Reflection:
1. Based on the lesson, what type of recreational activities did you do with your family during
free time? Is it important to spend your leisure time with them?
During free times me and my family usually du passive recreational activities like watching
movies, listening to music, going on view decks or going to parks. Making time with your family
is an important exercise to practice our social and mental health state with them.
What I Can Do
1. List down as many recreational activities you can do at home during this pandemic. Plan out
how the whole family can participate in this activity/ies.
1. exercise
2. Zumba
3. cooking
4. watching movies
5. read books
6. play games
7. walking/jogging
Im planning on making a plan for every member of our household because they have different
hobbies and wants so it will be hard for me to make a schedule for all of us.

- it is nice to reminisce the past especially the time when there was no pandemic, I
remembered way back we can easily go to places because there is no checkpoints and other
requirements in travelling. We love to go to places where nature is at its peak, rivers and
beaches are some of the example. We have our own jobs to do when going out, we are a family
of six so every person has its own task so that there will be no problem regarding our travel.

Reflection:
1. Based on the lesson, how important are the aquatic recreational facilities to your family and
the community as a whole?
- Aquatic recreational activities are beneficial not only to individual health but also to the
community as a whole. It is strongly recommended that a community, particularly those in
strategic locations, have an aquatic recreational facility in order to benefit community members
and the community as a whole.
What I Can Do
1. Modify an aquatic activity you can do at home with your loved ones.
Explain briefly how you are going to do it.
I can modify swimming as our aquatic activity, we can use inflatable pools or huge basin as an
alternative pool.
