expectations are clearly defined.
B - Leadership Future
Many people have influenced me in many ways. Both positively and negatively. I have
taken all the positive side and tried my best to get rid of all the negatives. They have
demonstrated a significant proclivity to take well-thought-out and beneficial risks. This
effect has caused me to utilise my strength and to get rid of weaknesses, such as my
fear of commitment. Commitment (weakness) may be made simpler when we recognise
that considering what is expected from them and what exactly we can provide (risk
taking) transforms making a commitment into a strength. Their behaviour encouraged
others to have a good effect on their coworkers, friends, and family in their daily lives.
Their influence has always made it possible for me to see that something is lacking. It
aided me in seeing and comprehending how what they have to give will make a
difference.
I have developed an appeal to a person's desire to become involved in a passion. I can
demonstrate my self-assurance in using my talents, abilities, and skill set to accomplish
my sense of purpose. The impact from them had made me to concentrate onto my
passion and hold onto it.
C - Leadership Philosophy
ESFJs are great leaders due to the fact they are hardworking, charming, and
encouraging. They have a robust empathy for others and use that empathy and
compassion to make sue that everybody is cared for and heard. They are dedicated to
their group. ESFJs are often mentioned as "servant leaders." This is due to the fact they
will prioritise the needs in their group earlier than their own. If a disaster occurs, the
ESFJ might be there to useful resource and aid others in preference to searching out for
themselves. They are kind, task-orientated folks that will lead with warm temperature
and clarity. (Principles of Management 2019a, p. 415)
There are many values and beliefs are essential to me as a leader. Some of them are
communication, respect, Empathy, humility etc.
Any connection is built on communication. Communication is a basic leadership
attribute presents itself in a variety of ways in the workplace. Setting clear standards for
teams and individuals is one different option. Alternatively constructive comments must
be provided and requested.
Being polite or charming is not only what meant by the significance of empathy as a
leadership trait. You can establish a far better team by practising empathy and
understanding the motives of everyone with whom you work.
An exceptional leader is not simply capable of wielding power and speaking effectively.
They are also devoted to attaining organisational goals and are enthusiastic about the
firm and their job as a leader within it.
Leaders who have long-term goals, such as quarterly or yearly sales targets, benefit
from patience as well. These objectives may only be attained gradually via effort and
patience.
These traits will definitely bring the best in ourselves not just in our leadership skill but in
any field. (Principles of Management 2019a, p. 584)
D - Leadership Strengths
ESFJ managers and leaders like a disciplined and orderly work environment. You must
adhere to the established protocols and structures of your organization. They are
excellent communicators and are skilled in building relationships with others. This
allows you to lead your team in a correct and harmonious manner and become
proficient in management. Their interpersonal skills allow teams to coordinate and guide
to complete tasks.
They also have strong practical skills, which makes them very suitable for tackling
different scenarios in a leadership role. Executives of this personality type are very kind
and caring people who care about the needs of their subordinates. ESFJ has some
long-term plans because it believes it can prepare for anything. They do whatever it
takes to prepare because you don't want to make the mistake of not being well
prepared. They plan ahead, but they don't always have the opportunity to look into the
future, so it may not be as far as possible. ESFJ prepares for the goals it wants to
achieve, but often does so quickly rather than planning every aspect of life. Leveraging
these strengths in your career will help you set goals and plan ahead to achieve them.
You can experience the methods and preparations that must be used to achieve the
results you desire.
You can use these characteristics to choose who wants to be around and what you can
expect.
You can easily strengthen your skills by motivating people around you and making the
most of them. ESFJ is a great colleague, team player, and puts his needs aside and
works in favor of others. They are incredibly kind and kind people who care for and
encourage their colleagues. ESFJ personality type people want their colleagues to be
supportive and comfortable. They are talented communicators and work hard to make
friends with each other and keep them long. The ESFJ works well for teams with a solid
structure and a comfortable environment. Your practical talent will greatly contribute to
your effectiveness as a team. They are also good at promoting mutually beneficial
situations among colleagues and keeping teams together.
Receiving feedback from anyone is an important thing when it comes to the way we
behave. Let it be in your workplace or your surroundings. I have received many
feedbacks both positive and negative from my circle of friends and from my workplace.
One of the reasons why I have succeeded professionally was due to the motivation and
feedback I got from them. Leaders need a communication channel between themselves
and their employees. Open and regular communication is required to enable work
groups and teams to work efficiently.
Feedback is also essential for executives to succeed at work. Business owners can only
make wise decisions if they have the right knowledge. Failure to make informed
decisions can result in high error rates and negative impact on the enterprise. Employee
feedback that facilitates open discussion and communication enhances the manager's
reputation. Employee feedback helps managers and managers build leadership roles,
especially those who have recently been hired or promoted. Through regular and useful
feedback, employee supervisors and managers learn more about the tasks and
responsibilities of their work and the obstacles they experience. (Principles of
Management 2019a, p. 457)
Conclusion:
A leader is an essential component that may influence and drive a group to achieve its
objectives. A strong leader should be able to adapt his or her leadership style to the
scenario or company. However, having a competent leader does not always imply
having an efficient team. A team must have a clear vision of its aims or objectives in
order to function efficiently. Members of the team must be able to communicate
efficiently and honestly with one another.
