    Greetings of peace in this yuletide season amidst the Corona Virus pandemic.

    It has been a struggling period to all of us since the strike of this Corona Virus
    pandemic. All sectors of the community have been affected particularly in changing their regular
    way of undertaking business, jobs, and their way of life as a whole. In the sector of the academe,
    we are adopting different methodologies to ensure that the educational services to our learners
    are continuously delivered to them. However, despite the present interferences that our school is
    facing, we are still looking into and preparing for the “Gift Giving Project” to be given to those
    family of our students who are in need. We will choose the most disadvantaged but deserving
    students to be our recipient in the said activity.

    In connection with this, we would like to request the assistance of your office by
    sponsoring our program through the provisions of Rice and/or other items that will be packed as
    our gift for the recipients. We will ensure that your contributions will be of public knowledge
    and extend our effort to facilitate the success of this endeavor.

    We would like to hear from you regarding this request in your most convenient
    time.
