Welcome to the click track.

Gaze for a few moments at a spot on the wall in front of you.

If you can't see a spot then imagine one.

Next, take a deep breath and close your eyes. You'll find this helps as you follow my
instructions completely. For anyone who has experienced it before, it will be much the same
feeling as if you're going into hypnosis and relaxing. Now, as you listen to this module, please
follow my instructions completely. I want you to do this because the purpose of the click track
is the whether you can quickly and easily negate, neutralize and obliterate negative feelings
which may have been caused by unwanted or unpleasant events of the past, or alternatively
things that you've imagined in the future. As you listen you will hear to click the tracks and also
a tone track.

When you hear this click track, tap along with the fingers of the right hand. This is not a passive
exercise. So it's important to follow these instructions completely and tap your fingers along
with the click track. So do that now.

This click beat is the one for your right hand. Each and every time you hit the clicks like this,
tap along with them at the same frequency as the click.

There's a second click track. When you hear this second click track, tap along with the fingers
of your left hand. So this is the click track to the left hand tap along with do that now and do it
whenever you hear that click track.

There's a food click truck, which has no clicks. It's simply a tone. Whenever you hear this tone,
tap with both hands. So do that now.

Now get that negative event in mind. Remember by a negative event, I mean either a mix of
events, the worst aspect of an event or events, perhaps something imagined which has only
been experienced in that way or an actual negative event of the past. You know which things
you need to deal with right the feelings attached on a scale of nought to 10 with 10 being the
most unpleasant possible.

Okay, now we begin as I play the click and tone tracks, keep that memory and the feeling in
mind as you tap at the right time. It's not important to get every single click or tap right, but try
to be as accurate as possible. Throughout though make sure you keep focused not just on the
negative memory, but also on the negative feeling associated with it. So that together we can
quickly and easily break the connection and turn those negative feelings right down for you.
Focus on that memory. You know the one and the feelings that go with it and keep focused on
everything. As I play the click track. I want you to focus as hard as you can on those things until
we finished by which time I'm confident you'll find that the event doesn't feel the way it did
before because we're recoding the way you relate to that event. Disconnect the feeling from
the memory and how you feel better. Keep tapping following my instructions to the letter as
you try really hard to hold on to that negative feeling. Notice that it becomes increasingly hard
to do so. You see You can't do that for long because there is no real substance to what you're
trying to concentrate. Now. It's the fact that because of the click track, the things you're being
asked to concentrate on go dim, as if the energy is being drained from them in trying to focus
on the memory and the negative feeling that was attached. Some people describe it as being
as though all the color is being drained down to a notice it receding, making it more like a
dream that never happened. And any previous intensity just dwindles away. And of course this
happens because of the clicks and the taps and the tones, which ensure this happens quicker
than one might expect. It's going to make sure you switch hands at the right times. So don't let
that tack and get left out. Right. So do keep tapping with the right time for the right click. And
at the same time. Keep trying really hard to focus on the memory that's left. And notice that
the harder you try to get it right the harder it becomes to focus on because right now, the
negative feelings that were left attached to it seem almost impossible to hold on to because
there's so little left of it. And no matter how hard you try it just become dimmer, quieter,
calmer, and more relaxed because those old feelings you had in mind were never really
connected to that event. Not really. It was just a bunch of electrons flowing through the
synapses in your mind and we're stopping the flow so that our memory or event no longer
carries the negative feelings that it did. I want you to try try really hard. Try as hard as you can.
Try as hard as you've ever tried in your life. But you'll find that the harder you try the more
impossibly difficult it becomes. So try as hard as you can try really hard now and try and feel
those old negative feelings which are being progressively switched off and turned down, right
down so nothing's left and separated totally and completely from those events. You can follow
these instructions very easily. Even though it's much harder than ever to focus on those things.
You will discover that in trying really hard to hold on to those old negative feelings or that
memory. You simply can't No matter how hard you try because it's been drained of the energy
it had to a point where it has no color, no power, and continues to shrink ever smaller and
smaller, right down to nothing. Almost as though it has no meaning and never had any real
significance. Just as if it were never there. Or perhaps it belonged to someone else and it
certainly shouldn't have been there. So we are shrinking all of that so small, smaller with every
click and every tap and you'll find you cannot hold it in mind at all. I'm sure that you're finding
the harder you try to concentrate on it. The harder and more difficult it is. It's difficult because
those old unwanted meaningless negative feelings that were attached to such events can't be
brought back no matter how hard you try to do it. They come because they don't make sense.
They never made sense. None of it makes sense. And those feelings should have been left right
back where they belong in the past before and where none of it has any meaning at all. It's
becoming totally impossible to do those events are just a bunch of stuff that happened and
have no bearing on the present. And that's why it's impossible to hold on to them no matter
how hard you try and write of course, because what's left is nothing but a vague memory of
something that might have happened. And no matter how hard you try, what little is left of
those old incorrect unwanted a needless negative feelings are gone gone. Right now they're
gone because they always seemed wrong. And you were just looking at them the wrong way.
And with every click and every time it becomes more difficult even impossible to make any
sense whatsoever of or even chase after those non relevant old and outdated thoughts or
feelings. Try now try as hard as you can to feel those old negative feelings about yourself or
events. And you'll find that it's almost impossible to do. Of course you can't because the
meaning you attach to those events was incorrect and you find it impossible to feel bad
anymore because you realize just how wonderful you are. You are literally clicking them
tapping away all those unwanted feelings feeling the feeling of that disappearing right into the
trashcan of your mind. So nothing of it is left where you pay it no mind so that no matter how
hard you try to remain focused on those negative feelings, they just slip away and disappear
because it's impossible to hold on to an idea or feeling that has no substance. Because those
old negative feelings just don't make sense. In any case, any unwanted feeling or memory
associated with the problems you've had can have no effect upon you at all from now on that
memory and the negative feelings that were attached to it. Make no sense because they're not
a part of you anymore. And remember now to really, really, really try and focus on that
negative feeling whatever it was, and you'll find that you can't anymore, whether related to
yourself or someone else because whatever it was, you'll find that you simply can't because no
matter how hard you try my words the clicks the taps on the tones have been scrambling the
thought processes behind them and all negative thought the problems you've had and the
ideas behind them never made sense. I think you always knew that. But now you've been right
clicking and left tapping to click away those negative feelings. And anxieties as you also tap
New positive information into your mind to replace what was there because everything I say to
you on this audio was true. As you keep clicking along with the click track begin opening and
closing your eyes a few times. Each time you do this, my words become even more powerful
because we are unraveling the code behind those old negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
The old thought processes behind those things are being progressively and totally unraveled
and the memory totally scrambled. So you'll find you can live your life free from the chains of
the past and happy that the problems you've had just a distant memory with all the clicking
them to tap into left and right, right and left the thoughts you've had about your unwanted
and distant experiences now just to confuse them disordered mess because it was based on
the negative feelings you and I are taking our time to delete delete, so you understand that it
never made sense and you can live your life in better and much more positive ways.
Remember to try and keep that memory in mind as you click and tap but you'll find it's almost
impossible to feel what you did about it because the clicks and the taps to right and left. Left
and right mean that the almost nothing's left of it from now. Keep tapping and also keep
opening and closing your eyes as you follow the click track and follow my words completely. So
the problems and anxieties you had make no sense no sense at all.

You've done things that didn't make sense but that's not a problem anymore because you
realize that now and whatever negative beliefs or feelings you felt were connected with the
past you'll find you simply can't keep them in mind at all because there's no room for them
anymore. And any and all stress or negative ways of thinking or being switched off
progressively totally and completely erased as that memory or memories are being scrambled
to the point where it just seems so vague, so distant and so unconnected with the present it
has no meaning. So that and the feelings you used to feel are being erased and deleted. So
totally and completely it's impossible to feel the way you did. Those negative feelings are no
longer attached to the events of the past. They're being unraveled deleted turned upside down
and inside out, turn down all the color drained out and so completely scrambled. You can see
they never made any sense. Try to keep focused on those negative feelings but you'll find that
you cannot you'll find that you cannot no matter how hard you try. Now open your eyes and
try to bring back the old negative feeling the way you could before. And even though I want
you to try as hard as you can. You'll find that it is different and you can't the way you did. I
don't know exactly how much less you'll find a test than it was before. So rate it honestly, on a
scale of nought to 10. Once more to satisfy yourself.

Run the click track again, with any remaining negative feeling or emotion attached to that
event, or any event of the past.

You can and should run the click track at least a few times to see how big a difference it makes.
