1. Manual handling of Muscle pain, Back Pain, Moditif Technicians. 2 3 4  TBT to be conducted by work supervisor to 1 2 2 P.E, S.O and
concrete coring Back injury all workers before work start. Foreman

 Use manual handling techniques in lifting
heavy equipment e.g., 2 people must carry
this coring machine to divide the total weight
of this machine thus making it lighter and
easier to carry.

shoes, safety glasses and cut resistant gloves
and dust mask.

ensuring the safe access from ground to work
area
 Continuous monitoring by the supervisor.
 Restrict other parts entry into workplace
without PPE like helmet, safety harness,
goggles & safety shoes.
