Activity 3
Read and understand the concepts.

Vowel digraphs are a combination of two vowel letters that together spell either
single vowel sound or a diphthong.
Examples of vowel digraph are the letter pairs ai, ea , ee, oo, and oa.
Digraph is a combination of two letters that together spell a single sound.
The word can be broken down into prefix di, meaning two, and the word graph,
referring to a written form.
 Vowel digraphs include those that are simply doubled letters,
such as the: oo- moon ee- feet
look bees
 Vowel digraphs are also a combination of two different vowels letters that
together represent a single sound.
Such as: oa in coat ai in rain ea in leaf oe in hoe
