FAMILY LIFE
Evangelist Sunday Oguche, got married to Esther Omojo on #rd december1988.Together
they laboured in the ministry until the birth of God’s Care Missions. She went to be with the
Lord on 4th October 1997. By the mercies of God, he married Rose Ojone Ogala in 6 th March
1999. They are blessed with five children: Joshua, Lovina, Ojochonu, Caleb and Ebun-oluwa.
It is worth mentioning here that inspite of this tight schedule occasioned by the demands of
ministry the Evangelist is passionate about his family life.
CALEBITES CONFERENCE: Then we also have a desire to see God's people established
and mobilized for missions. In that light, we run conferences. One of the conferences
we hold is, "Calebites Conference, "which was the first conference we held when we
came in here. Today, the one here attracts people from all over the world. Then we
also run the same conference in Europe, London, Switzerland, Central Africa
Republic, Chad, Cameroon, Ghana and a number of other places.
YOUTH ABLAZE CONVENTION: We gather youths from all over the nation, teach
them and trust God to set them ablaze.
EDUCATION: The Lord told me when we came here that,”We should give the people
quality education, so that I can give them a future”. The idea is, a child born in a rural
community should not have substandard education than the child born in Abuja. He
should not be disadvantaged because he has been born in a rural community. God
gave us a mandate to give these children quality education at little or no cost. And,
we are happy that our students have stood shoulder to shoulder with students from
Abuja, Lokoja, different parts of the country. In fact, several students of ours, are
first class students in their various universities. God has been so faithful. He has kept
His word to us. And we are deeply, deeply grateful to Him. We have a special nursery
and primary school and then we have a secondary school, and we are working on the
university and trust God that by January 2022, we will get back to construction. We
are still pursing the mandate to provide quality education to the less privileged at
little or no cost. Our school has quality education and our fees are quite affordable
for the less privileged. Sometimes, I have to personally augment, so that the staff can
be paid.
GOD’S CARE HOUR: This is our weekly television program which currently air on
Dove Television. This comes on through the air waves to save souls, revive lives and
give hope to the hopeless. They have been great testimonies through this medium to
the glory of God.
PRINTING PRESS: We have a printing press though not fully equipped yet. We have a
machine for printing but we still need a few things for it to function fully. We are
trusting God for some equipment so that we can roll out tracts and books very easily;
because am an author. I have written close to 30 different books.
The ministry of the word has also provoked revivals in churches and communities, restoration
to paths of righteousness and drawn many closer to God.
He has strong passion to demonstrate God’s love to the widows, orphans and the Fatherless.
His ministry has brought tremendous hope to the hopeless. He feeds and cloths them in their
thousands in different parts of Africa all to the Glory of God.
