    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Defendant, Fairfax County School Board, by counsel,

    hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit from the Court’s

    Memorandum Opinion and Order entered on February 25, 2022 (ECF Nos. 143 and 144), which

    granted Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment, denied Defendant’s Motion for Summary

    Judgment, and entered a permanent injunction.
