Welcome Greeting
In Indonesia, colorectal cancer is a malignancy that often occurs in
men and women ranks third most (Globocan, 2012). Overall, the
risk of getting colorectal cancer is 1 in 20 people.
In collaborative era, colorectal surgery has shifted from the paradigm of risky surgery to surgery
with higher survival and success rates.
Advances in technology and perioperative care have played an important role in the advance-
ment of surgery colorectal. The advancement of the colorectal sub-specialty has made the goal
of surgery colorectal disease from just beyond the perioperative period but even to increasing
outcome of colorectal surgery and perioperative care.
Considering that this kind of regional level event has never been held, the committee determined
to initiate the holding of quality and fulfilling events participants. The implementation of this
activity has the theme "Coloproctology Disorder in Daily Practice” which lasted for 4 days from
21st – 24th July 2022, with the number of participants targeted at 300 people.
The main activities that will be carried out are formal scientific meetings in the form of work-
shops, lectures Guest, Symposium and Expert Discussion which will be delivered by experts in
their respective fields.

Call for Abstract : Submission Guidelines
Abstract Guidelines
1.Abstracts submitted past the submission deadline will not be included in the assessment.
2.Abstract in MsWord format A4 paper size, two spaces with a page border of 4 cm border left, while the other 3
cm; times new letter romance 12 pt, in English
3.Abstract original manuscripts must be written in format structured with personal data as following :
1.The title is written in CAPITAL letters and bold, brief and speci�ic.
2.The author's name (author) is written in full with underscore.
3.List institution, af�iliation, city and country of origin.
4.Abstracts are not allowed to be written more than 250 words and is required to consist of 5 (�ive) paragraphs
contains of Background, Purpose and Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions. Abstract should be able to
explain clearly about the problem and the expected goals in research, how research is carried out, salient results,
and what the author conclude from the research results.
5.Avoid using abbreviations and terminology which are not common and symbols or acronyms which is dif�icult

Accepted abstracts will be selected by a jury for an initial assessment. Assessment carried out by �illing out the
assessment form sent to members of the jury team via e-mail.
E-poster Guidelines
1.The letters used should be characterized by simple and easy to read like "Arial" or "Times New Roman.
2.Poster material is not printed but in soft �ile form with JPG / PNG format
3.E-Poster is written in English
4.E-Poster Templates:

5.Avoid using letters in red or green because the color is hard to read

All E-Posters will be displayed on July 22nd – 24th 2022. Abstracts that have been submitted will be reviewed and
reviewed by the Jury on with a concentration on abstract quality, clarity, relevance, and importance of writing.
Podium Guidelines
1.Presentation of the podium using Power point slides presentation (ppt. or pptx.). Note: 10 minutes.
2.Power Point is using English
3.Presentations are delivered in English or Indonesian.
Presentation for free paper, both podium presentations and e-poster must be registered as a participant.
All authors and their abstracts accepted must pay the registration fee.
The winner of E-poster and Podium Presentation will be announced at Closing Ceremony on July 24th, 2022

RULE OF REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION
REGISTRATION FEE
All participants, including presenters of papers and presentation posters, must register as Participants. The registration fee
includes: access to all scienti�ic classes, access to exhibition, symposium kit, lunch and coffee break.
REGISTRATION TYPE
Email / Fax Participants must �ill out and submit the registration form as required. After the application for registration is
received, the participant then sends proof payment. Registration statements will be ignored after 14 days without payment.
Onsite Participants can register at the venue with payment
in cash. There is no refund of registration fee in case of cancellation.
REGISTRATION PAYMENT
All registration fees must be paid via bank transfers. Transfer fees are borne by participant. Participants will not be con�irmed
before submit proof of transfer to the committee.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
After receiving the registration form and fees the appropriate proof of receipt and registration con�irmation of�icial will be sent.
Please show con�irmation registration at the registration desk for get the identity of the participants and the symposium kits.
CANCELLATION
1.Cancellation is submitted in writing and will be to be followed up after the congress is over
2.50% refund will be returned if the written cancellation received by the committee before June 21st 2022 and there is no
refund after June 21st 2022.
HOTEL RESERVATION
Service hotel bookings are made on a “�irst” basis come �irst serve". Orders are made via the application form accommodation
reservations provided. For all travel agents, sponsors or individuals MUST make accommodation reservations through the
committee (this is to avoid “double reservation”).
HOTEL POLICY
Due to the high volume of hotel room reservations during the congress, the committee recommends placing an order as early
as possible. Booking service hotel rooms are subject to hotel room availability.
ROOM RATES
All prices are in Rupiah per night including breakfast. Recommended to do booking a room through the committee for guaran-
tee the acquisition of the best rate.
ACCOMMODATION REGULATION
Check-in is at 15.00 and check-out at 12.00 local time. Early check-in and late check-out are the hotel's discretion.
1.Reservations cannot be made without full deposit number of nights booking based on room availability.
2.Changes and cancellations must be submitted to the committee in writing at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
3.Cancellation after speci�ied time still charged for 1 night.
4.No show will be applied at night �irst delay and will result 1 night deposit loss
5.For hotel services not included in the package, a personal fee will be charged when checking out by the hotel.
