Wetland Food web: You have to figure out what each living thing (given below) eats and then draw arrows
to show what ends up in whose mouth. Remember that each living thing can be eaten by more than one
thing. You can take a picture of each organism on the internet.
Biotic:
Choose only 2 situations and explain: Predict what will happen to the organism if:

If the weather is warmer than usual, higher temperatures may be suitable for reproduction and can
rapidly increase the number of organisms such as algae and large invertebrates, but warmer water affects
the amount of dissolved oxygen in water. If the weather is warmer than usual and less rainfall, it simply
means that the moist air produces many small droplets instead of some large droplets. These droplets do
not grow large enough to sink in the air, so clouds last longer and drizzle less. The warmer weather can
affect the water temperature during heat waves that contributes to the deterioration of water quality and
adversely affects the number of fish. It can also lead to the death of many organisms in the aquatic
ecosystem. Also associated with the growth of rampant algae, leading to mass mortality of fish in rivers and
lakes.
