most important roles in a child's life. I feel that each child should be given the opportunity to
choose their future and that an educator can make a lifelong impression. Each child grows
and learns in a different way, I will stride towards helping every child in the best possible
way to suit all of their needs and desires. It is my aspiration to help students reach their
teach students and share my passion for learning with them. The teacher today is quite
diverse than past and has an extensive role in almost every occupation. In many cases of a
successful student, there seems to be a good teacher. The relation in between seems to be
very harmonious with complete dedication and affection from the teacher towards the
student. This phenomenon had never been the other way. I should be able encourage
students' sports, tutoring, during regular school days. Even education trips are to be included
in the school life of the children. It is common that children try to imitate their teachers out
of inspiration from them. Hence, I should try to balance his mindset by not showing fear,
anxiety, overexcitement. I must maintain my coolness and be of the composed mind. The
student’s point of view must always be considered once before teacher applies his opinion on
student. I must try to see if the students are fine, healthy and active. Teaching should also be
done by reference to standard textbooks for each topic on the subject. This helps the student
get complete and reliable information. It is good to mention the name of the textbook or
reference at the beginning or end of the class. Moreover, students should be encouraged to
refer to those standard books. This will help them gain more information and enhance their
comprehension and reading ability. Further, they can score well on the exams due to more
detailed information. Students should strive to comply with all behavior expectations.
When planning any program or type of event I believe the cooperating teachers, and
parents as well as the principle should all be involving in discussing opinions to further
enrich the experience for the children. Behavioral expectations that are verbally outlined and
posted as part of the classroom management plan should be incorporated into each child's
daily routine and life skill set. Each student deserves access to a quality educational
environment, but unless each student endeavors to contribute to the development of that
environment, that environment won't exist. When making discipline policies in my classroom
I would be more then glad to have the students involved in making the rules and guidelines.
When first starting out I will understand the strictness in regard to the tight budget, only to
use materials as needed, and use as many handmade arrangements as needed. Nothing helps
a child succeed like an involved parent. A little willingness from a child's parents can work
wonders in the classroom. Your child needs a special place to call their own. Setting aside a
room in your home dedicated to your child's education will show him or her that you're
serious about their education. Parents will always need to be in their child's life while they
are in school because they look up to their parents. If parents are not in the child’s life, then
they will not want to do their homework and become lazy when it comes to school. When it
comes to students learning, I believe that they learn from a teacher doing a lesson, and then
the teacher will ask the students if they have a question. The students will then learn from the
other students in the class. Also, Learning occurs best when the development of positive
attitudes and perceptions is made part of every learning task. Students learn to think
positively about themselves, their peers, and the material they are learning.
colorful. If the classroom is not open or colorful, the students will not want to learn because
they cannot focus when the teacher would be teaching a lesson. Also, children like a
predictable, safe, and orderly environment and they like going to a school that provides that
environment. For these reasons alone, it behooves any teacher to pay close attention to good
organization. When setting up the desks in the classroom the desk should be set up where the
student can see the teacher at all angles of the classroom. Another thing is that the desks
should be able to have the students see all the whiteboards, chalkboards or anything else in
the room. Also, I will make sure that I can see all of my students in the classroom, while I am
sitting at my desk. Another reason for having desks in the classroom, you need to make sure
that the desks are near a window because the students could get distracted by what's outside.
I will also need to make sure when organizing my classroom is that there is enough walk
space in the classroom. I need to make sure that the materials I have in my classroom, that
the students are able to get to without running into anything. When there are other students in
my classroom, that need different learning ways, I will make sure that they get all the help
they need. I will base my lesson plan on what students are in my class because some students
may not be at the level the other students are at. If some students need help learning how to
do math, I will put them in a different group, then the other students that do not need help. I
will try to do my best to make sure that all the students are getting the help they need, while
in school. I will always view teaching as a learning process and use all of my experiences
throughout life to learn and strengthen my skills. I will try to learn from every child, remain
open-minded and be un-bias towards all students. The gift of knowledge is always a
powerful thing and I hope to inspire knowledge into children’s lives and encourage them. I
also promise to always strive for excellence and be the best motivator that I can be.
