EGCS 维护手册
EGCS maintenance manual

介于设备使用中,偶尔会出现一些小故障,为了
客户在使用阶段出现问题能够快速效率的解决问题,
现做了如下相关维护要点:

第一部分 EGCS 设备报警消除

EGCS device alarm elimination

一. SO2/CO2 超过设定值(特定排放海域≥4.3,一般排放海域≥21.7)
I. SO2/CO2 exceeds the current standard (special areas≥4.3, common
areas≥21.7)
1. 如果船舶在开式模式下投入 PID 运行,硫碳比一直无法满足正常数
值,循环泵会撤出 PID 控制,循环泵频率会加到最大至 60HZ
1. If the vessel is in open loop mode, carbon ratio in exhaust gas
cannot reach the satisfied value, and the circulation pump runs
under full load amps for X minutes, the system will automatically
shift from open loop to close loop.
2. 当循环泵增大至最大频率运行一段时间后,硫碳比仍然无法达标的
情况下,则需要人为主动降低主机负荷或者船员选择将重油转换低硫油
2. When system converts to close loop, the carbon dioxide value
is still below the standard, it is necessary to manually reduce
the load of main engine, or use low sulphur fuel oil instead.
3. 联系 ZEME 售后人员对系统进行排查

二、MGPS 报警
1.到本地检查控制箱的铜棒铝棒显示值是否正常,铜棒的电流值设定为
1.3A,铝棒的电流值设定为 0.8A
三、洗涤后烟气温度
II. The gas temperature out of the scrubber
洗涤后烟气温度 TT103 温度高于 80 度,延时 15 秒,二级报警,当烟气
温度高于 100 度,延时 15 秒,一级报警,紧急停机。
1. If the temperature is higher than 80 delay 30s, an H value alarm
would be sounded, if the temperature is higher than 100, delay 30s,
an HH value alarm would be sounded and shut down the EGCS
2. 当出现此温度报警时,首先确认洗涤塔入口前烟气温度 TT102 是否
过高,由于原船设备导致的烟气温度过高,需要停止烟气继续进入洗涤
塔,排查出原船设备问题
1. If high temperature alarm alerts, firstly, check whether the
temperature of exhaust gas, before filling into scrubber, is
unmorally high. If the high temperature is caused by the equipments
from shipowner, gas needs be stopped entering the scrubber until
troubleshot.
3. 确认预喷淋后烟气温度 TT101 温度是否正常,正常情况下预喷淋后
温度 TT101 为 50 度左右,然后检查预喷淋管路压力表及洗涤母管压力变
送器、压力表、流量计显示是否正常,确认预喷淋及主喷淋层的水量是

否充足,如因压力不够导致的温度高,则需要确认是否喷头堵塞导致或
者是海底门滤器堵塞。
4. Check pressure transmitter and pressure gauge on spray
pipeline; confirm the quantity of water in pre-spray layer. If high
temperature is due to insufficient pressure, it is necessary to
examine nozzle blocking.
三、洗涤塔入口烟气压力
洗涤塔入口烟气压力 PT103 高于 2600pa,会触发二级报警

四、洗涤塔压差报警
III. Differential pressure alarm of scrubber
洗涤塔烟气入口压力减去洗涤塔出口压力 PT103-PT104:压差高报警为
2600Pa,压差高高停机为 2800Pa。
The differential pressure between inlet and outlet of scrubber:
high differential pressure alarm is 2600Pa, and high-high
differential pressure alarm, which pause the engine, is 2800Pa.
1. 洗涤塔压差高于 2200pa,延时 30 秒,系统会自动进入洗涤塔差压高
冲洗程序。
1. If the differential pressure of the scrubber is higher than 2400
PA, and lasts for 30 second, the system will automatically open
washing system.
2. 当反复冲洗洗涤塔压差报警仍然无法消除,则需要确认除雾器是否
堵塞严重
2. If the alarm cannot be removed after repeated flushing, then
check whether the demister is blocked seriously.
3. 确认烟气进口以及烟气出口的压力传感器探头是否干净,探头被烟
垢堵塞会导致传感器不准确误报警
3. Both probes of pressure transmitter in inlet and outlet of
exhaust gas are supposed to be clean, as if probes are blocked by
dirt, they will alarm inaccurately.

二. 密封风机出口压力
IV. Outlet Pressure of seal fan
密封风机出口压力 PT102 低压切换为 1.2Kpa,压力低报警为 1.2Kpa.当
PT102 的压力低于 1.2Kpa 时,会启动备用风机。
Low pressure alarm of the seal fan is 1.2Kpa, and the low-low
pressure alarm is 1Kpa.
1. 当密封风机压力低于 1.2Kpa 时,系统会自动运行备用风机;如果备
用风机打 开后,压力仍然没法满足,则需要人为现场勘查风机机械
部分
1. When pressure of the seal fan is less than 1.2Kpa, system will
open boost fan; if the pressure still cannot meet the standard even

after turning on boost fan, the mechanical part of the fans should
be inspected manually.
2. 检查密封风机总管路上压力表值是否正常,排除压力传感器是否故

2. Check the value of pressure gauge on the process line, excluding
the failures on pressure transmitter.
3. 确认烟气挡板的状态,如果烟气排大气和进洗涤塔的挡板都开着,
会导致压力 上不来,说明挡板门卡住
3. Check the damper of exhaust gas. If both dampers, one touching
with the air and another connecting with scrubber, are open in the
meantime, it will cause low pressure in scrubber, implicating
dampers are stuck.

五. 洗涤塔液位高、液位高高
V. High and high-high liquid level of scrubber LS101、LS102
注:洗涤塔本体安装了三个液位报警,最下面的一个是洗涤塔液位报警,
只作为普通的液位报警,中间一个是洗涤塔液位高报警,最上面的一个
洗涤塔液位高高报警,上面两个浮球均为一级报警,任一一个触发都导
致洗涤塔停机。如果系统不停机,会导致洗涤塔内的水继续增长倒灌入
辅机以及主机内部,对设备的损坏是巨大的!
Note: Two liquid level alarms are installed in the scrubber. Both
of them are first alert. Once any of them is triggered, scrubber
will shut down immediately, or the water in scrubber will
continuously grow, and pour back into the auxiliary engine and main
engine, this will result in catastrophically damage on equipments.
1.洗涤塔系统运转前,一定要确认排舷外的手动阀 HMV02、03、04 是打
开状态
六.洗涤水喷淋母管压力
VI. Pressure of praying process line
只有在洗涤塔系统在运行中,洗涤塔喷淋母管压力低报警才会触发,PLC
已经设定了自动模式下最低循环泵频率
Low pressure alarm of spraying pipeline occurs while scrubber
operates with the lowest frequency circulation pump.
1. 检查循环泵的吸入压力是否有真空,确认无管路无漏气
1. Check the status of circulation pump avoiding vacuum, ensure
there is no pipeline leakage.
2. 检查洗涤水进口液压阀 HMV01 是否是全开状态
2 Electric valve ELV01 or ELV02 at the suction of circulation
pump is turning on.
3. 确认海底门滤器是否堵塞,观察海水滤器前后压力表的差值
3. Ensure the sea chest filter is not blocked; observe the
differential pressure switch alarm.

七 洗涤水温度高
VII.High temperature of washwater
洗涤水温度高报警为 40℃
High temperature alarm of washwater is 80℃(176℉).
1. 开式循环下温度高,说明海底门过来的水温就高,所以开式情况一
般不会出现洗涤水高温情况
1. High temperature of washwater in open loop is caused by the high
temperature water coming from sea chest; generally speaking,
temperature will not be alarmed under open loop system.

八.洗涤水流量
VIII. Flow of washwater
洗涤水流量低于 250 m³/h 会触发洗涤水流量低报警,直接导致脱硫效果
下降。
1. 检查循环泵的出口压力是否正常
2. 检查洗涤水进口液压阀 HMV01 是否是全开状态
3.检查主喷淋层每一层的喷淋层压力表是否有压力

十.仪用压缩空气压力
X. Pressure of instrument control compressed air
仪用压缩空气接入原船的控制空气系统,正常情况下压力变送器显示为
700Kpa,仪控压缩空气压力低报警为 450Kpa,
Low pressure alarm of instrument control compressed air is 450Kpa,
which will impact the system.
1. 确认原船空气瓶是否有气,到仪控压缩空气管路的阀是否打开
1. Compressed air machine is in good working conditions.
2. 确认原船空气是否正常
2. Normal status of compressed air.
注:压缩空气低压会导致 CMES 系统无法正常工作,导致挡板门无法正
常速度开关,导致系统程序进行不下去,所以一定要确保压缩空气的正

Note: Low pressure of compressed air will influence the function
of CMES system, and then dampers cannot switch within common speed.
Therefore, it is essential to check the status of compressed air
for preventing the system arrests.

十一.水质分析单元故障
XI. Faults in treated water sampling & analysis unit
开式: PAH>20µg/L(水质前减去水质后)
Open loop: PAH > 20 g/L (UWSA unit minus TWSA unit)

混合式:PAH>850µg/L(水质前减去水质后)
Hybrid: PAH > 850 g/L (UWSA unit minus TWSA unit)
浊度>23NTU(水质前减去水质后)
Turbidity > 23NTU (UWSA unit minus TWSA unit)
处理后 PH<2.8
After treatment, PH < 2.8
1. 水质分析单元流量低报警
1. Low flow alarm of TWSA unit
确认原船吃水是否高于 10 米,如果高于 10 米,会导致水排不出去,因
水质分析单元内部有调压阀,压力只有 1 公斤。外面吃水高于 10 米,会
导致压强高于 1 公斤,导致水质分析单元水排不出来而没有流量。可以
适当的调整吃水,如果工况不满足调整,可以临时把水质分析单元出口
管拆掉,让水正常流通即可
Check the draught of the vessel; if it is higher than 10 meters,
the water cannot be drained out because of the compression valve
in the TWSA unit, with only 1 kg-pressure. As long as the draught
is higher than 10 meters, the pressure will exceed 1 kg, and then
flow of water in TWSA unit is hard to discharge overboard. If
conditions are not satisfied with the adjustment of draught,
temporarily remove TWSA unit, allowing regular flow rate in units.

确认水质分析单元内部 Y 型滤网是否堵塞,可以拆开进行清洗
Check Y-strainer blocking, disassemble it for sanitation.
2. 水质不达标报警(PH,PAH,浑浊度超标)
2. Alarm of water quality (PH, PAH, turbidity exceed standard)
检查循环泵是否自动满负荷运转
Check whether the circulation pump runs at full load
automatically
检查舷外阀是否全开,保证流速
Check whether the overboard valves are fully open with normal
flow rate.

十二.循环泵电流
XII. Circulation pump electricity
循环泵高电流报警为>320A
High current alarm of circulation pump is over 320A
1. 检查各循环泵吸口阀是否全开状态
1. Turn on each suction valves of circulation pump.
2. 检查泵本体自身是否发烫,确认叶轮是否卡死
2. Check whether the pump itself is heated, as well as stuck
impellers.
3. 检查循环舱水是否低液位

3. Check low liquid level of recycle tank.


十三. PLC 系统运行不起来
XIII. Failures on PLC system.
1. 检查泵就地遥控按钮的应急停是否复位
1. Reset the local emergency stop of metering pump.
2. 检查海水滤器压差是否报警
2. Check alarms of differential pressure transmitter of sea water.
3. 检查各个设备的烟气主挡板门和烟气旁通挡板门,保证一个是开
的,一个是关的
3. Check main gas damper and bypass damper of all equipment,
ensuring one of these is open and the other is closed.
4. 检查舷外阀指示是否为打开状态
4. Examine whether the overboard valve is open
5. 检查 PLC 控制箱应急停是否复位
5. Reset emergency stop of PLC system.
6. 检查开式模式下所有的阀门,挡板,水质分析仪,CMES 系统无报警
6. Check all valves, dampers, water sampling & analysis units and
CMES system under open loop system.
7. 检查闭式模式下所有的阀门,挡板,水质分析仪,CEMS 系统,废水
处理装置,循环舱液位,滤液箱液位,氢氧化镁舱液位,储存箱液位无
报警
7. Check all valves, dampers, water sampling & analysis units, CEMS
system, water treatment equipment, as well as liquid level of
recycle tank, filter tank, Mg(OH)2 tank, holding tank under close
loop system.
8. 检查开式以及闭式模式下的阀门都是打开状态
8. Check whether all valves are turning on in both open loop and
close loop.
9. 检查 PLC 控制屏上模式是否在自动状态下
9. Check the automatic mode on the PLC control panel.
10. 检查氢氧化镁围堰液位,洗涤塔围堰液位,洗涤塔高高液位是否被
触发
10. Inspect whether the cofferdam liquid level of Mg(OH)2 ,
scrubber, and high liquid level of scrubber are triggered.

十四.挡板门故障或者挡板门无法正常操作
XIV. Failures or abnormal operation of dampers.
1. 检查挡板门压缩空气是否正常
1. Check compressed air of dampers.
2. 检查挡板门压缩空气是干燥的
2. Ensure the compressed air of dampers is dry.
3. 挡板门转到手动操作,手动开关确认阀门是否卡死

3. Switch to manual operation; manually examine whether the valve


is stuck.
4. 挡板门调压阀处压力表压力是否满足,如果低于 5 公斤,但是原船压
力正常,则需要调整调压阀压力,正常工作压力要高于 6 公斤
4. If pressure gauge at the compression valve of dampers shows the
value is less than 5 kg, but that of the original vessel is
appropriate, then adjust the pressure of compression valve over
6kg.
5. 如挡板门手动可以操作,压缩空气也都正常,那么确认电磁阀是否正
常供电,确认电磁阀是否损坏
5. If dampers can be operated manually and the compressed air is
normal, then confirm whether the solenoid valve is powered without
problem.

十五. 电动阀门出现故障或者无法正常操作
XV. Failure or abnormal operation of electric valves
1. 检查电动阀门电源是否正常
1. Check the power supply of electric valve.
2. 检查电动阀门就地操作是否可以开关,确认其是不是卡死
2. Check whether the switch of electric valve local process is
blocked.
3. 检查电动阀门遥控和就地转换开关是否在遥控状态
3. Check whether the electric valve and the switch of electric
valve local process can be remotely controlled.
4. 检查驱动头和电动阀门
4. Check the motor and electric valve.

十六. 舱室液位高
XVI. High liquid level of tank.
循环舱液位高:液位高报警会导致系统无法运行,那么就需要手动把舱
室内的水排至正常液位
High level of recycle tank: High liquid level alarm will stop the
system, which needs manually pump out water in tank to the normal
liquid level.
1. 手动打开循环舱到循环泵吸口的 STSV31 手动蝶阀
1. Switch on STSV31 manual butterfly valve from recycle tank to
the circulation pump.
2. 手动打开循环泵入口电动阀 ELV02
2. Manually turn on ELV02 at the inlet of the circulating pump.
3. 手动打开排海电动阀 ELV21
3. Manually open ELV21
4. 手动选择任一一台循环泵并启动泵开式排水,排水过程中观察循环舱

的液位,液位正常,关闭泵并复位上述阀门
5. Select any one of the circulation pumps, and start drainage with
open loop. Observe the liquid level of the recycle tank as water
draining out. Close the pump and reset all valves until the liquid
level changes to normal condition.

十七. 缓存箱液位高:缓存箱液位高只能人为的选择外排或者不外排,首先
要确认其是否在可排放海域
XVII High liquid level of holding tank: To solve high liquid level
of holding tank, it can only be selected to discharge overboard or
not, first of all, inspect whether it is emission control area.
1. 驾驶室分显板“非美国海域”是否被激活状态
1. "Non-geographic sea areas of United States" is activated on
panel of operator cabin.
2. 循环箱液位是否满足排放高度
2. Recycle tank satisfies the discharge height
3. 处理后水质分析单元是否在工作状态并且没有报警
3. TWSA unit is in working conditions without alarm.
4. 点击控制面板上缓存箱水外排模式,则系统会自动开阀以及开泵开
式排水
4. Open overboard discharge mode of holding tank on control panel,
then the system will automatically switch on the valve and
discharge water by open loop system.

十八. CEMS 故障排查


XVIII. CEMS troubleshoot
1. CEMS 温度高报警:需要确认 CEMS 房间环境温度如何
CEMS High Temperature Alarm: Check the ambient temperature
of CEMS.
2. CEMS 出现维护报警:检查控制空气压力是否低压,低压会导致系统
故障
Failures alarm of CEMS: Check whether the low air pressure
causes system failure.
3. CEMS 有时候会出现流量低报警,说明滤器堵了
CEMS sometimes has a low flow alarm, indicating that the filter
is blocked

第二部分:CEMS 一般维护

Part two: general CEMS maintenance

一.连接 SOPAS 软件

Connect to the SOPAS software

1. 用电脑登录 https://www.sick.com/cn/en/ 网站,在搜索栏里面输入“SOPAS


ENGINEERING TOOL”,选择“SOPAS ENGINEERING TOOL 2020(PORTABLE-VEESION)”
软件进行下载
Use a computer to log on to https://www.sick.com/cn/en/ website, in the search
bar enter "SOPAS ENGINEERING TOOL", select "SOPAS ENGINEERING TOOL
(PORTABLE - VEESION) 2020" software to download

2. 用一根网线连接电脑和设备端口
Connect the computer to the device port with a network cable

松开分析仪四个螺丝,打开门,可以看到连接网线的端口
Loosen the analyzer's four screws, open the door, and see the port connecting the
network cable

3. 下载安装之后,点击桌面的 SOPAS 快捷菜单进入系统


After downloading and installing, click the shortcut menu of SOPAS on the
desktop to enter the system

4. 添加搜索到的设备 DEFOR,BCU 到目录,(双击进入)


Add the searched device DEFOR,BCU to the directory, (double-click to enter)

5. 登录 Service,密码 hidden

6. 登录 DEFOR,点击 DIAGNOSIS,查看加热 4 温度,确认这个温度是多少度,一般


温 度 是 在 60-62 度 , 如 果 温 度 低 于 60 度 , 就 会 来 维 护 报 警
(Defor-diagnosis-meaters-heater4)
Log in DEFOR, click DIAGNOSIS, check the temperature of heating 4, and confirm
the temperature of heating 4. Generally, the temperature is 60-62 degrees. If the
temperature is lower than 60 degrees, an alarm will be
maintained.(Defor-diagnosis-meaters-heater4)

7.修改误差范围,默认+0.5/-0.5(进入 Factary settings-contral circuit 4),修改


heatering
Modify the range by default +0.5/-0.5 (enter Factary settings-contral circuit 4) to
modify heatering

8.修改结束之后,确认维护报警是否消除
After the modification, confirm whether the maintenance alarm is eliminated

9. 保存文件,附带 CEMS 分析仪上面的 PN/SN,发邮件给我


Save the file and email me,The serial number of the analyzer is attached

二.CEMS 问题诊断

CEMS problem diagnosis

1. 进入 SOPAS 软件之后,会出现 BCU,DEFOR 等目录,选择一个 BCU 目录后登陆


After entering SOPAS software, BCU,DEFOR and other directories will
appear. Select a BCU directory and log in

2. 登陆密码 password

3. 进入之后,双击图框进入子菜单
After entering, double-click the graph box to enter the submenu

4. “BCU-DIAGNOSIS-LOGBOOK”可以确认详细的问题,主要确认状态在 ON 的
The "bcu-diagnostic-logbook" identifies the problem in detail, primarily
identifying the state “ON”

5. 接着可以查看具体的项目清单对比什么问题
And then you can look at the list of specific items and what are the questions

三.CEMS 设备一般维护

General maintenance of CEMS equipment

1. CEMS 一般需要半个月校准一次,校准所用的标气需要有校准证书,船上需
要保证足够的校准气
CEMS generally needs to be calibrated once every half a month. The standard
gas used for calibration needs to have a calibration certificate, and the ship needs
to ensure sufficient calibration gas
2. 标气的型号

3. 校准步骤
Calibration procedure
调零前的准备 Preparation before zero adjustment
将压力调节阀连接到氮气瓶上。
将氮气瓶连接到配电单元内电磁阀 KK1 的 P 口。
逆时针旋转关闭压力调节阀。
打开氮气瓶的阀门。
Connect the pressure regulating valve to the nitrogen gas bottle.
Connect the nitrogen bottle to port P of solenoid valve KK1 inside the
distribution unit.
Turn counterclockwise to close the pressure regulating valve.
Open the valve of the nitrogen gas bottle.

3.2 登录
菜单 » 登录 » Auth.操作员 » 密码: HIDE + 保存
Login
Menu→Login→Auth. operator→password: HIDE→Save

3.3 使用氮气瓶对 SO2 或 CO2 进行零点调整(因为氮气瓶内没有 SO2 和


CO2)

Zero Point adjustment for SO2 or CO2 with nitrogen gas bottle (Because there
is no SO2 and CO2 inside the nitrogen bottle)
Menu→Adjustments→Adjustment→SO2/CO2→Zero point adj.→Automatic?
→press Back→Zero point adj Start?→press “Enter”→Turn clockwise to open the
pressure regulating valve slowly and make sure the outlet pressure is less than 0.5
bar→press “MEAS” to go to the measuring screen→Adjust the flowmeter and
make the flow shown in the screen around 60L/H and stable→press “Menu” to go
back to the adjustment screen and wait for SO2 or CO2 value to be stable around 2
minutes→press “Enter” to measure for around 1 minute→press “Enter” to
calculate and the adjustment is finished.

3.4 标准气体调整前的准备工作
Preparation before reference point adjustment

Before the sensors are validated, the TriBox3 must be set to service

mode so that the measured values are held at the outputs and there

are no malfunctions or incorrect values transferred.

To start service mode, select "Sensor" at the top right of the main menu and
then select "Sensor check" (bottom left).

1 General Information
1.1 Some contents of this manual require special warning, vigilance and attention.

Please read and follow these instructions carefully to avoid personal injury and

equipment damage. Some special parts can only be maintained by professional

technicians.

1.2 EGC Water Analyzer Unit (WAU) is an integrated water quality monitoring

system produced by German company TriOS, which is specially designed for

online water quality monitoring of ship flue gas desulfurization system and is in

accordance with resolution MEPC.259 (68).

1.3 To keep the WAU in normal working condition, users need to clean, maintain

and calibrate/verification the sensors, clean and maintain the flow cells

regularly.

1.4 When the device is in use, the power input should be stable, the use

environment should meet the installation requirements and the grounding


should be good less than 5Ω.

1.5 When the device is stopped for a long time, please ensure that the pH sensor is

flooded with water to avoid sensor failure due to longterm dry conditions.

1.6 Sensor storage: It should be placed in a dry and dark environment, ambient
temperature 5 ℃ ~ 45 ℃ and prevent heavy objects from being squeezed.

Notice: The measuring part of the pH sensor must be filled with a saturated

potassium chloride solution, which needs to be checked regularly to ensure the

content of the preservation solution.

1.7 Replace O-rings on each sensor regularly to prevent leaks.

2 Sensor Installation
Make certain that every sensor is assigned to a COM port on the TriBox3.

The assignment is

 COM Port 1: enviroFlu

 COM Port 2: TTurb

 COM Port 3: TpH-D

 COM Port 4: Flow rate sensor (this is already connected by the

manufacturer)

and is explained in detail in the following chapters.

2.1 enviroFlu

Follow the steps of the instructions on the following pages to install the enviroFlu in

the FlowCell.

1. Remove the pressure ring of the FlowCell with the O-ring by removing the four

screws with a 4 mm Allen key.

2. Remove the clamp bracket with a 6mm Allen key. To attach the cables of the

sensors, you can use the plastic brackets on the front and back panels.

3. First slide the pressure ring onto the enviroFlu and then the O-ring. Next, insert

the enviroFlu into the FlowCell, as shown in the figure below. The device is then

inserted into the FlowCell up to the groove of the bracket. Make sure that the

sealing ring is in the correct position and is undamaged. The correct O-rings

(sealing rings) can be obtained from TriOS.

4. When the enviroFlu is positioned correctly, reattach the clamp bracket and

tighten the screws.

5. The sensor is connected to COM Port 1 of the TriBox3.

2.2 TTurb

Follow the steps below to install the TTurb turbidity sensor into the FlowCell.

1. Remove the pressure ring from the Flow Cell. It can easily be loosened by hand.

2. First push the O-ring (which is attached to the Flow Cell in the bag) onto the

TTurb. Next insert the TTurb into the Flow Cell.

3. Position the TTurb along the groove, then move the pressure ring over the cable,

from the plug to the sensor, and attach it to the Flow Cell.

4. When the TTurb has been positioned correctly, tighten the pressure ring by

hand (without using a tool).

5. The sensor is connected to COM port 2 of the TriBox3.

2.3 TpH-D

Follow the steps below to install the TpH-D pH sensor in the FlowCell. The TpH-D

should only be installed when water will very soon be directed into the FlowCell. If

this is not the case, you should leave the sensor in the delivery container to keep it

moist.For the function test, it is sufcient to connect the sensor only to COM Port 3

at frst. After the function test, the sensor can be installed in the FlowCell according

to these instructions.

1. Remove the pressure ring from the FlowCell. It can easily be loosened by hand.

2. First push the O-ring (which is attached to the FlowCell in the bag) onto the

TpH-D. Next insert the TpH-D into the FlowCell.

3. As soon as the TpH-D is attached to the FlowCell, move the pressure ring over

the cable, from the plug to the sensor, and attach it to the FlowCell.

4. When the TpH-D has been positioned correctly, tighten the pressure ring by

hand (without using a tool).

5. The sensor is connected to COM Port 3 of the TriBox3.

3 Calibration
Calibration by the user is only intended by the manufacturer to be carried out on

the TpH-D pH sensor. The enviroFlu and the TTurb should be cleaned, maintained

and validated regularly.

For validation or calibration, the sensors must frst be removed and cleaned. Please

refer to Chapter 4 Cleaning and Upkeep. We recommend carrying out maintenance

and validation of the sensors at the following time intervals.

3.1 Guided Validation

incorrect values transferred. To start service mode, select "Sensor" at the top right

of the main menu and then select "Sensor check" (bottom left).

Service mode is started with the "Service mode" button (top left). The background

colour of the button changes from blue to red, and the buttons for the sensors

become activated. As soon as the service mode is activated, the fve LEDs on the

1. When EGCS system is shut down, cut off the water flow (close ball valve taps on

the underside of the cabinet).

2. Stop water feed from the user.

3. Let water drain from the FlowCells.

3.2 Validation of the enviroFlu

1. Inject enough pure water or distilled water into the clean PAH FlowCell.( About

0.5L)

2. The PAH sensor is installed in the FlowCell correctly to obtain the measured

value, which is in the range of 0 ~ 20ppb, so it can be judged that it works

normally.

3. Fully secure the sensor and end the validation for PAH sensor.

3.3 Validation of the TTurb

For the TTurb, a one-point validation is used for the slope.

Start the validation of the TTurb by clicking on "Turbidity Sensor".

1. Release the pressure ring of the FlowCell (1).

2. Remove the TTurb (2) from the FlowCell.

3. Remove the sealing ring (3) of the TTurb (2), store in a safe place.

4. As described in Chapter 4, rinse the sensor with clean water (not seawater) and

clean the measuring window with a soft paper towel and acetone or spirits.

5. Add the turbidity standard solution (400FNU) to the container, start the

validation.

6. Enter the value of your measuring solution ("Edit", enter value, "Ok") and click

"Continue" to go on.

7. After the test of the measured value stability, "Sample" is activated. The

validation point is recorded with "Sample" as the average of 16 measurements.

This step can be repeated by clicking on "Sample" again. Click "Continue" to

confirm the result.

8. The value calculated for the scaling is now displayed and is then confirmed by

clicking "Continue".

9. You will be informed as to whether the calculated scaling is OK. By clicking

"Continue", you confrm that the sensor is still functioning properly with the

factory default settings and you keep the default settings.

10. Click "Finish" to fnish the validation of the TTurb.

3.4 Calibration of the TpH-D

1. Select "pH Sensor" to start the calibration.

2. An installed wizard guides you through the calibration process step-by-step. At

the top edge of the display, you can always see which step is currently being

carried out. After you have read the instructions on the frst page, click

"Continue" to move on.

3. The two buffers(pH7 and pH4) are injected into the corresponding labeled

solution bottle,each solution bottle was filled with 180ml buffer.

4. On the next page, you will see the instruction again that the sensor must be

cleaned before you continue. To clean the sensor, rinse it with water and then

place it in the pH 7 buffer solution.

5. Allow stabilization for at least fve minutes. Use "Edit" to enter the pH value that

matches the temperature of the buffer solution and click "OK" to confrm. Then

click "Continue" to go on.

6. After the test of the measured value stability, "Sample" is activated. The pH

value is recorded with "Sample" as the average of 16 measurements. This step

can be repeated by clicking on "Sample" again. The "Continue" button is

activated as soon as the measurement is finished.

7. Click "Continue" to confirm the result.

8. Click "Finish" to confirm finalization of the calibration.

9. pH 4 calibration for pH sensor using the same operation as above. Finally click

"Finish" to confirm finalization of the calibration.

10. Remove the pH sensor from the buffer solution and rinse it with distilled /

deionized water. When the calibration is finished, you should reinstall the TpH-D.

Remove the mounting bracket from the sensor plug. Carefully reinsert the

sensor back into the FlowCell and tighten the pressure ring by hand.

3.5 Stop service mode and resume operation

1. Close the drain of the TTurb FlowCell.

2. Activate water inflow.

3. Check both FlowCells for leaks.

4. Deactivate "Service mode" (The colour of the button changes from red to blue;

the buttons for the sensors become inactive; the TriBox3 LEDs no longer light

up).

5. In the menu, click on "Display" to check if all the sensors are functioning

properly again. Wait five minutes to check if all the sensors are recognized. Take

a look at the measured values. If everything is functioning properly, you can

finally finish the maintenance process.

4 Cleaning and upkeep


4.1 Preparation

1. Before cleaning and upkeep, the TriBox3 must be set to service mode so that the

measured values are held at the outputs and there are no malfunctions or

incorrect values transferred.

2. The following tools may be used:

a. Dishcloth: used for the cleaning of flow cell, sensor housing and water

stains.

b. Soft cloth or sponge: used for wiping stains if the test window of sensor is

too dirty. To prevent scratches on the test window glass that can affect the

sensor measurement accuracy, please be very careful.

c. Tie band: 2 tie bands, 3×100mm, used for fixing turbidity flow cell and pH

flow cell after cleaning.

d. Brush: used for cleaning stains on the inner wall of PAH flow cell.

e. Allen wrench: used for removing flow cells, 6mm and 4mm will be used.

f. Scissors: used for cutting the tie bands.

g. Container: used for holding clear water for flushing sensors and flow cells.

3. Power off the water quality monitoring system.

4. Close the inlet and outlet valves on the pipeline connected to the water quality

monitoring system.

5. Lay the dishcloth on the bottom of the cabinet to absorb the leaking water

during the disassembly of the flow cell, then remove the inlet and outlet hoses

of each flow cell.

4.2 Cleaning and upkeep for PAH sensor

1. Remove the cable connector of the PAH sensor from the controller.

2. Use a 6mm allen wrench to loosen the clip holding the PAH sensor.

3. Use a 4mm allen wrench to loosen the cover on the top of the PAH flow cell,

remove the PAH sensor and put it on a safe place.

4. Use a 4mm allen wrench to remove the PAH flow cell from the mounting plate

and place it on a safe place.

5. Use a brush to clean the PAH flow cell, then rinse the PAH flow cell with clean

water for 2 to 4 times depending on the pollution level.

6. When cleaning the measurement window of PAH sensors, we need to be very

careful to prevent scratching the window glass and affecting the measurement

accuracy. Normally, we do not clean the measurement window but the sensor

housing. But if the measuring window is very dirty, we must clean it: wet the

soft cloth or sponge with water, then carefully wipe the measuring window, and

finally use water to wash the measuring window to finish cleaning.

4.3 Cleaning and upkeep for pH and Turbidity sensors

1. Remove the cable connector of the pH sensor from the controller.

2. Turn the thread on the upper part of the pH flow cell, remove the lock nut, take

out the pH sensor and put it in a safe place.

3. Remove the cable connector of the turbidity sensor from the controller.

4. Turn the thread on the upper part of the pH flow cell, remove the lock nut, take

out the pH sensor and put it in a safe place.

5. Cut the tie bands of the fixed pins at the back of the pH and turbidity flow cell

with scissors, draw out the fixed pins, remove the whole flow cell assembly and

put it in a safe place.

6. Use a 6mm allen wrench to separate the pH and turbidity flow cell components

for thorough cleaning. Clean the separated flow cell parts with a brush and rinse

with clean water for 2-4 times depending on the pollution level.

7. When cleaning the measurement window of turbidity sensors, we need to be

very careful to prevent scratching the window glass and affecting the

measurement accuracy. Normally, we do not clean the measurement window

but the sensor housing. But if the measuring window is very dirty, we must clean

4.4 Restoration

1. Restore the connection lines of each flow cell.

2. Restore the inlet and outlet valves on the pipeline connected to the water

quality monitoring system.

3. Power on the water quality monitoring system and wait for 3 minutes to confirm

whether the system is in normal operation. If so, the cleaning and maintenance

work is finished.

careful to prevent scratching the window glass and affecting the measurement

accuracy. Normally, we do not clean the measurement window but the sensor

housing. But if the measuring window is very dirty, we must clean it: wet the

soft cloth or sponge with water, then carefully wipe the measuring window, and

finally use water to wash the measuring window to finish cleaning.

17. Use a 6mm allen wrench to separate the pH and turbidity flow cell components

for thorough cleaning. Clean the separated flow cell parts with a brush and rinse

with clean water for 2-4 times depending on the pollution level.

第五部分 阀门的一般维护
General maintenance of valves
EGCS 不管开式或者混合式,都会使用一些电动阀门来确保设备
的正常运行,我们的系统主要使用的阀门一般包括 QT 型智能一
体化机型、非侵入式智能机型阀门电动装置,ETM 型智能一体化
机型

5.1 行程限位开关的调整
★电动前的注意事项:
电装首次运行时,必须确认电机的转动方向是否正确,若不正确可能对电装造成损坏(即必
须保证电机电源相序正确)。
(1)先转动手轮,手动将阀门运行至“开--关”中间位置,然后进行开或关的操作,以检查阀门
电动时的运行方向是否正确。
----输出轴顺时针转动(面向开度窗):阀门关闭。
----输出轴逆时针转动(面向开第窗):阀门打开。
(2)若阀门转动方向与上述的正确方向相反,应立即停止操作,并应再次检查接线(需改变电
机与电源相序的连接)。
★Adj ustment of stroke limit switch
tentioAtn before actuating: When electric actuator is operated for the first time, you must verify the
correctness of motor rotation direction, i.e. correct phase-sequence connection of motor power supply
must be ensured; otherwise, the actuator may be damaged.
1 First, turn the hand wheel to run the valve to the middle position between “Open” and “Close”, and
then conduct “open” and “close” operation to check whether the running direction is correct when
actuating.
-------Output shaft turns clockwise (facing openness window): the valve is closed.
--------Output shaft turns counterclockwise (facing openness window): the valve is opened.
2 If the valve turns in the direction opposite to the above correct direction, operation should be
immediately stopped, and wiring should be checked again. (Phase-sequence connection of the motor to
the power supply should be changed.)

5.2 “关”向限位开关的设定
以上准备就绪后将进行如下调整:
(1) 拉动手—电动切换手柄至手动位置后,顺时针转动手轮,使阀门至全关位置。
(2) 用“L”扳手,松动下部凸轮上的螺钉(关方向的限位开关)见下图。

(3) 调整凸轮,使之与下部的微动开关接触(刚好听到卡哒声),然后紧固螺钉。
(4) 接通电源,按下“开”向按钮,反方向运行某个角度,然后再向“关”方向运行,以检查阀门
“关”方向限位是否准确。
重复几次达到要求为止。
5.2 Setting of “Close” direction limit switch
After the above preparation is completed, perform the adjustment as follows:
1 Pull the manual-electric switching handle to “Manual” position, and then turn the hand wheel
clockwise to set the valve to the fully closed position.
2 Loose the screw on the cam at the bottom with “L” spanner as shown in the diagram below (“Close”
direction limit switch)
3 Adjust the cam to make it contact with the lower micro switch, when hear a click, fasten the screw.
4 Turn on the power, press the pushbutton for “open” direction. After the valve has run for an angle in
reverse direction, let it run in “close” direction, so as to check if the valve has an exact limit in “close”
direction. Repeat this step several times so that relevant requirement is met.

5.3 “开”向限位开关的设定
(1) 拉动手—电动切换手柄至手动位置后,逆时针转动手轮,使阀门至全开位置。
(2) 用“L”扳手,松动上部凸轮上的螺钉(开方向限位开关)见下图。
(3) 调整凸轮,使之与上部的微动开关接触(刚好听到卡哒声),然后紧固螺钉。
(4) 接同电源后,按下“关”向按钮,反方向运行即向“开”方向运行,以检查阀门“开”方向限位
是否准确。重复几次达到要求为止。
(5) 阀门的开、关位置可经过数次调整以达到与阀门的开、关位置一致。

5.3 Setting of “Open” direction limit switch


1 Pull the manual-electric switching handle to “Manual” position, and then turn the hand wheel
counterclockwise to set the valve to the fully opened position.
2 Loose the screw on the cam at the top with “L” spanner as shown in the diagram below (“Open”
direction limit switch).
3 Adjust the cam to make it contact with the upper micro switch, when hear a click, fasten the screw.
4 Turn on the power, press the pushbutton for “close” direction. After the valve has run for an angle in
reverse direction, let it run in “open” direction, so as to check if the valve has an exact limit in “open”
direction. Repeat this step several times so that relevant requirement is met.
The open and close of the valve are adjusted for several times so that its open or close position is fully
accorded with.

5.4 机械限位螺栓
(1) 出厂时,装置上的两机械限位螺钉已调好并紧固,无特殊需要,用户不须松动。
(2) 如遇必须调整限位螺钉时,应首先确定该螺钉所限制的阀门位置。当阀门右旋为关时,右

侧为关限位螺钉,左侧为开限位螺钉(当箱罩开度窗向上,面对限位螺钉调整端面) 。
(3) 当调好阀门极限位置(或所需位置)时,先向内旋入限位螺钉至与扇形蜗轮端面相接触,
而后再退回 0.5~1 圈(使之成为行程限位或过转矩的安全保护)。最后将限位螺钉外端
的防松螺母可靠拧紧,至此限位调整完毕。
5.4 Mechanical stop screw
1 When the product is delivered, the two mechanical stop screws on the device have been adjusted and
fastened, which should not be loosened without special need.
2 If adjustment of the stop screws cannot be avoided, you should firstly determine the position of the
valve where the valve will be stopped by the screw. If the valve is closed by turning rightwards, the
close-direction stop screw is on the right side and the open-direction stop screw on the left side (when
the openness window on the case shield is upward, face the stop screw and adjust the end face).
3 When an end position (or required position) of the valve is set, firstly, screw in the stop screw to
make it contact with the end face of the segment worm gear, then turn back by 0.5-1 turn (to form a
stroke limit or over-torque protection for safety), finally, fasten the loosened nut located on external
end of the stop screw, thus adjustment of position limit has been finished.
5.5 转矩开关
正常情况下,不必对转矩开关重新设置或调整,因为在产品发货前已在工厂进行了设置,
以达到电装的额定转矩。
若遇必须调整转矩开关时,请与生产厂联系。
5.5 Torque switch
Normally, you need not to reset or adjust the torque switch because the product has been set
before it leaves factory in order to guarantee the rated torque of the electric actuator.
If torque switch has to be adjusted, please contact the manufacturer.

警告:转矩开关的设置,须使用特殊的精密仪器,以保护电装及阀体。必须重新设置或调整转
矩时,若事先不与生产厂家联系,其质量将不会得到保证。
Warning: When setting torque switch, special precision instrument must be used in order to
protect both the actuator and valve. In case re-setting or adjustment of torque cannot be avoided,
you must contactthe manufacturer in advance, failing to do so, the setting or adjustment quality
would not be guaranteed.

5.6 机械故障
△ 在拉动手—电动切换手柄后,用手轮驱动阀门,检查手—电动切换是否灵敏可靠。
△检查机械开度指示器的动作及指示是否正确。
△若手轮转不动,阀门堵塞,需拆下修理阀门。
△若手动运转正常,无干扰,而阀杆不动作,需检查阀杆接头连接是否可靠。
若阀门可用手轮驱动,再检查电气部分
5.6Mechanical troubles

5.7 电气故障
先检查控制器动作,然后检查电装动作。
△检查主电源及控制电源、继电器、熔丝及所有指示灯、开关是否正常。
△ 若控制有问题,检查确定是否更换相关零件,若电气元件无问题,再检查电装。
△检查电机,如有问题可更换。
△若微动开关出现故障,则需要调整或更换。
△其它电气故障,可以通过更换相关元件解决。
5.7Electrical troubles

5.9 操作说明 Operating instruction


红色旋钮为方式钮:现场/停止/远方之间切换,或在设定状态实现参数的保存或确定(从停
位旋到现场)和退出(从停位旋到远方)。

the process of setting, if Mode-knob is rotated from “Stop” to “Remote”, the stroke setting will be

directly exited.

开位标定 Fully Open


停止位置旋操作钮至打开约 3 秒钟,等到 LCD 显示“全开 行程 设定”
时松开操作钮显示上次开位值,将方式钮旋到现场,当“全开”闪烁表示进入
开位标定(如图 5)。通过操作钮执行开关阀,调整到开位后将方式钮旋到
停止再旋回现场进行开位确定。方式钮由停止旋至远方则直接退出行程标
定。

displays "Fully Open", "Travel", "Set", and Operation-knob is released. At this time, the last full open

then rotated back to the "Local" state for the opening position determination. If you rotate Mode-knob
from "Stop" to "Remote", you will exit the trip setting directly.

三、操作介绍 Operation introduction


执行器电器罩有两个旋钮,分别是方式旋钮和操作旋钮。
就地电动操作执行器时,需要将方式旋钮旋到“就地”状态。通过操作旋钮(默认是点动式控制,可以
修改成保持式)或遥控器(保持式控制,不可修改)可以实现对执行器的开、关动作。当需要在远程控制执行
器时,请将执行器方式旋钮旋至“远程”状态。方式旋钮旋至“停止”状态时,将禁止所有电动操作(ESD
“超越停止”除外)。

Operation Knob (the default is the point-action control, which can be modified into a holding type) or remote
control (holding control, non-modifiable) can be implemented on the actuator opening and closing action. When
you need to remotely control the actuator, turn the actuator mode knob to the "remote" state.
When the mode knob is turned to "stop", all electric operations (except ESD "beyond Stop") will be banned.
四、系统设置
在“就地”或“停止”状态下长按确认键 3 秒可以进入系统菜单。进入菜单后任意界面 5 分钟内

无操作,则退出菜单。菜单中所有参数均可以在不输入密码进行查看。系统初级密码为 311,可以修改“01.
基本设置”和“02.指示反馈”中的数据参数。输入一次正确的密码后,如果没有退出系统菜单,修改
其他参数也不需要再次输入密码。以下将实例讲解如何进入设置并修改“开阀方式”。将执行器方式
旋钮旋到就地或停止状态,按确认键 3 秒进入系统菜单。按选中 01.基本设置 按确认键 进入。按
向下键 选中 02.开方向,按确认键 进入 1.2 开方向。再按确认键 进入修改开阀方式参数。
此时调出一个需要“输入密码”界面

开 力 矩:
按加键 、减键 调整当前数字,按向上键 、向下键 选中当前输入的数字位。输入正确密码后,

按确认键 。此时跳转到修改开阀方式选项,通过 调整修改当前参数。此时若按返回键 则直

接返回,没有保存参数。若按确认键 ,标题栏会出现红色“已存”提示,然后再返回,表示参数已经

保存。
Press and hold the confirm key in the "in place" or "Stop" state for 3 seconds to enter the

to select the current input digits. After entering the correct password, press the Confirm key .
At this point jump to modify the open valve mode option, modify the current parameters by
adjusting . If you press the return key at this point, you return directly without saving the
parameters. If you press the Confirm key , the title bar will appear red "saved" prompt, and
then return, indicating that the parameter has been saved.

1 基本设置
1.1 关方向
关阀方向
设置关闭阀门时的输出旋转方向。使用手轮,手动操作执行器以确定阀门关闭方向。
初次设置行程限位时应先确保阀门输出方向正确,使用时须根据实际情况调整!
顺时针(默认)—执行器顺时针旋转关闭阀门。
逆时针 —执行器逆时针旋转关闭阀门。
关阀方式 *1.1 关方向*
限位(默认)—即行程。阀门朝关方向运行时,到达设定的关
限位位置后停止运行。 关阀方向: 顺时针
力矩 —阀门朝关方向运行时,到达设定关限位时不停,一
直运行到设定的关力矩值才停机。

关力矩 关 力 矩: 100%
执行器关阀力矩值可设定额定力矩的 40%~100%范围之间。
当力矩达到设定值阀门停止运行。若同一方向连续 3 次达到
关 限 位: 3000
设定值,则显示关力矩故障。
关限位
未选中前,显示的是保存的数据,当输入正确的密码选中数据时,显示的是当前阀门的绝对位置。在设置
关限位前,务必确保“关阀方向”正确。若要执行电动操作,请将方式旋钮旋至“就地”状态!
设置限位时,必须将执行器连接至阀门。用遥控器或旋钮关阀键将阀门移至全关位置,按确定键保存关限位
数据。 关限位和开限位之间的输出转数最小值为 2.5 圈(总圈数在“开限位”中可查看),否则不能正常运行。
1.2 开方向
开阀方式 *1.2 开方向*
限位(默认)—即行程。阀门朝开方向运行时,到达设定的开
限位位置后停止运行。
力矩 —阀门朝开方向运行时,到达设定的开限后不停,一

圈数
指的是关限位和开限位数据的差值,此参数不可设置。设定的

在设定的旁路行程范围内,执行器输出力矩允许达到额定力
开阀旁路: 禁用
矩的 150%,打开粘滞型的阀门。 开向行程: 0-95%
在设定的旁路行程外,执行器继续按照设定的力矩值保护。
开阀旁路 关阀旁路: 禁用
禁用(默认)—开方向旁路功能关闭 关向行程: 5-100%

Valve off Mode
Limit switch(Default)— That is, the journey.
When the valve is running in the direction of *1.1 Turn Off direction *
shutdown, it will stop running when it reaches the
set Limit switch position. Direction: Clockwise
Torque - When the valve runs in the direction of
closing, it does not stop when it reaches the Limit Mode: Limit
switch and does not stop until the set value of Torque: 100%
closing torque.
Limit: 3000
OFF Torque
The valve closing torque of the actuator can be set between the 40%~100% range of the
rated torque. When the torque reaches the set point, the valve stops running. If the setting value
is reached 3 times continuously in the same direction, the turn off torque fault is displayed.
Valve off limit
Before unchecked, the saved data is displayed, and when the correct password is entered, the
absolute position of the current valve is displayed. Before setting up Limit switch, make sure that
the "turn off valve" is correct. To perform electric operation, please turn the way knob to "on the
spot" condition.

When setting Limit switch, the actuator must be connected to the valve. Move the valve to
the fully closed position with the remote controller or the knob key, and press the OK button to
save the shut-off Limit switch data. The minimum output revolution between a switch on Limit
and a switch on Limit is 2.5 turns (the total number of turns is visible in the "open Limit switch"),
otherwise it will not work properly.
1.2 ON
Valve On Mode *1.2 Turn ON direction *
Limit switch(Default)— The journey. When the valve is
running in ON direction, it will stop running when it Mode: Limit switch
reaches the set open Limit switch position. Torque: 100%
Torque - When the valve is running in the open direction,
Limit: 2000
it does not stop until it reaches the set opening limit and
does not stop until the set opening torque. Cycles: 1000
Moment of opening
The valve opening torque of the actuator can be set between the 40%~100% range of the rated
torque. When the torque reaches the set point, the valve stops running. If the setting value is
reached 3 times continuously in the same direction, the open torque fault is displayed.

Valve off limit


To perform electric operation, please turn the way knob to "on the spot" condition. When setting
Limit switch, the actuator must be connected to the valve. Move the valve to the full open
position with the setter or knob open key. Press OK to save the open Limit switch data. The
minimum output revolutions between Limit switch and Limit switch are 2.5 cycles,
otherwise they will not function properly.

Circles
Refers to the difference between Limit switch and Limit switch data. This parameter can not be
set. The number of cycles to be set must be greater than 2 cycles.1.3 Torque bypass
The output torque of the actuator can reach 150% of the rated torque within the set bypass
stroke, while the viscous valve is opened.
After setting the bypass stroke, the actuator continues to be protected according to the set
torque value.
1.3. Valve On bypass *1.3 Torque sideway *
1.4. OFF(Default)—Turn OFF the Sideway function
1.5. ON — Turn ON the bypass function On sideway OFF
