This Face Cloud system is working for TPS980/TPS950 serial device online Face application. It
does not work for offline Face application.

Part 1: How to add Device


Precondition:
1. The TPS980/TPS950 serial device should installed the online version Face application.
2. The device connected to internet.
Description:
Go to Device Management  click the devices button  go to the devices list  press
“Add” button to add a new device

When adding devices:
a) need input the Name, SN and IMEI;
Specially, For some device, it has not wireless module. It has not IMEI code. You can input SN
or any other code in the IMEI field.
b) Select the channel and type.
c) The Limit Time.
The default limit time is empty. You need not input anything. It means no access time limit.
If you want to set limit time, you can enter e.g. “08:00-18:00”
If you need to set multi access time, you can set e.g. “08:00-12:00;14:00-18:00” etc.
Notice: if you set the limit time, it must be one or more time intervals, for example “08:00-
18:00”, or “08:00-12:00;14:00-18:00” or “08:00-12:00;14:00-18:00;22:00-23:00”. Please do
not only input a single time such as “8:00”.

Part 2: How to register member “one by one”


Description:
Two ways to add member one by one
2.1: Register On the device:
First login the Face system application in the terminal device. If the device had not
connected to the Telpo Cloud, it can not login to the Face system application in the terminal
device. In this case, please check if the network is working or not.
Member Management->the bottom blue button; you need to set the name, work number,
and expire time and image.

After registered the member success, you can test the Face function in the terminal.

Additional, you can register member in the Telpo Cloud platform.


2.2: Register On the platform:
2.2.1: Before register member on platform, you need to setup the Department and
Position first

If you want to setup the sub-department, you need to select the top department first, and
then click the add button

The Department, Name and Photo is requested. After member added, the new record/date
will auto push to all your devices.

After registered the member in the platform, it needs takes about 5-6 minutes to synchronize the
data to the terminal. (Maybe it needs more minutes due to the network reason).

Part 3: How to add Channel


Description:
If you want to develop multiple agents, and let different agents manage their own device by
themselves, you can add Channel and create sub-account for the different agents.
Generally, you need not add Channel.

A Channel account is equivalent to a sub-account, and the personnel data of each Channel
account are independent from each other. You can imagine that a Channel account is one of your
clients, and you can create many Client accounts.

Step 1: Add Role
Description:
Click the “Add Role” button

After you add the role, you need to Config the role permission

Step 2: Add Channel Account
Description:
1: Click the “Add Channel” button
2: Set Account, Password, Name and Expire time
3: After Channel account added, you can login channel to manage member data

Part 4: Change Software admin password
Description:
The default password is “telpo”, if need change password, click the Password button to
reset.

Part 5: How to change Software wallpaper
Description:
You can set the wallpaper by using the “Wallpaper” button.
a) You can push the wallpaper to certain devices by input the SN.
b) If you let the SN empty, it means push “Wallpaper” to all your devices.

After you setup the wallpaper, need to wait a few minutes for the device to auto update
the wallpaper.

Part 6: How to batch upload/register members
Description:
5.1: Before you upload the images, you need to rename the image with name.jpg. Such as:
Tom.jpg.

5.2: After upload done, use “Download Excel” to get the records you uploaded

You will get an excel like this

5.3: Copy the Name and Url to below excel table to import all member information.
batch_import_member_template(telpotest).xlsx;
a) The name, url, work number, limit time is needed.
b) The work number is unique, each member has the unique work number.
c) For the position department , you can add its name on the excel

5.4: Go to the member list  click the import button to import the
“batch_import_member_template(telpotest).xlsx” that was finished by 5.3;

5.5: After member data imported, go to device software to manual update to sync the
member data. (If you have not clicked the Activate button, please active your device first)

Part 7: How to create guest QRcode
Description:
Guest QRcode function is to use a QRcode to access the device

After you create the Qrcode from website, you need to wait some minutes for the device
sync the qrcode date to device. Then you can click the right top scan button to use QRCODE to
access.

Part 8: How to active NFC card and read card

1) Put the blank card to position 1  2) click the “Activate card” button to active a new card.

Description:
Click the logs and select the start date and end date to export the access records

Part 10: How to setup Time Attendance


Description:
At this part you can setup the work time, attendance role, Leave Record and Overtime

You need to select the attendance group members, and the work time on each day,
Need work day: means for some holidays, you company need to work, you can set it
Not work day: means for some workdays, you company need to set it not on work, you can set it

processed and analyzed data

Part 12: How to set high temperature alert
email

you can click the Email button to add high temperature alert message email,the maximum

email is 10. when someone temperature is over 37.3. all this manager email will get the alert
message

13.1: you can set the open door role, only by temperature, face or both.
13.2: you can set the navigation bar to show and hide the navigation bar. If hide. User
cannot exit the app.
13.3: you can set the Relay time to set the when the door close.
