EXIT POLICY

Separation of an employee from the services of a Company can occur in any of the following
ways
 Voluntary Resignation.
 On account of unauthorized absence (absconding).
 Termination - On account of non-performance
 On disciplinary grounds.
 Reaching the age of retirement.

Resignation:
You are allowed to terminate the contract of employment if you wish to do so by giving a
notice in writing of at least 3 months, in advance of your date of the planned exit.

Completing Full Notice period:

He/She needs to serve a notice period of at least three months. The Company will
however try to release you, where possible at the earliest. During the notice period,
he/she needs to conduct a smooth handover of his/he current responsibilities. The
company reserves the right to extend the notice period if the employee goes on leave
during the notice period.

He/She needs to submit the company’s assets to the respective departments, clear
dues, and submit no dues certificate to the HR department before leaving the
organization for further process of his/her leaving/experience certificate & full and final
settlement. F&F would be processed accordingly and to be paid subject to clearance
within 45 days of exit.

Partial Serving of Notice Period:

In case he/she leaves employment without serving the required notice you will pay or the
Company shall have the right to deduct as damages an amount equivalent to 90 days of
your monthly gross salary. The company has the right to hold your salary. You will not
be provided with an experience/leaving letter in case of a partial serving of the notice
period. Partial serving also includes not serving the notice period up to the company’s
expectation and satisfaction. However, The Company will decide on clearing Full and
Final settlements and releasing salary on case to case basis.
Unauthorized absence (Absconding):

If you absent yourself without leave or remain absent beyond the period of your
sanctioned leave (including the sanctioned extension of leave), the company shall send
you a notice in 5 days via speed post service asking for a reason, this will be considered
the first notification. You will be required to provide an explanation to the satisfaction of
the Management regarding such absence via e-mail/post/phone. In case of no response in
the first notification within 48 hours, a second notification will be sent in 10 days of
absence. The third and final notification will be sent in 15 days of absence. In case of no
response within 48 hours the employment will be considered terminated and no
experience/leaving letter will be provided.

As Voluntary abandonment of service and the F&F would be processed accordingly and
would be paid subject to clearance.

Termination of employment:

An employee will be deemed to have been terminated from the company if any of the
following terms are fulfilled:

Integrity:
Integrity issues such as illegal payments / Disclosure of any business-related information
through any medium to the people who are not required to have the access to the
information / Any case of damage, theft, or loss of any confidential information or
intellectual properties/disloyalty/ any other act of indiscipline/Security breaches/use of
prohibited drugs and other intoxicating substances/ Utilizing customer property for
personal use / Theft etc., Any such evidential case gets reported against any employee,
the company takes strict action against the employee and has the right to enforce
separation with immediate effect without any prior notice. No experience/leaving letter
will be provided. F&F would be processed accordingly and would be paid subject to
clearance within 45 days of the incident.

Harassment:
The company has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, whether physical,
sexual, verbal, or psychological. Any evidential case gets reported against any employee,
the company takes strict action against the employee and has the right to enforce
separation with immediate effect without any prior notice. No experience/leaving letter
will be provided. F&F would be processed accordingly and would be paid subject to
clearance within 45 days of exit.
On account of Job performance

 Poor performance, Insubordination (refusal by a subordinate to perform the roles and


responsibilities assigned by the manager), unsatisfactory job performance, or gross
inefficiency in job performance / Failure to demonstrate progress / Failure to comply
with rules, regulations, and policies in a work action plan within a reasonable amount
of time will all lead to termination. F&F would be processed accordingly and would
be paid subject to clearance within 45 days of exit.
Disciplinary grounds:
Frequent violations of Company Policies such as Leaving the place of work
without intimation / Unauthorized leave / Not maintaining quality standards (of same or
similar nature) / Customer complaints – not following up / Allowing unauthorized
entry/personnel behind the counter / Frequent late coming / not following Grooming
Standards / Frequent violations of Company Policies.

RETIREMENT:
Retirement age - the age of retirement is defined as the completion of 60 years (based on
data available with the Company on Workday/as defined by proof of age/birth document
submitted by an employee at the time of joining). F&F would be processed accordingly
and would be paid subject to clearance within 45 days of exit.
