Vowel digraphs are a combination of two vowel letters that together spell either
single vowel sound or a diphthong.
Examples of vowel digraph are the letter pairs ai, ea , ee, oo, and oa.
Digraph is a combination of two letters that together spell a single sound.
The word can be broken down into prefix di, meaning two, and the word graph,
referring to a written form.
Vowel digraphs include those that are simply doubled letters,
such as the: oo- moon ee- feet

Vowel digraphs are also a combination of two different vowels letters that
together represent a single sound.
Such as: oa in coat ai in rain ea in leaf oe in hoe

Instruction: Read the poem below. Identify the words with
digraph and write them on the lines. (1 point each)
Prayer of Thanks
I. O dearest God, we thank You
For all the gifts You give.
For food and drink and clothing
And homes in which we live
For the sun that shines so bright and moon during the night
