    INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOME:


    1. Would you like to motivate your learners based on the ARCS
    Model? Why?

    ANSWER: Yes, I wont to use the ARCS model in


    motivating my students, to reach out to them by providing
    novelty and surprise stimulate their curiosity and to satisfy
    their needs. I will present my goal in transparency and inform
    them about learning and performance requirements and make
    sure that learning is successful.

    2. Tips to improve learner’s motivation for e-learning courses.

    ANSWER: In making motivation you should take note of the


    student’s interest and differences. You should choose
    learning motivation that fits the learning course.
