1. Cut the bread horizontally in
half.
2. Remove some of the inner
layer of the buns where the
ingredients will be placed.
3. Spread the mixture of
mayonnaise and catsup on
both sides of the bread.
4. Layer lettuce, cheese, ham
tomato, cucumber, and onion
on bread.
5. Drizzle with dressing. Top with
