1. Go to Delegated Administration Workbench (NETPOINT SECURITY)
Create the user profile in Netpoint Security (workbench) and enable SMARTLINK Admin on the
profile: this can be done by your local administrator.
– A user may have a second ‘local’ profile created in SMARTLINK. Select the NetPoint profile.

- Ensure the user belongs to the right company and user rights
- One user with Admin role required
- Enable account & Save changes

Make sure that customers with energy license have energy parameters inserted
Do NOT activate the energy trial license by default when registering the customer
WHERE TO FIND THE ENERGY PARAMETER VALUES?
The energy parameter values depend on the machine model (specifications): you can find
them in the AML data in the technical section of the Business Portal
– Your local technical staff should be able to help you determine the correct values

notification groups that apply to certain criteria.
These notification groups in fact represent the contractual
agreement with the customers.

– All required documents and applications are on the distributed Memory Stick
– Do not re-download the unit controllers – Machine serial numbers are indicated
– Do NOT use Modi5 / FSP to change any settings in the unit controllers
– CAN cabling: the wiring should be OK, you have to check the end resistors-
– Check CAN node ID & Check MkIV / Mk5 profile
– WizAir: scan the network
