Innobit is an internationally renowned source for Waterproofing products for interior and exterior
applications. We are recognized for our innovative manufacturing approach and the differentiations
on products which helps us to bring value to customers.
Enriched with over 4 decades of activity and supported by applicator feedback, we have been able
to combine the best in manufacturing technology and latest developments in material to bring inno-
vative changes to some of the key products and systems used in waterproofing today.
From our dedicated factories in UAE and Malaysia, we make products meeting all necessary quality
certifications and ensure we optimize our supply chain capabilities to serve our customers. Our
products meet the relevant American, British and EU standards for typical applications.

Our philosophy on waterproofing has always been about providing a fully adhered hydrophobic skin on
the structure which is to be waterproofed using a combination of systems and not one product alone. If
this is not possible due to constraint of construction activity, then provide a multilayer system based on
different technologies or materials which can work together to complement each other and resist the
ingress of water.

PRODUCTS
MEMBRANES
Peel and stick underlayments

Peel and stick underlayment’s are modified bitumen membranes used as an underlayment under roof
coverings and as a sound damping layer for floorings. The membranes can be made either with and with-
out saturated fabrics which also act as a reinforcement. For better flexibility, our processes are equipped
to produce underlayments with only a facer film and a release film with a high performance modified
bitumen layer in between
The membranes comply to relevant standards like ASTM D 1970 and ICC AC 48. These membranes com-
prise of highly flexible bitumen compound modified with enhanced polymers to provide the long-stand-
ing performance which is demanded out of these layers
Self adhesive membranes
SBS modified Bitumen based self adhesive mem-
branes for protecting buried concrete structures.
Our self adhesive membranes portfolio contains
products which are non reinforced surfaced with
different types of Polymer films including the popu-
lar cross laminated polyethylene version. We also
manufacture polyester and glass fiber reinforced
self adhesive membranes.
PRODUCTS
MEMBRANES
Torch applied membranes

Bitumen membranes with thickness of 3mm to 5mm made of APP or SBS modified bitumen rein-
forced with Polyester or fiber glass faced with thin PE films or slates. Applied by torching the
bottom surface of the membrane, melting the compound and laying it on to the surface.
Best suited for waterproofing applications on roofs and buried concrete structures.
Protection board
Boards used as hard wearing surfaces to protect membranes and coatings before backfilling.
There are 2 different types of boards used depending on the application. Most commonly used is
our bitumen based protection boards for heavy duty purposes. For light duty applications which
require lighter boards, hybrid boards made of bitumen and corrugated PE layers are also available.
Blind side system
Systems that would adhere to poured concrete which would then provide a fully bonded water-
proofing layer to the structure thereby restricting the lateral movement of water

WATERPROOFING
COATINGS
Hybrid urethane coatings

Two component, easy to use coatings for moist surfaces. Coatings that has been specifically designed for regions
with incessant rain wich effectes productivity due to lack of dry surface.
Based on Hybrid urethane technology, these coatings retains excellent adhesion to the surface even when applied
on moist surface. The coating has an initial set within 30 min in regular conditions which also makes it resistant to
early rain.
Cementitous coatings
Two component cementitious coatings with a powder part comprising of cement and graded fillers and a liquid part
with active acrylic polymers.
Reacts to form an impervious tough waterproof layer which is optimal to receive a cement based tile adhesive or a
polymer coating. Available in three variations which differs in workability and performance.
Acrylic Coatings
Acrylic polymer based waterproofing coatings specially formulated to applied on concrete and metal roofs for
waterproofing and heat reduction. Produced in three variants ranging from a normal commercial grade to a
specially formulated special grade with enhanced performance
Polyurethane Coatings
Coatings based on Polyurethane polymers for waterproofing of Roofs, Wet areas and water retaining
Structures.
The portfolio contains a water based variant which meets all the Green building codes. Also available are
extensions of this product with Bitumen for specific requirements.
Silicone coatings
Hybrid coatings based on Silicone. High performance coatings with enhanced adhesion and relevant technical
parameters imparted by carefully selected polymers and additives.
The coating is best suited for areas which would require longer exposure to UV. These high performance coatings
tend to be dirt resistant and thereby easier to maintain

TAPES AND ACCESSORIES
Wrapping tapes
Bitumen based pipe wrapping tapes
Tapes of 1.65mm thickness made with SBS modified
bitumen compound and surfaced with a tough yet flexible
PVC film with thickness ranging from 120 mic to 165 mic.
The tapes can be wrapped either by machine or by hand.

Also comes with the necessary molding putty and the outer
wraps to complete the system
Flash Band
Bitumen based flash bands
Flash bands made of SBS modified bitumen surfaced

with Aluminium or metal lined PE films.
Mainly used as flashing tapes, sealing of joints or

repairing leaks on corrugated roofs

One component low modulus Isocyanate free Polyu-
rethane sealant used for horizontal and vertical
construction and expansion joints.
One component low modulus, weather resistant

neutral cure sealant for roof and gutters.
