Students:
ADEC Learning Outcome: Students will be able to know the sound of the letter P and know what words start with the letter P. Students will be able to count from 1 to 5 by using hand on activities to make it more helpful for them.
Prior Knowledge: I am building on them knowing how the letter P sounds so they know if the word starts with the letter or not.
By the end of the lesson, students will be (better) able to: Recognize the sound of the letter P and be able to know at least one word that start with the letter P.
Students will be able to count till number 5 .
Lesson Activities: At the beginning of the class teacher will show them pictures and they will say if it starts with the letter P or doesn’t start with the letter P.
First activity: Students will but the cubes in the boxes.
Second activity: Circle the letter P and circle the number 5.
Third activity: Students will glue the puzzle
and make the letter P and then color it and write the letter P. Evaluation / Assessment:? I will know that the student has achieved the goal by finishing the activities that I had made them do it and don’t need help to finish them.
Personal focus: My focus is that all the students feel comfortable and participate with me to understand what I am teaching them. In this lesson I am working on my management skills and try to involve every student.
