    Notes:
    1. Welds of certain steels may develop delayed cracks up to 48 hours after welding. If the inspection was
    provided before the 48 hours have been elapsed, the inspection results will not show these possible
    delayed cracks.
    2. Certain operations such as load tests, heat-treatment, stresses and vibration due to shipment, lifting or
    other situations, may cause cracks.
    If the inspection was done prior to these operations, the report will not present these possible cracks.
    3. Inspection results show situation of part at the moment of inspection.
    4. The uncertainty of the inspection is not taken into the account in regard with the inspection standard/code.
