INTRODUCTION

My Field Study Experience

It is said that education plays an important role in a person's life. It shapes and

develops a person to secure the future.

It is also true that teaching is the noblest profession of all. The teacher has the most

difficult tasks and responsibilities, and his main concern is the holistic development of the

character. Teachers need to know how to deal with students. Teaching is called a 'sacred

calling' because it requires patience, courage, determination, determination, and, above all,

love for the disciples, and those who possess these qualities can become effective educators.

In my opinion, learning is a necessary and innate continuous process that continues

throughout life. A reasonable expectation that challenges future teachers, everyone can learn,

and every student is supported. You must also be able to express and see your passion for

learning. Use each interaction as a teaching and learning opportunity. The primary purpose of

assessment is to improve learning by allowing all students to show what they know, value,

and can do Fulfill. I also believe that learning is the process of understanding the world.

Therefore, they are interested in understanding development and making sure concepts are

created and applied. For questions or corrections. We need to identify and adapt to individual

differences and learning styles. Because students are unique and take responsibility for their

learning. We also have to be careful understanding each student, including and optimizing

student engagement with diverse skills and experience. Learning also requires the ability to

relate previous knowledge, perceptions, or models of experiences to new experiences,

information, and settings. We have a wide range of personal, social, and cultural experiences,
knowledge, and the ability the learner brings to new learning. Learning improves when

students know. The way they think and learn (metacognition), gives them more control over

their learning. Therefore, we must teach thinking and learning methods and model

metacognition.

Maintaining a high level of motivation as a student and future teacher is essential. The

classroom is one of the most effective strategies to accelerate the learning process. students If

you have your reasons for learning, we will play an important role in helping our students

stay motivated and increase. Innovative teaching methods can also boost student confidence.

Showing students how classroom topics relate to their own lives and the real world is part of

creative learning. This can help them develop a stronger sense of purpose. I believe getting to

know our potential students and their biographies will help us develop the most appropriate

lesson plans. I think the task is difficult but the students should be able to do it. Students

believe otherwise. If the task is not difficult enough, develop language acquisition. As a

result, children can become bored and distracted from learning. students can grow I get

frustrated when the task is too difficult. As inquirers, we also have to make auspicious ones.

An environment where children can learn more. If students are afraid to participate in class

discussions, their ability to learn will be limited. I believe it is necessary to create a useful

and comfortable environment in the classroom. I strive to achieve this by encouraging my

students and giving them lots of positive feedback. instead of discussing the whole class

Personalizes each lesson topic and design paired and group exercises. Finally, constant

reflection and analysis can help maintain good educational standards. We must be able to

regularly reflect and review our teaching methods. Us After working long hours, you may

feel “stuck” in your daily life and lose motivation to learn. Us You should try to attend

various pieces of training or webinars hosted by our university Higher Education Board to
Stay Up-to-Date and Stay Up-to-Date Trends in education. We can also subscribe to tons of

fantastic blogs that offer a lot. Inspirational class ideas.

If you want to ask why I decided to become a teacher despite the duties he has to

perform. I humbly say that I am happy to be able to help those in need, especially children. I

couldn't help them financially, but I can help them morally, emotionally, and intellectually in

any way. To work with talented children Teaching help is one of those unforgettable

moments that every teacher appreciates.

II. TOPICS

 DAY 1

THE TEACHING CYCLE

Teaching entails providing the essential support to guarantee that

new learning is taking place. To do so, the teacher must first understand

the learner's needs and how to meet them. She based her decisions on the

instructional cycle. Assessment, evaluation, planning, and teaching are

the four key elements of the learning and teaching cycle, that

are supported by the understanding of the reading and writing processes,

as well as the environments that promote learning.

The teaching cycle describes how teachers make professional

instructional judgments and then follow through on those decisions. The

purpose of any instruction is to generate new learning, which provides the

educator with a new assessment sample to evaluate.

I discovered that in teaching, there are stages to follow, each with

its description and goals. It helps us in determining, evaluating, and

improving instructional techniques or strategies, including in setting up,

refining, and clarifying academic goals.

I conclude that a systematic approach to lesson planning and

execution that takes into account "The teaching cycle" is necessary for

the overall development and growth of students, teachers, and educational

programs. Education, like that of the second most important component

of human beings' survival needs, necessitates a thorough approach to its

distribution and reception. Teachers, students, and parents all must work

together to make educational programs a success. A strong educational

system is ideal for everyone.

THINGS TO CONSIDER IN PLANNING

INSTRUCTION

Content, Objectives, Students, Learning Environment, and

Resource Availability are indeed the five elements to consider when

creating instructions.

Teachers approach the process of lesson planning in a variety of

ways, but all teachers must plan. It should be evident that planning is an

important professional obligation, and that your planning is an important

location for you to build and demonstrate your high standards for all of

the children you educate. Working with others in planning and learning

from the implementation of your objectives is also important for

developing and demonstrating professionalism values. You'll need a high

level of subject knowledge and expertise to prepare confidently and

efficiently. This allows you to assess how ideas and concepts might well

be deconstructed and arranged to help students learn, as well as how to

address common student errors and misconceptions. Planning requires

ensuring that everything is for a good reason.

I learned that thinking about these components before lesson

planning means allowing teachers to consider their lesson objectives, the

types of activities that will meet these objectives, the sequence of those

activities, the materials needed, the length of time each activity might

take, and also how students should be grouped. Learn what your classes

are capable of and what inspires them. Create a list of classroom activities

that you are positive will hold students' attention. Examine and assess

your work, as well as seek and implement recommendations. Always

expect a high level of performance. Your efforts will be rewarded by the

high level of student learning you can achieve.

 DAY 3

PLANNING LESSONS

A lesson plan is a tool that teachers use every day to

establish what students will learn, how the lesson will be

delivered, and how learning will be assessed. Lesson plans give

teachers a clear structure to follow throughout each lesson,

enabling teachers to become more effective in the classroom.

This ensures that every minute spent in class is spent teaching

essential aspects and engaging in meaningful discussions, rather

than figuring out what you're expected to do as time goes on.

Essential components of a lesson plan include objectives,

requirements, resources, processes, and evaluation approaches.

Being a good teacher starts with lesson planning. It's a creative

process that combines our understanding of second language

acquisition and language teaching practice with our

understanding of our students, the curriculum, and the teaching

environment.
Lesson planning allows you to differentiate and plan for the many

varied skill levels and requirements of kids in your classrooms, which

I've learned as a prospective teacher. Lesson plans also serve as evidence

that we are providing the finest possible care for our young children.

S.M.A.R.T objectives are the foundation for effective lesson planning.

Specific, quantifiable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound objectives

should be set for every lesson. First and foremost, it must be specific. It

provides solutions to the questions "what should be done?" and "how

should it be done?" Second, it should be measurable. This should address

the questions "how will you know it is done" and "defines the result of

the work to be done." Third, it should be achievable. This should address

the question "can the student, do it?" Fourth, this should be relevant. This

should address the questions "should it be done" and "Why?" Lesson

objectives must eventually be time-bound. responds to the query of

"when will it be finished?" It is a student's expectation of what they will

be able to do following the lesson. It also helps the teacher to check and

determine if the pupils have grasped the lesson's goal. Lesson objectives

will show students in which they are heading, the teacher would act as a

guide, and the lesson plan will act as a map. This guarantees that both the

teacher and the pupils have as easy a path to effective learning as feasible.

 DAY 4

INSTRUCTIONAL PLANNING MODELS

Instructional planning aids the instructor in developing classroom

goals, objectives, instructional, and assessment methods. The ADIDAS

model, which stands for Activity & Discussion, Input, Deepening,

Activity, and Synthesis, is one example. The 5Es are another option.

Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate are the stages of an

instructional approach that educators have traditionally taught students to

progress through in phases. Students then expand on their knowledge by

applying what they've learned to new scenarios to hone their talents. The

5 E technique is based on a constructivist learning model. The ideas,

concepts, and skills required for student inquiry are detailed at each step

of instruction. There are also expectations for teachers and students, as

well as opportunities for pupils to demonstrate their understanding

through application. The 5 E model's strength is that it gives a various

assessment and differentiation opportunities.

I have learned that the lesson plan model is a systematic plan that

supports the design, evaluation, and management of lesson plans in the

course of a lesson. Provides guidelines for constructing appropriate

educational scenarios to achieve learning objectives. Instructional design

can be defined as the practice of creating learning experiences that help

facilitate learning most effectively. Learning models provide well-

designed learning paths that guide the development of learning

experiences and the definition of structures that support learning. A

learning model represents the type of training and expected outcomes of

its use.

TEACHING PROBLEM SOLVING

(PRIMARY GRADE)

Watching the class, I learned some strategies that can be used when

teaching problem-solving in elementary school. Model your problem-

solving process rather than simply giving your students answers. As you

solve problems, think about how you can help beginners understand the

concepts and clarify their thoughts. Through group work, students come

to realize that problems often have more than one solution strategy, some

of which may be more effective than others. It is important to know when

our students ask us for help and to give each student a sense of mastery.

Do this by providing positive reinforcement so students will know when

they have learned a new concept or skill.

As a prospective teacher, I realized the importance of learning how

to solve problems in elementary school. Children who start solving

problems early are prepared to solve more serious problems as they grow

older. By seeing problems as opportunities for growth, children can

expand their understanding and build self-confidence. The classroom is a

safe and controlled environment where experienced teachers guide

students to hone their problem-solving skills. A good school knows that

problem solving is important to a child's development. Therefore, we

incorporate problem-solving exercises into a variety of activities.

Marlborough's goal is to combine problem-solving with creativity,

collaboration, and communication to stimulate intellectual inquiry,

enabling students to become active global citizens.

ORIENTATION OF THE INTERIM GUIDELINES

FOR ASSESSMENT AND GRADING IN LIGHT
OF THE BASIC EDUCATION, LEARNING, AND
CONTINUITY PLAN.
Lessons are designed to ensure that the provisions of the Order are

communicated clearly to the entire school community by ensuring that

student teachers understand the key points of mid-level and promotion

guidelines in light of basic learning and curriculum planning. Develop a

school action plan to implement the guidelines. It focuses on self-

monitoring tools, a three-step feedback model, a matrix of exemplary

tools organized by skill, and guidance for teachers to define the

performance goals of the teaching standards.

When I observed one of the classes that caught my attention, I was

considering using the self-discipline tool when teaching. Self-monitoring

is a strategy that teaches students to self-evaluate their behavior and

record results. Self-control does not generate new skills or knowledge,

but increases or decreases the frequency, intensity, or duration of existing

behaviors. It also saves teachers time tracking student behavior.

As a future teacher, I have realized the importance of using self-

control tools when teaching. It is an effective tool for behavior change.

This facilitates the propagation of appropriate behaviors to other

environments. This allows teachers to pay attention to other students and

focus on the content. This strategy demonstrates that student and teacher

behavior has improved over time. Self-control facilitates communication

between students and parents. Students avoid competition due to the

individual nature of the strategy. Self-control includes academic and

social skills (eg, counting, reading, grading, and interaction) is relatively

easy to train and implement.

 DAY 7

COLLABORATION

Cooperative learning has been shown to develop students' high-

level thinking skills as well as increase their confidence and self-esteem.

Group projects can maximize the educational experience by

demonstrating material while improving social and interpersonal skills.

Students learn to work with different types of learners and develop

leadership skills. In collaborative learning, students can still strive

towards a goal or develop an end product, but the process is characterized

by self-responsibility and awareness, respect for others, and contributions

from multiple perspectives. Collaborative projects are usually student-

centered and student-centered. You get the best learning experience when

you work together. Teacher collaboration has a positive impact on student

achievement and allows us as educators to explore new realms.

As I've noticed, I've learned to succeed in a collaborative

environment. Students are expected to communicate freely and directly,

support their team members, and value the contributions of each member.

Creating heterogeneous groups to work with helps students learn these

important skills. Grouping students according to different levels of

knowledge, abilities, and skills helps foster positive interdependence and

responsibility. Diversified perspectives and experiences lead to a richer

pool of knowledge that benefits both low achievers and high achievers.

Before you can assemble students into a successful team, you need to

assess their skills, competencies, and work style. Combine opposite

 DAY 8

VALUES INTEGRATION

Children analyze the values from several assets: home, school,

religion, media, and different uncovered factors. Values gathered from

several assets have an enduring effect on kids and form their

personalities. This calls for a greater self-sustaining hobby in later

adulthood, while a man or woman's values start to form. Thus, an

established device of private values appears. School instructors play a

vital function in this system of change. Teachers can meet man or woman

desires through the formal and casual curriculum. However, values-

primarily based schooling has to know no longer be prescriptive and have

to know no longer comprise guidelines approximately what to do and

what now no longer to do. Teachers ought to be capable of instilling

values in college students with the aid of placing them using an instance

of individual and ownership of situation knowledge. Educational values,

observe a system of recognition, appreciation, desire, belief, and action. It

is likewise a system of inquiry, mirrored image, and mirrored image, now

no longer coercion.

Values are exceptionally nurtured through having and affect and

cognition is nurtured through remark and imitation. Values training is a

manner to train a subject. However, the jobs of management,

management, and supervision have to be ignored. Schools have to have

their very own philosophies and values that manual their academic

contributions. A teacher's academic contribution is decided by the

teacher's belief in the tasks, roles, and obligations assigned to them. The

supply of cost is the cost that should be integrated into a unique

curriculum. There may be no prescriptive getting to know that contains

values. There are many one-of-a-kind fashions and techniques. These

styles and techniques range by age, grade, and subject.

 DAY 9

ASSESSING LEARNING

Teachers make professional judgments about student performance

in each learning session, whether consciously or unconsciously. Using

these professional judgments and converting them into feedback on an

individual's performance is a major goal of the Learning Assessment

Program. Successful learning assessment strategies consistently improve

student achievement. A key feature of faculty evaluation is the effective

feedback that teachers provide on student progress. Thus, teachers need

training and support to make valuable assessment decisions, provide

quality feedback to learners, receive positive feedback, and use the

information contained effectively to improve learning outcomes.

Performance assessment and quality feedback can help improve student

achievement. However, evaluation of learning, not an evaluation of

academics, has captured the core of the profession. Over the years, we

have worked hard to meet the award requirements. Performance

assessment can interfere with effective classroom performance and

prevent students from making performance assessment decisions to

improve performance.
No matter how well a study session is planned, how well the

teacher feels at the end of the lesson, what matters is not how well the

teacher did it, but the reaction of the students. The real test is whether

students have internalized and ultimately achieved the learning goals

identified at the beginning of the session. Developmental testing is an

important part of school practice, and questions are one of the most

common ways to test a student's comprehension. Although interviewing

is something teachers do naturally in their day-to-day life, developing

skills related to interviewing skills presents many challenges for teachers

and develops over time. Teachers should consider what they will learn in

each teaching and learning session and plan to include questions

accordingly. Teachers should consider when asking general and specific

questions, how to develop deployment strategies, and when using

questions to test students' knowledge, understanding, and application.
