    Basis of Selection:
    • Engineers involved with Expansion Project which will later on
    prepare and check all documents based on PSSR checklist
    • As much as possible, following disciplines to be represented per
    Package: Operations, Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Process Safety,
    Instrumentation, Process, and Process Automation

    PSSR Preparation (Stage 2)


    • Preparation of documents to be conducted by respective
    package engineers who have attended the PSSR training based
    on PSSR checklist.
    • Proof of checklist compliance to be prepared for PSSR Audit
    team to check.

    PSSR with Audit Team (Stage 3)


    • PSSR Audit team to check and review prepared documents by
    package engineers. Unit/Equipment walkthrough to be
    conducted together by package engineers and audit team.
    • PSSR Audit team should be independent. Thus, if OSBL
    package is subjected to PSSR, then PSSR Audit team should
    consists of engineers from EPC 1 to 3 depending on
    availability.

    PSSR Approval (Stage 4)


    • Once PSSR Audit team has reviewed and approved the
    documents prepared by respective package engineers , PSSR
    documents will then be routed to Managers for signature and
    approval.
