    Committee on the Disposal of Seized Dangerous Drugs (PNP
    CDSDD)

    DATE : August 17, 2022

    1. Reference: Memorandum from TDIDM dated April 14, 2022 with subject:
    “Additional Guidelines re PNP MC 2021-168 (Creation and Activation of a PNP
    Committee on the Disposal of Seized Dangerous Drugs)”.

    2. This pertains to the PNP MC No. 2021-168 which provides for the creation
    and activation of the PNP Committee on the Disposal of Seized Dangerous Drugs
    during anti-illegal drug operations pursuant to the existing laws, rules and regulations
    to facilitate and supervise the immediate destruction of dangerous drugs thereby
    eliminating any doubt and misconception by the public that these pieces of evidence
    are being recycled and finding their way back to the market or that they are being
    used for other illegal activities.

    3. In this regard, respectfully request for the issuance of order to the following
    who will compose the NCRPO CDSDD:
