Respected Colleagues

The 1st Indonesian Society Gynaecologic Oncology Scientific Meeting (1st INASMEET) in
conjunction with the Editorial Board Meeting of JGO will be held in beautiful island of Bali on
November 12th - 13th 2022 and will be conducted at The Stone Hotel Legian Bali. Due to “a new
normal life in pandemic era”, this meeting will be formed in a hybrid event, the combination of
both offline and online event, with English as the official language.

This meeting has the aim to provide the latest management in Gynaecologic Cancer, by
scientific research and how to utilize Indonesian big data as a part of a research that can be
acknowledged in Asian society. From the various sections that we offer, we try to give an overview
of the differences from various sides of research or update which can be a comparative study for
gynaecologist especially oncologist in the future.

Besides on Gynaeoncology field, this conference gives a great opportunity to enhance the
knowledge and elucidate the latest updates starting from developing diagnosis, management,
and operation techniques related to non-oncologic gynecology field of study.

We hope that, despite the intense program, you will be able to get the glimpse of The Island
of Gods – Bali and enjoy the conference by interacting with your colleagues which will stimulate a
creative exchange of ideas.

And all doctors,

In the last 3 years, we have gone through the Covid-19 pandemic situation, praise to mighty
God - ALLAH SWT, the conditions are getting improve to a better one. In this “new normal era”, we
can see this digital technology as given the big impact in our daily activity including the healthcare
service.

Medical science in the field of gynaecology and gynaecological oncology is developing

rapidly. One of our duties as clinician is to maintain professionalism in providing health services, by
keeping our knowledge update. By the end of November 2022, the Association of
Gynaecological Oncology (HOGI) / Indonesian Society of Gynaecologic Oncologists (INASGO) will
hold the first INASGO scientific meeting (1st INASMEET), which is an annual seminar / course in the
field of gynaecology / gynaecological oncology involving national and international faculties.

The 1st INASMEET divided in to 2 (two) simultaneous sessions, a session is segmented to

Gynaecologic Oncologist and one other session is dedicated to General Gynaecologist &
General Practitioner. The Gynaecologic Oncologist session will present the experts from national
and international faculties and it is a collaboration event with the Journal of Gynaecologic
Oncology (JGO), which is a reputable international scientific journal in the field of Gynaecologic
Oncology. Hope this collaboration can improve the scientific atmosphere, especially in the field of
research and publications, and in the field of gynaecological oncology certainly. The General
Gynaecologist & General Practitioner session has been designed with various topics related to
daily practice will be presented by national experts in their fields.

This event will be held in amazing Bali Island, which is an international tourist destination. We
sincerely hope that all colleague will participating in this prestigious event and at the same time
can enjoy the beauty Bali.

May we always be blessed with health and prosper, so that we will be able to meet and
greet on the 1st Indonesian Society Gynaecologic Oncology Scientific Meeting.

Confirmation

** MEETING REGISTRATION: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon completion of your online registration, you will be sent a confirmation by email. The
confirmation is sent to the email address provided on the registration form and will show
whether we have received your payment and will include an invoice.

Payment

All costs referred to, are in Indonesia Rupiah/ IDR. All payments must be made in IDR; no other
currency will be accepted. Full payment is due for the registration fees. Registrations are only
confirmed once the required payment has been received.

Non or Late Payment

In case a deadline for registration at an early or regular fee has passed before payment of a
registration is received, the higher registration fee shall automatically apply.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Please mention your registration number as reference of the payment. Until payment is
received in full amount, the registration will be marked on “PAID” status, otherwise it will remain
“DEPOSIT” or “UNPAID” status
Any bank fees shall be the Participant’s responsibility

Invoice

Only digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the registration.
The invoice will be issued using the contact details provided on the registration form so please
make sure you have provided us with the correct information.
Cancellation of Congress Registration
Cancellation must be done in writing to inasmeet2022@gmail.com, and confirmed by the
Meeting Organizer. The following cancellation fees apply:
• In case of cancellation before or on July 1st (23:59), 2022, the registration fee will be
refunded with a deduction of 30% as penalty charge.
• In case of cancellation from July 2nd (23:59), 2022 to August 31st (23:59), 2022, the
registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 70% as penalty charge.
• After September 1st (23:59), 2022, the registration fee will not be refunded for cancellation
or no-shows.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the Event.

Name Changes

participants agree to take over all booked program items of the originally registered

Reservation and Advance Payment Modalities:

• In order to guarantee the preferential rates displayed on the site, reservations have to be

made in written through committee’s secretary office or meeting organizer & contact
person on the dedicated Announcement / Internet site.
• No reservation requests will be accepted by telephone.
• Rooms will be allocated as requests are processed and based on availability.
• Reservation requests should be made and settled on line before the July 1st 2022. After this
date, all reservation requests will still be processed based on hotel availability and at its
applicable rates.
• A reservation request accompanied by its accepted payment (at minimum 1 one-night
charge) shall be deemed a firm order.
• All payments must be in IDR. No other currency is accepted Any bank fees shall be the
Participant’s responsibility.

Cancellation Terms for Individual Reservations:

• As the reservation is applicated to Guaranteed Reservation, hence NO CANCELATION is

possible.
• Should the arrival at the hotel be delayed, the nights missed shall not be transposed to
the following nights and shall not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
