that desire we establish a business that can satisfy your yearning for desserts and
variety of drinks. We bring you our business, named Sweet Escapes Café. Sweet
Escapes provide different variety of products that are creamylicious, silk-smooth,
soothing, and chewy taste.
Sweet Escapes assure you that the quality of food is outstanding and
providing high customer value. The price of each food is very affordable and the
taste of it are very satisfying. The products that we sell are Creamy Latte, Iced
Coffee, Blueberry Cheesecake, Moist Chocolate Cake, Escape Cookies, Coconut
Macaroons, Crema De Mangga, Matcha Ice Cream, Fruit Juices, and Triple Nut
Caramel Milkshake and Milktea that are serve to our customers dearly and with love.
We made sure that the fruit ingredients are fresh grown like strawberry, mangoes,
pineapple, orange, and coconut and the other ingredients that you can buy in the
market are best quality.
Sweet Escape Café will make sure to fulfill the cravings of our every customer
with our product. We assure you that the quality is outstanding and providing high
customer value. We will maintain the excellent production among other competitors
and have a great value of price. This will guarantee that Sweet Escape Café will earn
high profitability and reach the potential of the business.
Sweet Escape Café will be establish as Sole Proprietorship that is under the
ownership of Ms. Analiza S. Ruyod. For initial capital, Sweet Escape Café is funded
with the amount of ₱150,000. This has been provided by Ms. Ruyod, with the
additional funding provided through small business loans and grants. Sweet Escape
Café will be located in Tribaho Plaza, Mabini Street Tagum City.
Ms. Analiza S. Ruyod have the necessary ability, knowledge, and skill to
administer the business. The Deputy Manager, Jeanzel Dano is responsible for
assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy as well as
to be in charge in directing, assigning roles, giving responsibilities to the employees
and ensure that work is being completed in a timely and effective manner. The
Accountant and Finance Manager. Danica Jann Japos, will be in charge of
supervising all financial aspects of the business and managing financial records and
taxes. The Marketing and Sales Manager. Linah Mae Moredo, is in charge of
researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans and implementing
sales plans. The Production Manager. Keith Joseph Ramos, will be responsible in
creating production schedules, oversee production processes and ensure that the
required materials are selected and purchased. The remaining people are Service
Agents. Marc Joseph Maata and Kathleen Abigail Butal, will be responsible in
helping, serving, introducing and giving customers information about products
and services of the business.
Sweet Escape Café will be located in Tribaho Plaza, Mabini Street Tagum
City, near the University of Mindanao Tagum College and Magugpo Pilot Central
Elementary School. When the classes return our top priority as customer will be the
students and teachers of both schools as well as the tenants that occupies in
Tribaho building but for now we will make sure that our products and services are
affordable and satisfying to all our potential customers in Tagum City.

Cookies, Coconut Macaroons, Crema De Mangga, Matcha Ice Cream, Fruit Juices
and Shakes, Triple Nut Caramel Milkshake, and Strawberry and Chocolate Milktea.
These are made from high quality raw and fresh ingredients, which are brew from
roasted coffee beans, perfect buttery graham cracker crust, flour, sugar,
unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, espresso powder, buttermilk,
vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, leavener, ice cream, fresh coconut, mango,
orange, strawberry, and pineapple. Our goal is to take away the negativity and make
our customers smile and feel love. We want them to be delighted while enjoying our
tasty, delicious, and refreshing products with the lowest price possible.
Sweet Escape Café offer our customers a combination of sweet desserts and
beverages for those with tight budget and budget-minded. We call this “Sweet
Packs”, it is a perfect combination of sweet desserts and beverages with a low price

Our first and best product is a Creamy Latte. This hot coffee guarantees a 100%
“creamylicious” and silk-smooth with hazelnut and a splash of almonds but for those
who are allergic to nuts, coconut syrup and vanilla milk syrup is available. This
yummy Creamy Latte is freshly brewed in a coffee machine, from roasted organic
coffee beans that gives you a strong energy boost mixed with warm dairy milk, you
can choose whether to add plump of vanilla syrup, chocolate syrup or caramel syrup.
You can get this Creamy Latte in disposable coffee cup (125 ml) for take-outs while
for dine-in we serve it in a porcelain coffee cup (125 ml). And what most exciting is
you can get this stunningly delicious creamy latte in only Php79.00.
But for those lovely costumer who prefer their coffee chilled, we got you,
because Sweet’s Escape also offers Iced Coffee. Our Iced Coffee is to die for its
soothing taste and extravagant sweetness. It has fresh espresso, cardamom,
cinnamon, nutmeg and milk. To make this iced coffee, we first put ice in our
container which is in a disposable plastic cup (600 ml) with lid for take-outs and in
our iced coffee transparent glass (600 ml) for dine-in. Then we pour our fresh
organic coffee that is brewed in a coffee machine then we proceed to pouring our
whole milk then added cream to make it lighter and stand out from others. Lastly, to
make this iced coffee magical we put on a spoonful of sugar and stir thoroughly.
What makes our Iced Coffee different is that we use cold coffee brewed ice cubes so
you don’t have to worry about watered down drink. And to add more chills, this very
fine Iced Coffee is only Php84.00.
Sweet’s Escape Café is also known for its mouth-watering cakes. Blueberry
cheesecake is one of our mainstream. This cheesecake has a perfect buttery
graham cracker crust. Topped with the smoothest, creamiest and tangy cheesecake,
for the base, it has graham cracker, butter and sugar. For the cake it has cream
cheese, granulated white sugar, sour cream to add tanginess, vanilla extract to add
flavor and sweetness and eggs to hold the cheesecake and for a thick and sweet
blueberry sauce, it has fresh blueberry, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and water.
For the crust, we start by preheating the oven then mix together the graham cracker
crumbs, butter and sugar and then press it on the bottom and up the edges of 9inch
springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until it’s golden. For the cake, mix the cream
cheese in a large bowl with a hand mixer until it’s nice and smooth, while beating,
add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract and eggs, mix until they blended
thoroughly. Next is to pour the cream cheese filling into the graham cracker crust
and add the blueberry sauce on top of the batter and spread it with knife and it’s

all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large
bowl. Next is to mix the eggs, all-purpose cream, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract
together in a separate bowl. Then mix them together and whisk in hot water until it
fully combine and it’s ready to bake for 30mins. For the chocolate frosting, combine
chocolate chips, all-purpose cream and condensed milk with gently simmering water
underneath and cool for 10 minutes. This chocolate moist cake is only Php119.00

to look for ravishing deserts. We offer a classic “Crema De Mangga”. This classic
mango float dessert is made with layers of a graham cracker, whipped cream,
condense milk and ripe carabao mangoes that guarantee your escape from stresses
by the sweetness of its bite. The procedure in making these dessert is very easy,
first, combine all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Next, arrange the graham
crackers in the container then top with cream mixture and mango and just repeat the
procedure to form up to five 4-5 layers and refrigerate for couple of hours and it is
ready to be served. To make this desert very unique to other we added a whipped
cream to add more flavor and for it to be lighter and delicious. This creamy “Crema

surely satisfy your ice cream craving. To make this homemade matcha ice cream,
first, whisk the matcha powder in the bowl to remove lumps, then add a splash of
milk and cream and put it in the pot over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Next,
whisked sugar and eggs in another bowl and combined the matcha mixture then
cook and stir it in a medium-low heat for 3 minutes and refrigerate. You can get this
pleasing matcha ice cream Php20.00 per scoop in a waffle cone and Php50.00 per

is also available as Fruit Shakes, mixed together with milk available for only

authentic fruit drinks is very good for your fine body.
But if you want to savor all our sweetness, you have to try our Triple Nut
Caramel Milkshake. It is a blend pure cane sugar and caramel flavor including
hazelnut and vanilla that is perfect as morning coffee. These homemade milkshake

chilly taste. For the strawberry milk tea, first is to soak the tea bag in hot water for 5
minutes. Next is to add condensed milk and strawberry milk and flavor and add more
