1. Please read this instruction carefully before installation and usage.


2. Don’t smoke and use mobile phone in the gas station.
3. Don’t sold and use electric tools which may cause spark in the gas
station.
4. Before fueling, the engine of vehicles must be stopped.
5. The gas station must bury reliable ground wire according to the
standard and the grounding resistance should be ≦4Ώ
6. Repairing and installing must be under power cut condition.
7. Before turning on the switch, please affirm the voltage of power
supply system is normal.
8. When fueling, the operator should not leave to avoid overflowing.
9. When fueling, please choose the stipulated container, don’t fuel the
polythene container without conductibility to avoid causing fire for
static.
10. Unprofessional personnel is forbidden to take apart the machine.
11. Install the machine in well-ventilated place. Avoid the machine to be
drenched and directly insolated.
12. Stop fueling and cutting the power supply immediately when any
accident occurs suddenly.
SUMMARIZE

YHJYJ series fuel dispenser is developed with modern design and latest
science technology. Taking the characteristics of perfect performance, reliable
quality and beauty figure. It is a kind of advanced meter equipment for vehicles.

The machine takes advantage of high accuracy, convenient operation and easy
repair, and it also bears abroad functions, such as, fueling by ration, checking
data and accumulative oil amount. The data is counted by Mini-computer and
displayed on the LCD display screen, which can be kept in the computer for 7
years. The machine is widely used in gas station for vehicles, suitable for light
diesel fuel, kerosene, various light fuel.

YHJYJ series fuel dispenser adopts anti-explosion structure design, has


passed the test of appointed inspection department, achieved the <Ex-proof
Eligibility certificate>, <Meter model approval certificate><Fuel dispenser
manufacture license>, The machine is safe for operation, which can work
under bad environmental condition (extremely cold, hot and moist).

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Firstly, motor starts and drives the pump working, then the pump sucks the oil
from tank into the pump cavity, where the oil is pressured into the oil­gas
separator which is combined in pump, at the same time air is separated from
the oil and vented out

Secondly the separated oil without air comes into the flow meter which driving
the metric piston moving, and then angle displacement signals corresponding
to the accurately-metered oil volume is trans­mitted, subsequently the pulse
converts angle displacement signals into pulse signals which are sent to the
mini-computer controller. That records and displays the present-time oil
amount(sum) or accumulative amount(sum). During this course, the metered
oil is transported into the vehicles through electromagnetic valve, observation
apparatus and nozzle.

STRUCTURE OF PUMP (BENNETT VANE PUMP)

Principle
As diagram shows it is a combination of a vane pump with an oil-gas
separator cast by aluminum alloy, small light.

The pump is a vane pump with a locating ring. There is no high-pressure


space in the oil-gas separator and there is a returning floater system in the
normal pressure space.

The vent pipe also has centrifugal effect. The high-pressure connecting pipe,
the discharging valve, and the bypass valve are all in one shell.

Under the pressure in the pump, the oil flows through the high-pressure
connecting pipe. The discharging valve enters the metric exchanger, pushes
four pistons to reciprocate and discharge oil in fixed volume. At the same
time, air vents from the vent hole and a little oil accumulates in the normal
pressure space. When the surface of oil increases to a certain height, the
returning floater will float up and some oil will return to the low-pressure space
in the pump, The operating pressure of the pump can be adjusted by
changing the pressure of the bypass valve's spring. When the nozzle is
closed, the oil will circulate in the pump automatically.
The oil-gas separator uses a centrifugal venting system so it can eliminate the
air effectively. Great-volume normal pressure space hold some oil to avoid
being full or empty.

STRUCTURE OF PUMP (TOKHEIM PUMP)

Principle
The pump is a type of gear combination pump, which can be used for sucking
kinds of fuel. The product not only can convey fuel, but also has the character
of separating oil from air, with the merits of small volume, compact structure,
long service life, low noise, no leakage, safety and dependent etc. This pump
is the best choice for all factories of assemble of fuel dispenser.
STRUCTURE OF PUMP (TATSUNO PUMP)

Principle
The gear pump showed above, is composed of gear wheel, air-gas separator,
and other parts. It is made of aluminum alloy, so it is small, light, and good at
performance.

The inner gear revolving in clockwise direction in high revolution results in a


low-pressure space and a high-pressure space to complete the process of
sucking fuel and pumping fuel.
The bypass valve consists of a valve seat, a valve core, a spring and an
adjustable bolt. When the pump runs in normal operation, the low-pressure
space and the high-pressure space are isolated. When the nozzle is shut off
or the fuel can't be discharged, highly rising oil pressure pushes the valve
core to move right. This leads the fuel discharged from the high-pressure
space to the low-pressure space, therefore the fuel cycles within the pump
and the oil pressure reduces. The work pressure can be made by adjusting
the spring of the bypass valve.

There are two filters in the pump, inlet filter and outlet filter, which should
be cleaned periodically.

STRUCTURE OF FLOW METER (TATSUNO METER)

Principle
The flow meter showed as above, is composed of aluminum alloy body.
connecting lever, distributing valve, and shaft. It has high accuracy and long
life.
The main parts are made from stainless steel and advanced industrial plastic.
They are anticorrosive, highly wearable and sealed. Driving shaft is a "push
and pull" drive constituted by a connecting lever and a crank. It has no
intermission, no concussion and no abnormal voice. When the driving shaft
runs, it drives the shaft of sensor. So the pulse is produced and it is input into
the computer. The hand wheel for accuracy can be adjusted according to the
errors. When it is turned to right, the delivery capacity will be reduced; when
left, the delivery capacity will be increased. It is easy, accurate and stable.
The meter can be adjusted one hole each time. It can also be adjusted half a
hole. One hole is about 0.05%. After adjustment, insert the pin and seal the
lead. When the high-pressure fuel comes into the meter.it drives four pistons
to complete an operating cycle. When the crank turns a round, the volume of
the fuel ejected by an operating cycle is 0.5L.

STRUCTURE OF FLOW METER (TOKHEIM METER)


Principle
Inside the new machine has a lot of air. Starting machine, air inside the
machine and pipe will be vented out through oil-returning stop and exhausting
valve. Until the oil-indicator appears without air bladder, which states that the
machine is filled with oil, and start fueling now. During fueling course, the oil
without air flows to the bottom of high pressure cavity of pump and is vented
from oil-returning stop valve, at the same time the up floating air with little oi
flows into the oil-gas separated cavity through the grooves on the
exhaustingly valve pedestal, then the air floats up and vents out from
exhausting valve, but the oil flows down the bottom of the cavity, and stores
up, when stored oil surface reaches to a certain height, the oil-returning floater
will be floated up, and the oil will flow back to pressure cavity through the oil-
returning valve.

Under normal condition, oil flowed into the separating cavity equals to oil
flowed back to the low pressure cavity at certain time. But when the oil flowed
into is more than that flowed back, which will cause exhausting pipe leaking
oil, whereas, which will cause the oil-returning valve opening and closing ever
and again increasing pulses output of the pump, which will bring bad effect on
the calculation accuracy.

STRUCTURE OF SOLENOID VALVE


Principle
Under power cut condition, big flux and small flux controlling valves are
closed, the main valve controlled by the film is also closed. When two
electromagnetic windings are electrified, both two valves(small flux and big
one) are opened, oil pressure of inlet pushes the film move down, thus oil in
cavity flows to outlet through the big and small valve, the film conquers the
spring force and moves down opening main valve, the valve is working with
big flux; If the big flux electromagnetic winding is under power-cut, big valve is
closed, the pressure of oil entering to close the main valve. Now the oil flows
to outlet only through the small flux controlling valve, the valve is working with
small flux;

If the small flux electromagnetic winding is under power-cut, the small flux
valve is closed, there is no flux through valve.

STRUCTURE OF PULSER
The pulser converts the flux signal into impulse signals and sends
them to Mini-computer controller for counting.

The pulser which mainly consists of shell, transmissible axes, code tray
and circuitry board transmits pulse signal. On the edge of the code tray is
carved thirty slots, which turns inside the two flutes of photoelectric coupling
apparatus outputting pulses, if the code tray turns one cycle, the photoelectric
coupling apparatus outputs 30*2=60 pulses, meantime, the oil vented from the
flow meter is 0.568L, so one pulse equals 0.009467L oil, that is 0.568L/60
pulses. When pulse signals are sent to mini-computer controller, which counts
out fueled oil amount and sum by pulse quantity and unit price set in advance.

Remark:
The pulse corresponding to quantity:0.568L/60pulses is accurate
in normal metering error range.

When the flow meter is frayed or inaccurate, the number should be revised to
keep the calculation accuracy to be土3%. Revising work can be done only by
the special designated technical supervisory department or manufacturer.

STRUCTURE OF FUEL NOZZLE


When the machine starts, the main valve is open, the pressured oil flows into
the cavity between the main valve and vice, driving the vice valve open and
vents out from nozzle mouth. During the course, the flow of oil reduces with
action less pressure, which reduces the pressure of the upper cavity of switch
film, but air inlet at the front end of nozzle mouth aerates ,which eq­uals to the
pressure of two cavities(low pressure and high pressure cavity) of the switch
film and balances it.

When the oil submerges the air inlet, the upper cavity is isolated without air
forming negative pressure, but the lower cavity remains normal pressure, so
pressure gap appears between two cavities making switch film lose balance,
and the automatic pole moves up with the film. At the same time, self-
controlling pole is moving down under the pull of handle, which entrusts the
steel ball into the hole of it , thus, as losing supportable point, the handle
moves down and closes main valve, fueling stops automatically.

Computer controller
The Mini-computer controller(shorted: computer)is consist of one mainframe,
2-display boards, and one keyboard. The mainframe is made up of
mainframe board (top board),power supply board (left board), relay board
(right board), and bottom board. On the main board, there are meter
microprocessor, monitoring microprocessor, meter memorizer, real time clock
and non-losable memorizer. And the transformer, filter, spare battery,
connection pole are equipped on the bottom board. The computer bears
function of ration, display, (including redisplay, setting of pulse correspond to
quantity and accumulative total). Real time clock and non-losable memorizer,
with lithium battery built in, using the crystal liberation principle, which can
work for ten years even under power cut condition. The display interface
transmits data with series-wound code, which is set with clock line, data
line, and lock line.

OPERATION

Keyboard FUNCTION
When power off suddenly in fueling, press the this key
Redisplay continuously until it displays the currently liter and amount
in the display board.

Fueling model: choose sales or liter preset

4. Fueling operation.
Turn the key to “Inject” for fueling model
The dispenser will self-checking full digits on the display board when it is
turn on 1--9, after 9-10 seconds, dispenser will turn to standby mode.

1) Non-ration fueling. (If the display board has other number, press
“Clear”, then start fueling)
a) In the standby mode, when the keyboard shows L 0 or P 0, press
“START” or lift the nozzle.
b) Open the nozzle, oil supplying starts, close the nozzle, oil supplying stops.
c) Press “STOP” or hang the nozzle back the holder, the operation completes,
and present-time volume and amount will be displayed on display windows.
2) Ration fueling
a) In standby mode, press “Value/Value”, to select L 0 or P 0, enter the
mode of preset fueling with volumes or sales
b) “L” means ration fueling by volume and “P” means ration fueling by amount.
Input the desired volume or amount by pressing 0-9 numeric keys, If input by
mistake, press “CLEAR” and re-input the numbers. 1 decimal or 2
decimal are available
c) After input the desired volume or amount, press “START” or lift the nozzle,
and open the nozzle to start fueling.
d) The machine will stop automatically when pre-setting volume or amount
dispensed, and the fueling data will be displayed on screen windows. And
the keyboard will be cleared automatically.
Remark:
1. When fueling as ration again, you should input ration number again,
even the ration of two times are same.
2. Stop machine before reaching the ration, the display window displays
the factual oil amount.

5. Rounding function

During fueling, press “ · ”, the machine will stop when the fueling amount
reaches the next rounding number.

6. Printing operation (optional)


Note: IT CAN OPERATE ONLY THE MACHINE EQUIPS WITH PRINTER.
When fueling completed, press “STOP” and hold for 3 seconds, the fueling
data will be printed automatically.

SETTING MODEL
Turn the key switch to the “Set” position when there is no

fueling in process, so can set up relevant parameters .


1. Unit price setting.
Turn the key to “Set” position
a) Press “START/U.P” key, it will display the original unit price, B 5.00 in the
keyboard
b) Input the new unit price, the decimal point is turned into Fixed point.
c) After set up and turn the key switch to the “Inject” position, it will display the
new unit price in display board.

Note: The unit price setting range is from 0.01-9999.99

2. System time setting (Only for machine with printer)


Turn the key to “Set” position

a) Press “Re-Disp” and “ . “ at the same time, it will display the Date/time
of current in the display board, the keyboard will display d , Input the
code year-month-day-hour-minute, it will display the new Date/time in
the display board, then turn key to “Inject” position. Date/time setting is
completed

b) Press “Re-Disp” and “ . “ to query the current system time.

3. Electronic calibration setting


It is not suggested to do this, because it will affect real fueling data.

Turn the key to “Set” position


a) When the main board dial switch “S1” is on “K1” position, the calibration is
activated, when it is “ON” position, it is locked.
b) Press the “Stop” key, the keyboard will display u , Input the code 8 0 0 3,
then press the “Re-Disp + Clear” key, the keyboard will display U 0,Input

the new parameter U XXXX, press “·” key to confirm, the keyboard will
display new parameter.
c) Press “Re-Disp” + “ 0 “, the keyboard shows xx xxxx
XX means the version of the current main board
XXXX means the current pulser parameter.
d) Press “Re-Disp” + “Start/U.P” together to reset the pulse parameter to 5000.

Note: The smaller parameter, then more oil will be dispensed.


The larger parameter, then less oil will be dispensed.
4. Solenoid valve turn off valve setting
Turn the key to “Set” position
a) The original solenoid turn off valve is 0.2L, if have necessary, this value
can be reset, the range is 0-0.99L.
b) Press “Value/Value”, the keyboard display will show d 0.2

c) Input a new value between 0-0.99, the decimal point is turned into Fixed
point, do not need to input.
d) Turn the key to “Inject” position

5. Function of locking pump


Turn the key to “Inject” position
a) The operation of locking
If the fuel dispenser is locked, the other functions are normal except the
refuel (it cannot carry out the refueling operation).

Press “Re-Disp” + “ Total “, the keyboard will show q - - - -, input the code
1,2,3,4, the keyboard will show q-1234, press “ . “ to confirm, the keyboard
will show P AL-20 which means the pump is been locked. Take up the
nozzle, the keyboard will show P AL-20, machine will not work.

b) The operation of unlock


Turn the key to the “Inject” position

Press “Re-Disp” + “ Total”, the keyboard will show q - - - -, input the code
1,2,3,4, the keyboard will show q-1234, press “ . “ to confirm, the keyboard will
show P 0 which means the pump is been unlocked, press “START” or take
up the nozzle to start fueling.

6. Nozzle number setting


Turn the key to “Set” position

a) Press “STOP”, the keyboard will show u , input 9,9,9,8, xx, the keyboard
will show u 9998xx

b) Turn the key to “Inject” position, the keyboard will show xx. XX is the
nozzle number

The number is from 1 to increase.


7. Oil code setting
Turn the key to “Set” position
a) Press “ STOP”, the keyboard will show u , input the code 999700 or
999701, the keyboard will show u 999700 or u 999701

b) Turn the key to “Inject” position, the keyboard will show 00 or 01

c) 00 for diesel, other codes for gasoline.

8. Detect the totalizer


Turn the key to “Set” position
a) Press “STOP”, the keyboard will show u , input the code 999600 or
999611, the keyboard will show u 999600 or u 999611

b) Turn the key to “Inject” position, the keyboard will show 00 or 11

c) 00 means detect the totalizer, while 11 means no detect the totalizer.

9. Set the repeat preset refueling function


Turn the key to “Set” position
a) Press “STOP”, the keyboard will show u , input the code 999400 or
999411, the keyboard will show u 999400 or u 999411

b) Turn the key to “Inject” position, the key board will show 00 or 11

c) 00: Indicates that the duplicate preset function is cancelled;


11: It means that the fuel data (liters or amount) is preset on the keyboard.
In the future, as long as the keyboard is operated, the data preset on the
keyboard will be automatically stopped for each fuel.

10. Display mode and decimal point shift setting


Turn the key to “Set” position
a) Press “STOP”, the keyboard will show u , input the code 8001, press “Re-
Disp” + “Clear”, the keyboard will display q ,input the code
2222/2232/2020/2030/1222/1232/1020/1030
b) Turn the key to “Inject” position, the keyboard will display q qqqqq

11. Disable network control mode


The keyboard will display P AL-21, then Input the code 5500
Turn key to “Set” position, then Turn key to “Inject” position. the
keyboard will display 00, Offline refueling.

QUERYING MODEL
Under non-working state, you can inquiry corresponding data via
keyboard。

1. Query currently refueling data:


Press “Re-Disp” + “Value” together, the keyboard will display P 00, the
currently refueling data will be displayed on screen.

2. Query the latest 60 times fueling data.


Press “Re-Disp” without loose, then press “Value” continuously, the keyboard
will display P 00, P 01, to P 60, and the latest 60 times fueling data will be
displayed on screen.

3. Query Shift Total


a) Query the volume (Litre) of shift total
Press “Value” key to select the keyboard displaying L 0, then press
“TOTAL”, the keyboard will display the total volume with high 4 digits
and low 6 digits in turn, the indication is “C”, and display board will show
“L” and shift totalizer.

b) Query the amount (Sale) of shift total


Press “Value” key to select the keyboard displaying P 0, then press
“TOTAL”, the keyboard will display the total volume with high 4 digits
and low 6 digits in turn, the indication is “C”, and display will show “P”
and amount shift totalizer.
c) Clear the shift total
Press “TOTAL”, the keyboard and display board will show shift total of
volume or amount.
Turn the key to “SET” position, and then press “CLEAR”, the shift total
record will be cleared.

No matter what the amount or liter reset to zero, the other will also be
automatic reset to zero

4. Query General Total


a) Query the volume(Litre) of general total
Press “VALUE” key to select the keyboard displaying L 0, TURN THE
KEY TO “SET” POSITION
Press “TOTAL”, the general total will be displayed on display board, and
the unit price district will indicate “L”

b) Query the amount (Sale) of general total


Press “VALUE” key to select the keyboard displaying P 0, TURN THE
KEY TO “SET” POSITION
Press “TOTAL”, the general total of amount will be displayed on display
board, and the unit price district will indicate “P”

c) Clear the general total record (Lire)


When the general total of litre reaches to 9999999999.xx, the fueling will
be stopped, the keyboard will show E 05, the display board displays
the current sales record, the operator need to keep this record on paper,
and then clear the general total.

Press the “VALUE” key, and select the keyboard displaying L 0, THEN
TURN THE KEY TO “SET” POSITION.

Press “STOP”, the keyboard will display U 0, input the code 8002.

Press “Re-Disp” + “Clear” together, the keyboard will display H 0

Press “Re-Disp” + “TOTAL” together, the keyboard will display n , and


the display board will display the general total of Litre.

Press “ . “ to confirm, the keyboard will display nnnnnnnn, and display


board will display “0”, it means the general total of Litre is cleared.
It’s the same steps to clear the general total of amount (Sale)

Turn the key to “Inject” position after the record is cleared.

5. Query the nozzle number and oil code.


Turn the key to “Inject” position.

Press “Re-Disp” + “Stop” together, the keyboard will display P xx 00 or


P xx 01,

XX: The nozzle number


00: Diesel
01: Gasoline.

6. Query the board version and the pulse parameter.


Press “Re-Disp” + “0” together, the keyboard will display P xx 5000.

XX: the version of the current main board.


5000: the current pulse parameter.

7. Query the corresponding fueling data if power off suddenly.


Press “Re-Disp” continuously, the last fueling data of litre, sale, and unit
price will be displayed on screen.

8. P1-P4 operation model


a) Press any key for P1-P4, the display will show the saved value, then
press “Start/U.P” to start fueling.
b) P1-P4 common quantitative key setting method
Press “Value/Value” key, the keyboard will display L 0, which means
liter quantitative setting. Press “Value/Value” again, the keyboard will display P
0, which means sale quantitative setting.
For example, setting 30L quantitative
1) Press “Value/Value” key, the keyboard will display L 0
2) Input number 30, the keyboard will display L 30.
3) Press “Re-disp” + “P1” (or any other P2, P3 or P4), the keyboard will
display LLLLLL, which means the value was successfully stored.
4) Turn the key to “Inject” position, press P1, then press “Start/U.P”, it

ERROR CODE ILLUSTRATION AND TROUBLE


SHOOTING.

a) E 01:The CPU can not detect the pulser, pulser fail or the
connection of pulser have problem.

b) E 02: Start to fuel, but response, 1 minute later, the dispenser will
stop and prompt this error.

c) E 03:During the fueling, if there are no oil come out for 1 minute,
the dispenser will stop and prompt this error.

d) E 05: The general total of volume arrive the max value, fueling will
be stop and prompt this code, you need to clear the general total of
volume.

e) E 06: The general total of amount arrive the max value, fueling will
be stop and prompt this code, you need to clear the general total of
amount.

f) E 07: When the CPU cannot detect the electromagnetic totalizer ,


please check the electromagnetic totalizer and the connation.

g) E 08: Battery empty, please change or charge the battery.

h) E 12: The amount reach the max value during the fueling, the
keyboard will prompt this code, please restart and continue the fueling.

i) E 13: The volume reach the max value during the fueling, the
keyboard will prompt this code, please restart and continue the fueling.

j) E 15: The volume reach the max value during the fueling, the
keyboard will prompt this code, please restart and continue the fueling.
k) E 16: When the fueling times reach the set time, the dispenser will
stop working, you need to unlock it.
l) P AL-20: When the dispenser was locked, you can not start the
fueling, and the board will show this code, you need to unlock it first
and then restart the dispenser.

m) P AL-21: Monitoring system, the nozzle is not online, the boot


command is not available.

INSTALLATION
1. Fixation of machine
a) The machine should be installed under the awning, the covering
performance of which should apply at any season, the location and
operation area of the machine must be prevented from drenching and
directly insolation.
The height of the awning should insure big vehicles pass in and out freely.
b) The machine should be fixed on the fueling island, which bears two
purposes: First, prevent the machine to be collided by the user's vehicles.
Second, enhance the circumstance safety, because the bottom of machine
is higher than the ground, the oil-air density under which is lower than the
ground, enhancing the anti-proof performance.
c) The bottom of machine should be installed on the special cement base,
fixed by ground bolts or expanding bolts, the corresponding location of
every type machine please reference the installation dimension diagram.
Oil-transporting pipe, wire pipe, signal wire pipe, down-lead of grounding
equipment, should be pulled out and buried in advance from the pipe pit,
which should be filled with sand after completing installing the machine to
void oil-gas amassing and diffusing.
d) The oil-transporting pipe outlet buried in advance should be higher than
cement base, after the oil-transporting pipe is equipped with low flange
and the ripple pipe is equipped with airproof mat, connect them tightly with
screw Reference the bellowing diagram.
2. Installation of the tank and pipeline.
a) Matching design of the machine, tank and pipeline should be done local
known design department, and get approval of the police and fire
protection department. Don't design on yourself to insure safety. The
bellowing diagram is the vertical layout of oil road installation of the
machine and mutual system.
Installation hints of the machine, pipeline, tank matching design in
bellowing diagram are just for reference.

b) The oil-transporting pipe connecting the machine and the tank should
incline to the tank, the pitch can adopt 1.5%-2.0%.
c) The tank should be buried under ground, setting the tank inside room
or basement is forbidden. The thickness of the soil covered on the tank should
be not less than 0.5m, which is relative with allowed suction distance of the
machine and local frozen earth thickness. The tank should not be buried in
the soil with dregs and another caustic chemic matters, so after installation,
around the tank should be filled with non-caustic matters, such as clear sand
or tiny soil, the thickness is not less than 0.3m.
d) Generally speaking, the horizontal distance from the machine to tank is
20m, sometimes according to different condition, it is also normal if the
distance excesses 20 m, but the pipe line must not leak air. The vertical
distance between the lowest oil surface of the tank and oil inlet of the machine
is not more than 4m. The diameter of the pipe connecting the machine and
the tank should be ɸ38mm(1 1/2"), don not change the diameter on yourself,
pipeline system should take least elbow bends, and inside of the pipe should
be cleared off.
e) Joints on the pipe line should be reliable and airproof, if two ends
which are connected with flange, they should be connected with conductive
wire. The whole tank and pipeline system should be under safe grounding
condition, and pass the pressure resistant test, no oil leaking is eligible, before
passing the test, do not bury pipeline pit or pour the oil into the tank.
f) The bottom of the oil-inputting pipe inside the tank should equip bottom
valve, the axes of bottom valve is lead shape, and the distance to the bottom
of the tank is 100mm, after closing the bottom valve, there should be with high
airproof performance. The performance of the bottom valve has great effect
on the normal usage of the machine, which must be cautiously cho­sen and
installed.
g) Do not make tank under high position and half high above the ground.
If the oil inside the tank is higher than oil-gas separator, the exhausting pipe
will overflow the oil, which causes unsafe working condition. If you have to
use these tanks, you should pressurizes the exhausting pipe firstly to
avo­iding overflowing oil.
h) Matching the tank with the machine: When one tank supplies the oil to
two or more machines, every machine should takes single pipeline, do not
par­allel connect pipe line at halfway to avoid intervening one another. If one
machine sucks oil from two or more tanks, they should be equipped with
necessary valve, when fueling just open the using valve, the others should be
closed.

Generally, the principle of matching the machine with the tank is that
one tank, one bottom valve. one pipeline and one machine, if not, the
machine will not work normally.

3. Electric parts installation.


a) The power switch of the machine should be set in room, the fuse
of the switch is chosen by the ex-motor starting electric current.
When install the electric parts of the machine, firstly, connect the
grounding wire of the ma­chine with the grounding equipments
prepared in advance by the gas station reliably. The power wire of
the machine should be connected with TN-S power supplying
system, also can be connected with TN-C-S and TN-C system. The
power wire should be five cores, multi-strand copper core and
double layer cable with high oil-resistant, cauterization-proof
performance. Forbid using single strand conductive wire and
aluminum core wire.
b) The wire connecting the machine and the matching electricity
room should be covered and buried under the earth, avoiding the
vehicles roll the wire broken. At the exit of the cable pulled out
from the bottom of the machine should set an elbow, avoiding the
oil dripping into the steel pipe and eroding the cable, forbid
setting joints at the halfway from the cable exit to junc­tion box,
avoiding fire and insuring the gas station safety.
c) When connect the power wire with junction box, the wire should
be corresponding with three phase power wires inside the
junction box and groun­ding wire, screw the thread block tightly
after pulling the cable into the junction box and make sure the
cable is clamped tightly, insuring the anti­proof performance of
the junction box. If the pump turns to incorrect direct­ion, just
exchange any two of three phase wires, connection of power
wires please refer to the bellowing diagram. The machine should
be connected to the mini-computer with copper core insulating
wire (which is oil-preventing and cauterization-proof and with PVC
cover)inside the communication box. Set the communication
wires inside the plating zinc steel pipe buried in advance.

d) The machine should equip single grounding wire, and the


grounding resistance should be not more than 4 Q The grounding
resistance of the nozzle should be not more than 10 Q, which
should be checked specially. If use single phase ex-motor, the
power line should be copper wire with cover, the section acreage
of which should be not less than 6mm2, otherwise, the machine
can’t run normally or electric fault occurs.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
a) To keep outline of the machine handsome, you should frequently clear,
smear, prevent water and rust on the shell. Before cold season coming,
you should clear heaped water inside the parts to avoid freezing crack.
b) The turning parts of the machine should be frequently lubricated to ensure
the agile performance.
c) Before checking and repairing the machine, power supply must be cut off
d) Filter should be taken out and cleared with gas every week (if damaged,
replace one timely),meantime, you should also clear off the filth from the
low-pressure cavity to protect the pump and flow meter. Spring pedestal
should be taken down and cleared once a month.
e) The fuel dispenser is a kind of precise meter, so prolong its service life and
reduce faults, don't use dirty oil.
f) lf connect the machine to a high-supported oil tank, you should take out
the oil-circumfluence floater, take down the exhausting pipe, and block up
the oil-circumfluence floater, take down the exhausting pipe, and block up
the exhausting hole.
Remark: The taken parts should be kept well for future application
when connecting underground oil tank.
g) When opening the junction box, don't damage the explosion-separating
surface. When reinstalling, clear off foreign matters in explosion separating
cavity, seal well the wire-outlet. Mount metal gasket, loose­proof gasket,
and screw completely and tightly to ensure ex-proof performance of the
electric parts.
h) When replacing the nozzle and oil pipe, static-proof conductive wire at two
ends of the oil pipe should be conductive reliable, checked to be eligible,
otherwise, starting the machine is forbidden.
i) The tank should be cleared once per year.
j) Cable and wire replacing the old one during repairing should be no joints
existing between two ends.
k) It is advised that you had better to order repairing accessories from the
original manufacturer.
l) Check frequently if there's leakage existing at the joints of the pipeline,
O- shaped loop, and the airproof gasket, if there are air bubbles in
observation apparatus, if the exhausting pipe leaks oil, if the electrical wire
is firm, and if the grounding wire is well connected. Settle the trouble timely
once finding it.
