1. Manual handling of Muscle pain, Back Pain, Moditif Technicians. 2 3 4  TBT to be conducted by work supervisor to 1 2 2 P.E, S.O and
concrete coring Back injury all workers before work start. Foreman
machine Properties  Ensure Manual handling training is in place.
 Use manual handling techniques in lifting
heavy equipment e.g., 2 people must carry
this coring machine to divide the total weight
of this machine thus making it lighter and
easier to carry.
 Barricade the work zone for maximum radius
 Place relevant safety signs.
 Full PPE to be comply, Hard hat, safety
shoes, safety glasses and cut resistant gloves
and dust mask.

goggles & safety shoes.

utilities and Property damage.  Ensure all personnel are aware the risk Foreman

obstruction.
 Conduct TBT to ensure all employees are
aware of the hazards in the workplace and
emergency procedure
 Wear appropriate PPE like helmet, goggles,
and safety shoes.
