General Cable’s facility is certified by CSA to conduct our own testing in a product
category. CSA Certification requires General Cable to have thorough knowledge of the
applicable product standards, access to suitable test facilities and a demonstrated
ability to design, manufacture and test products that consistently comply with the

applications where fixed or limited flexing in operation is encountered and space is at a
