HORIZONTAL – is a measurement taken from the left figure of the body to the right.
VERTICAL – is a measurement taken from the top figure of the body to its base.
CIRCUMFERENTIAL- is a measurement taken around the body.

CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE
1. Shoulder width - the measurement is from the left shoulder tip point passing through the nape to the right
shoulder tip point.
4. Back bodice length- the measurement is taken from the base of the neck ,passing over the blades ranging down
to the natural waistline.
5. Bust height- is taken from the base of the neck to the tip of the bust.
6. Blouse length- is taken from the base of the neck passing through the bust down to the desired length of the
blouse.
7. Sleeve length- the measurement is taken from the shoulder tip point down to the desired length of the sleeve.
8. Bust circumference- is taken from the front and back part over the fullness of the bust.
11. Armhole- is taken from a shoulder tip around the armpit back to the shoulder tip.
12. Arm girth- is taken around the fullest part of the arm.
